Many of domestic disaster response agencies do not have adequate interoperability because they are not considering inter working for other agency's radio network and building their own disaster and safety radio network. It will urgently establish interoperability guidelines at pan-government level to solve this problem, but even it is not concrete discussion yet. In this paper, in order to develop for interoperability guidelines at pan-government level, we were defined the level of interoperability and were designed standard inter working model.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries have plaining the advancing fishery information integrated system for the fishing present condition, marine resource administration and applicability considering. The fishery info17nation communication system is build up to the raw data & process-network-content. The communication system must be small size, low cost and adapted SSB transceiver, that is using fishery shipping. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB in HF band.

현재 국내의 초고속통신망의 중심인 가입자망 구축은 통신사업자를 중심으로 시작단계에 있으며 갈수록 수요가 급증하고 있고 이에 따른 신규 서비스망의 구축이 요구되고있다. 또한 국내 제조업체들도 많은 역량을 투자하여 연구개발을 수행하고 있으며 새로운 서비스 충족을 위한 다양한 기능의 장비를 출시하고 있다. 초고속가입자망장비는 광 가입자망장비, xDSL 장비, 무선망 장비 및 케이블 망 장비 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 가입자망 장비의 개발현황을 중심으로 다루고자 한다.

통합공공용 주파수로 분배된LTE(Long Term Evolution) 718~728Mhz(상향) 및 773~783MHz(하향)에서 재난안전 통신망, 철도무선 통신망, 차세대 해상무선 통신망 등과 같은 LTE기반의 공공통신망(Public Network, 이하 공공망)이 상호 공존하여 사용하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 두 개 이상의 복수의 LTE 네트워크가 동일 주파수를 사용하여 서비스하는 경우 통신 커버리지가 겹치는 영역에서의 간섭은 불가피하다. 셀 간 간섭에 의하여Mission Critical한 요구사항이 중요시되는 공공망에서의 품질 열화가 야기되며, 경우에 따라 심각한 상황을 초래할 수 있다. 본고에서는 국내 공공망의 현황을 살펴보고 네트워크 공유방식에 대한 기술 및 표준화 동향, 그리고 해외의 사례를 알아보았다. 국내 통합공공용 주파수에서 동일 주파수를 사용하게 될 공공망 간의 간섭을 최소화 하여 네트워크를 구축 및 연계를 위해서 개별 공공망간의 네트워크를 공유하는 방안을 고려하였다. 국내 공공망의 효율적인 네트워크 연계를 위해서는 개별 공공망의 서비스 특성과 내부 환경을 반영 할 수 있는 연계 방식이 추가적으로 필요하다.

The research about the Korean integrated wireless network for railways is in progress. The network integrates and complements the various railway functions. In addition, the network is trying to change from wire communication to radio communication. The activities for the railway frequency acquisition are also in progress for the implementation of the network. This paper analyzes the problems for the Korean railway communication networks. The problems revolve around the dispersed network structure, the limited functions, the different communication methods, the technology limitation for the communication methods, and the usage of the non-licensed band. Subsequently, we explain the current state and trend for the foreign communication of the railways. This paper suggests improvement plans for the problems and also explains the expected efficiency for the improvement plans.

기존의 전화망을 중심으로 하는 통신 산업은 최근의 폭발적인 유·무선 데이터 서비스 증가로 원래 데이터 서비스를 위하여 설계된 것에 다양한 데이터 응용 서비스의 하나로 전화 서비스를 수용할 수 있는 새로운 통신 인프라를 구축하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있으며 이것은 통합적으로 차세대 통신망(NGN, Next Generation Network)의 개념에서 출발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 NGN으로의 진화에 따른 고려 사항 중 보안에 대한 것에 초점을 맞추어 논의하고자 한다. 그리고, 논의의 편의상 NGN 보안을 유선계와 무선계로 나누어 소개한다.

무선 통신 데이터 사용량은 꾸준히 증가하고 있는데, 주파수 자원이 한정되어 있어서 무선 통신망의 용량을 키우려면 셀(cell)을 작게 하여 동일 면적에 더 많은 셀을 구축해야 한다. 이를 효율적으로 구축하기 위한 방안으로 C-RAN 개념이 도입되었다. 본고에서는 C-RAN 아키텍쳐에 대해 소개하고, C-RAN의 특장점을 성능 관점, 설치 운용 관점 및 3GPP Release 10 이후의 기술 적용 관점에서 살펴보고, Super Hot Spot에서의 C-RAN 응용 사례와 향후 발전 전망에 대해 논의한다.

본 고에서는 무선통신기술의 전반 현황을 다루면서 최근 초고속통신망 구축의 단말 영역으로서 기술 및 시장 개발의 이슈가 되고 있는 댁내통신기술로서 사용될 수 있는 주요 무선통신기술을 중심으로 기술개발 현황, 표준화 동향, 시장 및 수요전망 등을 분석하여 소개하였다. 본 고에서 다룬 댁내무선통신기술은 무선 LAN, Bluetooth, HomeRF 등이다. 이들은 댁내통신기술로서 사용될 수 있는 대표적인 기술로서 각기의 특징과 의미를 가지고 있으며, 나름대로의 적용 방법을 달리하고 있다. 무선 LAN은 구내통신에 적합한 활용성을 가지고 있으며, Bluetooth는 인터넷의 사용과 접목되어 개인휴대통신으로서의 실용성을 지니고 있다. HomeRF는 순수하게 댁내에서의 무선시스템을 구축하고자 하는 비전을 가지고 있다. 이들 기술의 장단점을 살펴보고 아울러 발전 방향을 전망해 본다.
