A Study on the outside rotor type double squirrel cage Induction motor (외측회전형 이중 농형 유도전동기에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes a newly developed double squirrel cage induction motor in which the rotor is located outside the stator. The outside rotor type brushless dc motor has been used for VTR's head drum and PC's cooling fan, but this kind of induction motor has not been developed yet. The parameters of outside rotor type induction motor were measured from the locked rotor test and no load test. It is possible to determine the parameters which are presented in the steady-state equivalent-circuit of the outside rotor type induction motor. Load test of induction motor was carried out using a dynamometer. For the characteristics of torque, efficiency, power factor and output. the developed double squirrel cage induction motor is compared with the ordinary induction motor It is believed that the results of this paper can be used for the development of the outside rotor type induction motor.

  • 본 연구는 3상 보다 많은 장점을 가지는 다상 교류전동기를 연구하기 위하여 개발된 5상 1.5Kw 220V, 60Hz 농형 유도전동기의 특성 개선에 대한 연구결과이다. 연구용으로 개발된 5상 전동기는 정격운전에서 전압변동률, 속도변동률, 역율, 효율 및 운전특성 등이 많이 저하 되어 이에 대한 문제점의 개선를 요구하고 있었다. 이에 따라 기존에 개발된 고정자와 회전자의 철심 코아의 구조는 변화 하지 않고 그대로 고정된 상태를 유지하면서, 고정자 권선의 재설계와 제작을 되풀이하는 시행오차 법에 의해 최적의 전동기를 설계 제작하여 정밀 시험을 통하여 운전특성이 개선된 연구결과를 보여준다. 제시되는 특성실험 결과는 무부하시험, 구속시험, 부하특성실험, FFT 고조파 분석, 전동기의 정수 결정 및 등가회로이다.

  • 이식형 인공중이에 사용되는 전자트랜스듀서는 압전형 트랜스듀서에 비해 음향특성은 좋으나 부피가 크고 효율이 낮으며 수술시 정밀한 코일-자석 간격 조정이 필요하며, 최근 제안된 FMT 트랜스듀서는 외부 자장의 변화에 민감하다는 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일-자석 간격조정이 필요 없고 외부자장에 영향을 받지 않는 차동 플로팅메스형 전자 트랜스듀서를 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 2개의 소형 자석을 같은 극끼리 접합함으로써 외부자장에 대해 영향을 받지 않고 효율이 높은 등의 장점을 가진다. 제안된 트랜스듀서의 진동력 및 효율에 관한 정량적인 해석을 하였으며 기존의 트랜스듀서와 비교분석을 행하였다. 그리고 공급전류에 대해 발생되는 진동력의 크기를 계산함으로서 실제 이식형 인공중이의 제작에 필요한 객관적인 설계데이타를 제시하였다. 한편, 시험 제작된 트랜스듀서의 해석결과 제안한 트랜스듀서는 기존의 FMT 트랜스듀서보다도 효율이 1.5배 정도의 향상됨을 보였으며 무부하시험 및 사체의 이소골 진동실험을 통하여 적절한 진동을 효과적으로 이소골에 전달할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • Spray characteristics for APU gas turbine engine are investigated. In the test, four flight conditions such as sea level idle, sea level max power, 20,000 feet idle, 20,000 feet max power are used as spray experimental conditions. Spray visualization was performed by using ND-YAG laser bean PDPA(Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer) was used for measuring the particle diameter and velocity from 20 mm to 100 mm from discharge orifice. From the test result, SMD is $90{\sim}95\;{\mu}m$ 맛 20,000 ft idle condition and SMD is $60{\sim}75\;{\mu}m$ at sea level idle condition. Also SMD is $55{\sim}65\;{\mu}m$ at 20,000 ft max power condition and SMD is $30{\sim}70\;{\mu}m$ at sea level max power condition. In the case of 20,000 ft idle condition, combustion instability could be occurred due to the higher drop diameter. Therefore it is necessary to decrease the droplet diameter in the high altitude condition.

  • This paper presents methods of parameter measurement and starting characteristics of a 3 phase induction motor. The motor parameters measured by DC test, blocked rotor test, and no load test are used as the input data for computer simulation. Starting characteristics are analyzed through computer simulation using measured parameters, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results obtained by using strain gauge attached on the motor shaft. It is conformed that the experimental results are very similar to those of the simulation.

A Study on the Outside Rotor Type Induction Motor (외측회전형 유도전동기에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents a developed outside rotor type induction motor for the fan. Nearly all of the induction motors consist of two parts, rotor and stator, and the position of rotor is generally inside of stator. However, the rotor of the developed induction motor is located outside of stator. It is believed that the outside rotor type induction motor is suitable for the fan due to its large inertia, that is, it is considered that the change of air flow rate resulting from input power or load fluctuation is reduced. In this paper, the two tests which are suitable to obtain the electrical parameters of the outside rotor type induction motor were described, then various parameters of outside rotor type induction motor were measured. These are the locked rotor test and no load test. By using these tests, it was possible to determine the parameters which are presented in the steady-state equivalent-circuit of the outside rotor type induction motor. Load test of induction motor was carried out using a dynamometer and the torque-speed curve was obtained. It is believed that the results of this paper can be used for the development of the outside rotor type induction motor.

  • 본 논문은 전기기기에 순간전압저하를 발생 하였을 경우 응동특성에 대한 영향을 계측하였다. 실험 방법은 AVR에서 Sag 발생기인 IPC에 입력한 후, IPC에서 전압의 크기와 시간을 조정하여 실험기기에 순간전압 강하를 발생하였다 실험기기는 PLC, 전자접촉기, 400[W]고압방전램프를 시험하였다. PLC시험에서 무부하와 정격부하에 따라 특성 의 변화가 생겼으며, 정격부하에서 Voltage Sag의 영향을 더 받았다 전자접촉기의 시험은 위상을 $0^{\circ},\;30^{\circ},\;60^{\circ},\;90^{\circ}$로 변화하여 Voltage Sag 발생시켜 계측하였으며, 위상의 변화에 따라 특성곡선이 변화하였다. 고압방전램프시험은 고압나트륨램프와 수은램프, 메탈헬라이드에 Voltage Sag를 발생시켰다. 방전램프의 시험결과 고압나트륨램프의 특성곡선이 가장 안정적으로 나타났다. 본 실험을 통해 순간전압저하에 대한 저압기기의 특성을 실험적으로 입증하여 전력시스템의 설계에 영향을 미칠 것이라 기대된다.

Critical Speed Analysis of a 75 Ton Class Liquid Rocket Engine Turbopump due to Load Characteristics (75톤급 액체로켓엔진 터보펌프의 하중 특성에 따른 임계속도 해석)

  • Critical speed of high thrust liquid rocket engine turbopump is obtained through a rotordynamic analysis and a unloaded turbopump test is peformed for validation of the numerical model. The first critical speed predicted by the numerical analysis is correlated well with the test result for the bearing unloaded rotor condition only considering mass unbalance load. Using the previous rotordynamic model, critical speed variation is estimated as a function of varied bearing stiffness due to pump and turbine radial loads with relative angle difference. From the numerical analysis, it is found that the relative angle difference of pump and turbine radial loads greatly affects the critical speed. However, additional axial load reduces the effect derived from the relative angle difference of radial loads.

  • Single-phase is used widely power of field of appliance because can use commercialized power directly without power transform. Specially, because condenser nu-drive style single-phase induction motor efficiency is excellent, and most suitable in embodiment as economical. It is established true that method by crossing self-discipline and method by revolving magnetic field are interpretation of net single-phase induction motor, but method to calculate electric motor inside proper move in existent theory or method is some complex. That arbor in the law of circuit constant that combine equivalent circuit law with numerical analysis law according to development of the latest computer or microprocessor is suggested and does the calculation processing fast and correct. In this paper, measurement wishes to present method that calculate after calculate digital measurement that measures correctly and measures impossible the first and the second leakage reactance and no-load test locked-rotor test, DC test and resistance measurement of stator winding in circuit parameter calculation program that is had for MatLab program individually in single-phase power.
