데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 스팸메일 분류 및 예측모형 구축에 관한 연구

  • 기업의 환경에서 이-메일(e-mail)은 회사내의 업무흐름을 완전히 뒤바꾸며 혁명적인 변화를 이끌고 있다. 업무 공간의 극복, 사내 커뮤니케이션의 극대화 등 이-메일이 제공하는 장점이 매우 많다. 그러나 최근 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 스팸 메일(spam mail)의 등장은 이러한 장점의 커다란 반대급부를 제공한다. 스팸메일이란 인터넷이용자들에게 원하지도 않았는데 무작위로 발송되는 광고성 이-메일을 일컫는 말로, 벌크(bulk)메일, 정크(junk)메일, 언솔리시티드(Unsolicited)메일과도 유사한 의미로 사용된다. 스팸메일은 사용자들로 하여금 스트레쓰의 요인이 되게 함은 물론, 이를 발신하고 수신하는 과정에서 이용되는 서버에 엄청난 부하를 줄 뿐만 아니라, 공공의 성격을 지니는 네트웍 자원을 아무런 비용의 지불 없이 독점하게 되는 좋지 않은 결과를 가져오게 된다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝의 기법 중 분류(classification tack) 문제에 적웅이 활발한 인공신경망 (artificial neural networks)과 의사결정나무(decision tree)기법을 이용하여 스팸메일의 분류와 예측을 가능케 하는 모형을 구축한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 250kW급 태양광발전용 인버터에 대한 국내외 기술기준 및 계통연계접속기준에 의한 성능평가방법 및 장비에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 효율, MPPT(maximum power point tracking) 효율 등 정상상태 및 과도상태 성능과 각종 보호기능을 시험할 수 있는 태양전지 및 전력계통 시뮬레이터, 부하장치 등 각종 시험장비의 구성과 시험 방안에 대하여 기술하였으며 국내 기술기준에 의한 시험 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

Analysis of Specific Contaminated Status and Pollutant Loads Contribution Rate of the Tributaries in Gumho and Nam River Basin (금호강, 남강 중권역 지류·지천의 상세오염 현황 및 오염기여율 조사)

  • This study was investigated the pollutant load, contamination properties, pollution condition of the fine parts of tributary, the influence of Nakdong river watershed and etc. in the tributaries. The contaminated tributaries were that among the Kumho and Nam river or were too far from site of water quality monitoring stations, regularly. As a result, the water quality level was almost similar between Nam and Kumho River, except for certain parameter including TN(Total Nitrogen), Chl-a(Chlorophyll-a) and SS(Suspended Solid) in which Kumho river were 20~120%. The point discharge load(kg/day) and load density ($kg/day/km^2$) of tributaries were different the pollution level according to the flow-rate ($m^3/sec$) and stream influence area($km^2$), and the difference of these was observed highly at Nam river. Specific contamination investigation of tributaries in Nam and Kumho river watershed was conducted from two to nine points of the fine parts of tributaries depending on the confluence sites and shapes. This result observed high at the Dalseocheon and Uriyeongcheon, respectively. Beside, the pollutant load contribution rate of Nakdong watershed was high about 10% at the Dalseocheon and Uiryeongcheon. This was due to the differences of the environments about the industrial complex, metropolis residence property, agricultural cultivation, livestock pen and the downstream of non-point source.

High safety battery management system of DC power source for hybrid vessel (하이브리드 선박 직류전원용 고 안전 BMS)

  • In order to drive a hybrid propulsion device which combines an engine and an electric propulsion unit, battery packs that contain dozens of unit cells consisting of a lithium-based battery are used to maintain the power source. Therefore, it is necessary to more strictly manage a number of battery cells at any given time. In order to manage battery cells, generally voltage, current, and temperature data under load condition are monitored from a personal computer. Other important elements required to analyze the condition of the battery are the internal resistances that are used to judge its state-of-health (SOH) and the open-circuit voltage (OCV) that is used to check the battery charging state. However, in principle, the internal resistances cannot be measured during operation because the parallel equivalent circuit is composed of internal loss resistances and capacitance. In most energy storage systems, battery management system (BMS) operations are carried out by using data such as voltage, current, and temperature. However, during operation, in the case of unexpected battery cell failure, the output voltage of the power supply can be changed and propulsion of the hybrid vehicle and vessel can be difficult. This paper covers the implementation of a high safety battery management system (HSBMS) that can estimate the OCV while the device is being driven. If a battery cell fails unexpectedly, a DC power supply with lithium iron phosphate can keep providing the load with a constant output voltage using the remainder of the batteries, and it is also possible to estimate the internal resistance.

Loss and Heat Transfer Analysis for Reliability in High Speed and Low Torque Surface Mounted PM Synchronous Motors (고속·저토크용 표면부착형 영구자석 동기 전동기의 운전 안정성 확보를 위한 손실 및 열전달 특성 분석)

  • It is essential to predict the coil temperature under over load and over speed conditions for reliability in high speed low torque surface mounted PM synchronous motors(SPM). In the present study, the losses and coil temperature are measured under rated condition and calculated under over speed and over load conditions in the three different motors with 35PN440, 25PN250 and 15HTH1000. The heat transfer modeling has been performed based on acquired losses and temperature. The difference of coil temperature between heat transfer modeling and experiment is less than 6.4% under no load, over speed and over load conditions. Subsequently, the coil temperature of the motor with 15HTH1000 is 84.4% of the coil temperature of the motor with 35PN440 when speed is 0.9 and load is 3.0. The output of motor with 15HTH1000 is 85.2% greater than the output of the motor with 35PN440 when the dimensionless coil temperature is 1.0.

  • Recently, reducing usage of cement and using by-product of industry such as blast furnace slag and fly-ash have been increased to reduce $CO_2$ gas emission. That apply to construction. As a result, reduction of environmental stress and recycling of resources are expected. In this study, as basic study to the reuse of resources and reduce Environmental Load, comparing and analyzing hardening characteristics and durability as using the blast furnace slag and fly-ash, examining concrete characteristics substituted the three elements for the blast furnace slag and fly-ash and evaluating the relationship as binder. Through this, it want to provide the basic data for mass utilization. Blast furnace slag powder and replaced at fly-ash compressive strength of concrete in the strength of the initial seven days material age lower level of expression significantly compared to the concrete, but, 28 days after the similar or higher compressive strength than the concrete expression of the was. In addition, the reserves replacement of blast furnace slag powder salt injury increasing resistance are seen improvements, according to the conventional blast furnace slag powder study by the chloride ions on the surface of the concrete are improved being fixation salt injury resistance is considered.

Development of a 300W Generator for Lightweight Wind Turbine

  • As a population of leisure activities grows and diversifies, there is a great demand for portable and environment-friendly power generation systems. A small wind power generation system is emerging as a suitable power generation equipment to meet these needs. The most important thing when developing a small portable wind turbine is to reduce the weight of the generator and increase the efficiency. The existing 300W wind turbine generator weighs about 10kg, which is heavy to carry. Therefore, a new generator weighing less than 4kg to make it easy to carry with high efficiency has been developed. In addition, considering complicated characteristics of wind volume and topography of Korea, a small wind turbine that can be used in urban and rural areas individually was constructed. Through basic designing and optimization, the lightweight and efficient generator was manufactured. It is a 300W wind turbine designed and fabricated with reduced weight as a prototype. The average output voltage of the generator was 24.7V at 900rpm no-load test. On a load test with the average line voltage 36.8V and the average phase current 2.62A, when the mechanical input was 339.84W, an average voltage output of the generator was measured as 289.5W with efficiency of 85.18%. The generator weight was 3.84kg.

Drought impact on water quality environment through linkage analysis with meteorological data in Gamcheon mid-basin (기상자료와의 연계분석을 통한 수질환경에 대한 가뭄영향 연구 - 감천중권역을 대상으로)

  • Recently, due to the increase in abnormal climate, rainfall intensity is increasing and drought periods are continuing. These environmental changes lead to prolonged drought conditions and difficulties in real-time recognition. In general, drought can be judged by the amount of precipitation and the number of days without rainfall. In determining the impact of drought, it is divided into meteorological drought, agricultural drought, and hydrological drought and evaluation is made using the drought index, but environmental drought evaluation is insufficient. The river water quality managed through the total water pollution cap system is vulnerable to the effects of such drought. In this study, we aim to determine the drought impact on river water quality and quantify the impact of prolonged drought on water quality. The impact of rain-free days and accumulated precipitation on river water quality was quantitatively evaluated. The Load Duration Curve (LDC), which is used to evaluate the water quality of rivers, was used to evaluate water pollution occurring at specific times. It has been observed that when the number of consecutive rainless days exceeds 14 days, the target water quality in the mid-basin is exceeded in over 60% of cases. The cumulative rainfall is set at 28 days as the criteria, with an annual average rainfall of 3%, which is 32.1 mm or less. It has been noted that changes in water quality in rivers occur when there are 14 or more rainless days and the cumulative rainfall over 28 days is 32.1 mm or less in the Gamcheon Mid-basin. Based on the results of this study, it aims to quantify the drought impact and contribute to the development of a drought water quality index for future environmental droughts.

Location Based Load Balancing Method for Cluster Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks (무선 센서 네트워크의 클러스터 라우팅에서 위치기반 부하 균등화 기법)

  • Efficient routing protocols designed for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) can be extended and applied to Internet of Things (IoT) data routing, as IoT can be considered to be an extension from WSN. When the size of the data in IoT is often bigger than in conventional WSNs, existing cluster routing protocol such as LEACH may cause high data loss rate due to its incomplete load balancing. We present an enhanced LEACH-based protocol which can minimize the data loss which is an important performance measure in IoT. In our proposed protocol, the base station estimates the location of nodes by the trilateration technique to make sure optimal number of cluster heads and members in a deterministic manner. We evaluate our proposed protocol via computer simulations in terms of data loss rate and average network lifetime.
