In order to respond to environmental changes and various events in the nearby sea area due to the operation of an offshore wind substantiation farm in the Southwest Sea, X-band radar has been installed and operated on a fixed platform since 2018. The X-band radar's monitoring system produces wave and current data through Rutter's Ocean WaveS wave and current (Sigma S6 WaMoS II). In this study, to verify the reliability of the produced data, the accuracy of current and wave data was evaluated by analyzing the correlation with the results obtained by an acoustic doppler current profiler (ADCP). The selected analysis period was a total of 30 days from November 29 to December 28, 2021, the period during which the ADCP survey was conducted. As a result of comparative verification, the current, wave height and peak wave period (H_s > 0.69 m) data observed from the X-band radar showed a high correlation with the results investigated from ADCP. In the future, current and wave data produced by X-band radar are expected to be used as basic data to analyze environmental changes in sea areas and provide information on various events.

In the course of research, the program that is able to process files through gcc and imput them into the database has been developed, using Syslog-ng based Unix system. PostgreSQL and PHP are used for database and Web-based server side script respectively.

Pulmonary mucormycosis is an uncommon opportunistic fungal infection associated with diabetis mellitus, leukemia, lymphoma & other debilitating diseases. Their clinical presentations depend on the associated underlying disorders. Generally patients with leukemia and lymphoma often have rapidly progressive clinical course, and may cause diffuse parenchymal disease refractory to medical and surgical therapies. However, some diabetics with pulmonary mucormycosis have a striking tendency to develop a localized endobronchial disease in major airway which is amenable to therapy with surgery and Amphotericin B. We have experienced a case of endobronchial mucormycosis complicating lung abscess associated with diabetic ketoacidosis, which was cured without specific antifungal therapy or surgery. A brief review of the literature was given.

이 연구는 『추악한 미국인』을 포함한 '추악한 시리즈'가 '한국'에서 번역되는 맥락과 의미를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 통해 『The Ugly American』이 동아시아 각국에 번역되고 전유되어 '추악한 시리즈'를 창출하고 그것이 한국에 번역되는 맥락을 파악할 수 있다. 『The Ugly American』(1958)은 윌리암 J. 레더러(Lederer, William J), 유진 버딕크(Burdick, Eugene) 공저의 풍자소설이다. 이 소설은 1959년 한국에 『추악한 미국인』으로 번역되면서 알려지기 시작하는데 베트남전쟁에서 미국인의 실수와 추태를 다룬 작품이다. 이 작품이 중요한 것은 월남전의 미국의 과오를 비판한 수준을 넘어 글쓰기의 아이디어와 방식이 미친 영향력이다. 제목이 함의하듯 이러한 책의 발상은 특정 국가와 그 민족구성원의 문제점을 지적하는 글쓰기 형식이기 때문에 민족(성) 비판과 맥이 닿아 있다. 『The Ugly American』의 수용과 전유는 한국뿐만 아니라 중국, 일본, 대만 등 동아시아 각국의 역사적 관계와 문명의 격차에서 기인하는 자기인식과 상대국에 대한 평가를 파악할 수 있게 한다. 소속 공동체에 대한 자긍심과 (민족)주체의 내적 발전 및 동태적 역동성의 발견 및 재인식 작업으로서의 민족문화론은 개인과 국가의 자기지식과 아이덴티티의 필수불가결한 구축 과정이며 진보와 지체를 둘러싼 일종의 자기반응이다. 이처럼 자신과 세계인식의 재갱신은 서구제국주의의 관점과 적자생존론, 민족주의를 경유해온 우리의 인식론적 성찰의 현실과 긴밀하게 관련된다는 점에서 '추악한' 시리즈는 그 실상과 강박을 접근할 수 있는 중요한 참조점이 될 것이다.

There are three assassination and treatening cases in this thesis introduced as analysis data. They are shooting accidents of the U.S.A's President Reagun (1981,3.30), and the President Park Jeong Hee of South Korea(1974.8.15), assassination of the Prime Minister Lavin of Israel (1995.11.4) In March 30, 1981, there was an accident where criminal, Hinckley, fired ball cartridges right before the President Reagan got into the car to move to White House after completing the announcement of Hilton Hotel of Washington. As a result, the chest of president was shot and public information secretary and safeguard were wounded. In August, 15, pm 10:23, where the 29th 8.15 independent anniversay event was being celebrated by the people at the National theater in Jangchungdong, Seoul, the criminal Moon Sekwang fired ball cartridges, he failed to assassinate the President Park Jeong Hee of Korea, but shot the First lady Yuk Young Soo. She was wounded right part of head and died. In November 4, Saturday, pm 22:00 the Prime Minster Lavin had finished the supporting event of Middle Asia's Peace project and was taking on the car when he was killed by the criminal Amir's shooting, The accidents left very important lesson from the aspect of security analysis and it has been frequently used as a material for the education and training of safeguard organization. In Korea, as well as Presidential Security Service, national security departments have selected it as an important model for the subjects such as 'Security Analysis, 'Security Practice' and 'Security Methodology'. In the performance of security duty, security skill is the most important matter. Moreover, it has a close relationship with politics, society and culture. The purpose of this study is to analyze and reevaluate the case, which has been treated as a usual model from the aspect of security analysis, beyond its introduction. Attempted assassination of President Reagan was evaluated as a positive success example because of its rapid response of adjacent guards to evacuate Reagan, who is a guard target, within 10 seconds after the shot. When comparing it to President Kennedy Assassination of 1963, it was evaluated that guards were significantly specialized. In the study, however, it was possible to found many problems such as carelessness of guard, who is in charge of external area of event place, idle attitude for frequently used event place, confusion of wireless communication, risk of wireless security disclose, insufficient provision of compulsory record file, insufficient profiling of dangerous person and unsecured hospital and first-aid room.
