Weapon Security Control System for Respond to Cyber Warfare (사이버전 대응을 위한 무기체계 보안통제 시스템 구축 방안)

  • Recently, only trusted functionality has been emphasized due to the nature of the weapon system, which is a closed network. We are responding to new cyber warfare threats by monitoring cyber warfare threats by establishing a security control system for weapons systems that are closed networks centered on the United States and Israel. Therefore, in this study, the security control monitoring method that minimizes the load through the layered weapon system gateway by analyzing the technology of the domestic and foreign weapon system security control system, the weapon system device forgery, change, update method, and the detection of new cyber warfare threats through the use of artificial intelligence method was proposed.

Effect of marine environmental characteristics on a discoloration outbreak of Pyropia yezoensis (방사무늬김 황백화 발생에 해양환경이 미치는 영향)

  • To elucidate the cause of Pyropia yezoensis discoloration, the characteristics of an aquaculture environment, as well as the morphology and cell structure of P. yezoensis thallus were examined from 2011 to 2014 in aquaculture farms of the Jeonbuk province. P. yezoensis discoloration did not occur in aquaculture farms at Gaeyado located in the Geum River Estuary but occurred in aquaculture farms of Seonyudo, Munyeodo, Biando, and Docheongri near the Saemangeum embankment in November 2011 and April and November 2014. The injured leaves showed discoloration and intracellular vacuole hypertrophy. During the study period, discoloration occurred at concentrations of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) below 5μM and 0.4μM, respectively. As a result, Pyropia discoloration was determined by low concentrations of DIN and DIP. DIN deficiency affects the early stage and low DIP concentration affects the end stage of aquaculture.

  • 영상의 화질을 평가하는 방법은 어떤 정보를 기준으로 평가하느냐에 따라서 전체 기준법 (Full Reference), 부분기준법 (Reduced Reference) 그리고 무기준법 (No Reference)으로 나눌 수 있다. 이중 무기준법은 수신 영상만을 가지고 측정하기 때문에, 다른 방법보다 활용범위가 넓다. 또한, 최근 사람의 눈의 특성을 고려한 인지적(Perceptual)화질평가 방법이 많이 논의되어, 사람이 실제 보고 느끼는 바를 객관화 시키는 방법이 개발되어 왔다. 이들 화질평가 방법들에 대해 많은 연구가 수행되고 있으며, 국제기구들을 통하여 이들 지표들에 대한 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휘도, 색차의 분포도를 분석하여 원본의 화질을 예측하는 방법을 통해서, 기존 무기준법의 정확도를 높이고자 한다. 영상신호의 양자화나 부호화로 인해 임계값을 벗어나는 값들이 생기게 되며, 이 값을 휘도, 색차의 분포도 분석으로 예측하여 화질평가를 수행하게 된다. 실험 결과 제안된 방법의 상관도는 다른 방법보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this paper, a study on the actuator device technology in guided weapon system development. Hydraulic and pressure, electric motor device had been mostly used, but recently due to high output to weight ratio, pressure actuator device is widely used except for small tactical guided ammunition which needed small power. And now the actuator design concept and technical level is changed because of high mobility of guided ammunition, development of magnetic materials which used new material for requirement of despondence, progress of control and electrodynamics technology, and digitalize and integrity. In this paper we clearly proposed the actuator design criteria and detailed technology development trend for next generation guided weapon system.

  • Elements that threaten domestic security, such as diplomatic changes in the four major powers surrounding the Korean Peninsula and restrictions on supply and demand of parts due to COVID-19, are constantly increasing. The importance of localizing weapon systems has grown to respond proactively to the threat. As localization is not conducted evenly by the field, it is necessary to change the criteria for selecting localization targets. Establishing standards for selecting targets is difficult due to a lack of research to identify targets. This paper emphasized that the smooth supply of parts from overseas should be examined to identify targets for localization. If suppliers are not distributed evenly in the market, there is a risk of potential supply problems. CRk and HHI, representing the market structure, were proposed as indicators for evaluating the degree of smoothness quantitatively. Among them, CRk is used in Korea to check the market concentration, but there is a limit in the subjectivity of the evaluator, so it cannot be applied without a separate study on the market structure. Therefore, HHI should be applied.

  • U. S. and NATO allies have recently increased their emphasis on reducing the hazards of tactical munitions that contain energetic materials and actively started many investigations on Insensitive munitions(IM) of missile propulsion. All subcomponents of rocket motor should be properly designed and understood to increase IM properties. Insensitive propellant, motor case, ignitor and mitigation devices are important components of IM technologies of rocket motors.

  • Energy rich rice straw was subjected to biological processes involving the transformation of added nitrogen. A part of soil ammonium nitrogen was steadily exhausted when energy rich rice straw was decomposed. More vigorous transformation of added nitrogen ocurred during the first 5 days of incubation period than after 10 days of incubation period. Furthermore, transformation of added nitrogen occurred more markedly when more rice straw and less nitrogen were added. Remineralization of immobilized nitrogen did not take place in this experiment with 50 days of incubation.

  • Precision Guided Missiles after production and militarization have various characteristics that enable the final performance to be identified by conducting live-fire tests after long-term storage. Likewise, the performance and reliability of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Missiles, which are currently used by the Korean Navy, are also verified consistently by conducting live-fire tests after militarization. Specially, the live fire test at '00 year, which was conducted by Korean Navy, showed the result that 'Ring', which is a component of the canister's front cover, was jammed with wings for propulsion and then broke away from the canister during the missile launch process. This situation led to an interruption of the deployment of wings and finally affected the missile's flight performance. The results of a survey of the canisters of those missiles whose live fire tests were conducted successfully, based on the live fire test at '00 year, showed the 'Ring's separation from canisters. This raises recognition for the need to solve the problems of 'Ring's separation and breakaway. This study suggests an improvement derived by the result of live-fire tests and introduces the effect of final launch performance of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Missiles and test result after applying the improvement.

Effect of Coagulating Nonsolvent on Impregnation of Inorganic Fluor in the PSF Membranes Prepared by Phase Inversion (상반전 폴리설폰 막에 무기 fluor의 함침에 있어 침지용 비용매가 미치는 영향)

  • Polysulfone membranes containing an inorganic fluor, cerium activated yttrium silicate (CA Y5), were prepared via the phase inversion technique. The casting solutions with the fluor' were solidified to result in a membrane by using two different nonsolvent coagulants, water and isopropanol. In the process, the fluor worked as a monitioring agent for investigating the characteristics of the phase inversiun process. On the initial contact with water as nonsolvent, the induction of rapid polymer collapse results.in the entrapment of the fluor in the formed membrane structure. Impregnated fluor is dispersed in the polymer structure rather than being enveloped by polymer molecules. In comparison, the fluor is localized in the cell-like structure of membrane, as the cast solution film is cuagulated by immersion into a isopropanol bath.

Removal of Hydrogen Sulfide by Biofilter Media (담체 종류에 따른 황화수소의 제거특성)

  • It is very important that selection of packing media with large surface area, high limited back pressure in biofilter. The object of this study is the isolation of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria and the removal of hydrogen sulfide in biofilter by media. This investigation led to the following results: 1) we isolated Thiobacillus sp. IW. at an abandoned coal mine in Hwasun, Jeonnam Province. 2) The inorganic media showed better results than the organic media from experiments looking at removal characteristics and changes in pressure drop using various media. 3) Among the inorganic media, fibril and PU media showed best performance.
