Evaluation of Aquatic Animals on the Water in a Rice Field with No-tillage Rice Cover Crop Cropping Systems (무경운 피복작물 작부체계에서 논물의 미소동물 평가)

  • The objectives of the present study evaluated aquatic animals on the water in a rice field. Field investigation was carried out in conventional tillage without rice straw or green manure crop treatment (CTFS, check plot), no-tillage without cover crops (NTNT), no-tillage amended with rape (NTRA), no-tillage amended with rye (NTRY), no-tillage amended with hairyvetch (NTHV), and no-tillage amended with Chinese milk vetch (NTCM). Total dense population of aquatic animals in HTHV was significantly higher than the other plots (p<0.05) on May 30. Dense populations of Daphniidae and Culicidae on June 20 were lowest in CTFS compared to no-tillage plots (p<0.05). Furthermore, in principal component analysis (PCA), PC1 explained 44.9% of variance, whereas PC2 explained 26%, for a cumulative total of 70.9% and the PC1 of the PCA separated the samples from NT treatments and CFS (p<0.05).

Changes in Quality of Crown Daisy and Kale Washed with Cooled Electrolyzed Acid Water during Storage (저온처리 전해산화수로 세정한 쑥갓과 케일의 저장중 품질변화)

  • Quality changes of crown daisy and kale were investigated during storage at 10$^{\circ}C$ after washing with cooled electrolyzed acid water at 3 times in 2 min. Total count and coliform count of crown daisy and kale after immersion in electrolyzed acid water were decreased to 1/130 and 1/1,170 of non-immersed crown daisy and to l/870 and l/470 of non-immersed kale. However total count and coliform count were increased to the similar levels of non-immesed and tap water immersed one after 6 days of storage. Weight loss of crown daisy and ka1e were lower than others for 3 days of storage but higher than that of one after that time. Decay rate of crown daisy and kale immersed electrolyzed acid water showed lower than that of non-immersed and tap water immersed one for 6 days. In case of kale, rupture strength was higher than others at just after immersion and showed similar values after initial storage period. Color value of both crown daisy and kale showed high L, b and low a value in the order of electrolyzed acid water, tap water and non-treatment. Chlorophyll content of crown daisy and kale were lower than those of others just after immersion in electrolyzed acid water, but showed rapid reduction in the order of non-treatment. tap water and electrolyzed acid water after 6 days. Overall organoleptic properties of crown daisy and kale in immersion electrolyzed acid water were higher than those of others.

  • 본 논문에서는 MTM(Mobile Trusted Module)과 커널상에 저장된 무결성 검증 파일을 이용하여 스마트폰의 부트로더 이미지 및 커널 이미지, 커널이 로딩되며 실행되는 실행파일, 라이브러리 파일 등의 무결성을 안전하고 효율적으로 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. 부트로더 이미지와 커널 이미지, 외부로부터 악의적으로 변경되거나 수정될 경우 심각한 문제를 일으킬 수 있는 실행 파일이나 라이브러리 파일 등의 무결성 검증은 MTM 을 이용하여 안전하게 처리하고, 그 외 파일들의 무결성 검증은 커널상에 저장된 무결성 검증 파일을 이용하여 처리함으로써 MTM 기반 무결성 검증 기능을 모든 파일에 적용하는 경우에 발생될 수 있는 처리 시간 지연, 성능 저하 등의 문제점을 방지할 수 있다.

  • 최근 농업용 담수호 내에서 발생하는 녹조 및 수질오염으로 인한 민원이 증가하고 있다. 농업용수로 이용하고 있는 농업용 담수호의 수질관리는 상류유역에서 유입되는 오염원관리가 중요하나 장기적인 유역계획이 수립되어야하므로 즉각적인 수질개선효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 또한 호 내 수질관리는 광범위한 수면적으로 인해 인력 운영 및 시간적 소모가 크며, 일시적인 수질관리만 기대할 수 있다. 장치형 시설을 설치할 경우 막대한 시설비가 소요되며, 지속적으로 체계적인 유지관리가 필요하다. 따라서 담수호 내 수환경 특성을 고려하여 자율감시 및 수처리 장치를 이용한 지속가능한 수질관리가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 담수호의 자율적인 수질관리를 위해 무인항법장비와 자동 수처리 장치를 융합한 제품을 제작하여 현장적용을 통해 수질개선 효과를 분석하였다. 무인 자율 이동장치에 설치된 자동 수처리 장치는 녹조발생에 대응하기 위해 환경부에서 고시한 수처리체(황산알루미늄, Alum)를 이용한 약품 살포 장치를 제작하였다. 자율항법장치의 운행 구역을 지정하고, 총 5회 지정된 구역내에서 약품을 살포하고, 미살포 구역을 대조군으로 하여 살포 구역과 수질개선효과를 비교하였다. 비교 결과 수질 항목별 자동 수처리 장치에 의한 수질 저감효율은 ○ COD 13.8%, TOC 18.6%, SS 23.3%, T-N 8.4%, T-P 58.9%, Chl-a 74.4%로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 영상처리 및 센서를 이용하여 주유할 차량으로 이동, 주유구 인식 및 개폐, 주유까지의 과정을 처리할 수 있는 무인 주유 로봇의 구현 과정을 기술하였다. 캐터펄트는 자동차가 주차된 곳에 정확히 멈추게 되고, 로봇 팔이 영상 처리를 이용하여 주유구 위치를 찾아낸 뒤 주유를 시작한다. 로봇은 현 주유 시스템의 불편한 점을 사람 없이 전 과정을 처리하는 역할을 함으로써 주유소를 무인화하여 인건비를 최소화 시키고, 악천후 상황에서 주유의 편리성을 기대할 수 있다.

  • 최근 공중, 지상에 대해 무인 시스템이 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 해양 분야에 대해서도 무인시스템이 발전함으로 인해 사람의 힘을 빌려 작업하기에는 많은 위험도와 각종 변수들에 의해 인명피해가 발생할 수 있는 건설, 케이블 매설, 해양 관측에 대해 무인 로봇을 통해 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 무인 시스템의 발전을 하드웨어는 빠르게 발전하여 컴포넌트 형태로 발전하였다. 이런 하드웨어의 발전에 맞춰 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Effect of Ozone Treatment on the Quality of Peach after Postharvest (복숭아 수확후 오존수 침지처리가 품질신선도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to enhance the quality and peach (Yumyung) by ozone treatment. The ozone concentration and treatment time in soaking of peach were 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 ppm and 30 min respectively. Fruit brix degree, titratable acidity, hardness, colors values, and rotten rate were determined in ripening grade Yumyung peach and when fruits were placed at ambient temperuture(25$^{\circ}C$) during 20 days. No great difference occured between control group and all ozone treatment samples in the changes of brix degree, titratable acidity, hardness and color values at my sampling period. However, the rotten rate of ozone-treated peach stored at 25$^{\circ}C$ was lower than that of control sample. The orders of rotten rate in peaches stored for 15 days at 25$^{\circ}C$ were control products > 0.1ppm ozone-treated > 0.3ppm ozone-treated) 0.5ppm ozone-treated. Therefore, optimal renditions of Yumyung peach stored by ozone treatment at ambient temperature during 20 days were ozone concentration of 0.5ppm, treatment time of 30min, and ozone treatment frequency of four times.

Effects of Pre-sowing Seed Treatment with $GA_3$ and IAA on Flowering and Yield Components in Peanut (땅콩 종자의 $GA_3$ 및 IAA 침지처리가 개화 및 수량구성요소에 미치는 영향)

  • This experiment was carried out to understand the effect of pre-sowing seed treatment by GA$_3$ and IAA on flowering and characteristics of yield component in peanuts. Peanut seed was treated by soaking in 10, 50, 100ppm of GA$_3$ solution, and 50, 100, 200ppm of IAA solution. Treatments of GA$_3$ and IAA resulted 7-5 days earlier emergence and 11-17days shorter of the flowering date compared with the untreated control. By soaking treatments with IAA in 100ppm and GA$_3$ in 100ppm, accumulated flowers were increased at early growing stage of 30 days after flowering compared with untreated control. By soaking treatments with IAA in 100ppm and GA$_3$ in 100ppm, main stem length, branch length and internode of main stem showed to flourish at investigation from early growing stage to 3 days before harvesting.

Responses of Rice Cultivars to Glufosinate-ammonium (Glufosinate-ammonium에 대(對)한 수도(水稻)(Oryza sativa L.) 품종간(品種間) 반응(反應))

  • This study was conducted to determine physiological responses rice cultivars to glufosinate-ammonium. Changes of total protein content, protein population, glutamine synthetase activity, accumulated ammonia content and free amino acid composition were examined in both tolerant and susceptible rice cultivars. Tamjinbyeo and Fukei 126 showed relatively tolerant response to glufosinate-ammonium while Namyeongbyeo, Palgongbyeo and Youngdugbyeo were susceptible to it. Total protein content of two tolerant cultivars was 93.2 of the untreated control in average but three susceptible cultivars showed 76.5 of the untreated control in average, showing 16.7 difference. Protein profiles of the tolerant cultivars seemed to be not affected by glufosinate-ammonium treatment. However, in susceptible cultivar like Namyeongbyeo, 10ppm of glufosinate-ammonium application resulted in decrease of band density or disapperance of spot density in near 20kD and in between 45kD and 66kD on 2D-PAGE. Glutamine synthetase activity in susceptible cultivars was markedly inhibited by glufosinate-ammonium treatment, accompanying remarkable increase of ammonia content by three times greater than tolerant cultivars, and markedly increase of glutamic acid, showing 430% of the untreated control.

Microbial Removal Effects of Electrolyzed Acid Water on Lettuce by Washing Methods and Quality Changes during Storage (전해산화수에 의한 상치의 세척방법별 제균효과와 저장중 품질변화)

  • Effects of washing methods using electrolyzed acid water on lettuce(Lactuca sativa) and quality changes during storage were investigated. The multi-stage immersion treated 3 times in 2 min showed more effective than others to remove microorganisms. Total count of lettuce after immersion in electrolyzed acid water was decreased to 1/100-1/300 of $5.8\;{\times}\;l0^5CFU/g$ of non-immersed lettuce and $2.3\;{\times}\;l0^5CFU/g$ of tap water immersed lettuce. Also coliforms was significantly decreased to 1/3,000 of $3.1\;{\times}\;10^3CFU/g$ after electrolyzed acid water washing. However, microbial levels of electrolyzed acid water treated one became to be similar to those of non-treated lettuce after 3 days of storage at $10^{\circ}C$. The color values of L and b of lettuce treated with electrolyzed acid water were somewhat higher than those of others. Though chlorophyll content of lettuce just after immersion in electrolyzed acid water was 9% lower than those of non-treated one, the content was decreased to the same level of other treatments during storage. Decaying ratio showed the lowest value in lettuce immersed in electrolyzed acid water until 6 days of storage. The sensory tests for overall acceptability and appearance of lettuce immersed in electrolyzed acid water showed higher than those of others until $3{\sim}6$ days of storage.
