An Empirical Study on the Effect of Humor Sense of Leader on Innovative Behavior and the Moderating Effects of Empowerment (리더의 유머감각이 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 및 임파워먼트의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this research are to examine the effect of humor sense of leader on innovative behavior and to examine the moderating effects of empowerment on the relationship between humor sense of leader and innovative behavior. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The 350 questionnaires were sent to the 10 manufactural firms in the Pusan and Kyungsang Nam-Do region for empirical analysis. Total 276 usable responses were collected(effective response rate : 78.86%). The major findings of the empirical research are as follows ; First, generation of humor, use of humor, attitude of humor and evaluation of humor which are composed factors of humor sense of leader have positive influence innovative behavior. Second, composed factors of humor sense of leader have differential influence on innovative behavior by empowerment. In conclusion, humor sense of leader is expected to improve innovative behavior which is individual behavior in an organization. Therefore, managers have to develop innovative behavior by exhibiting humor sense, considering empowerment.

A Structural Interactions among Customer Trust, Attitude, Involvement and Purchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 고객신뢰, 태도, 관계몰입과 구매의도의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the relationship between the antecedents of Trust on Internet Shopping Mall and its effects on attitude, relationship involvement, or purchase intention on the basis of previous researches. 263 undergraduate students were used into data analysis. The date was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using SPSS and AMOS programs. As the results, the three antecedents of trust excepting company size had the positive effects on trust. Also, trust on Internet Shopping Mall had positive direct effects on attitude and relationship involvement. But, the direct effects of trust on buying intention were rejected. Trust on Internet Shopping Mall was intensified by the positive attitude and relationship involvement and leads to the buying intention. The results of this study provide the e-marketing strategy on Internet Shopping Mall focusing on trust, attitude, relationship involvement, and buying intention.

  • 범용 가상환경 프레임워크 NAVER를 제안하고, 이를 케이브기반 가상현실환경에 적용하여 자동차 시제품 평가 실험에 활용한 사례를 소개한다. NAVER는 다양한 가상현실 어플리케이션을 구현하기 위한 가상환경 프레임워크로, 확장성이 뛰어나고 재구성이 가능하다. NAVER는 Render Server, Control Server, 그리고 Device Server로 구성되어 있으며, 각 서버는 네트워크로 상호 통신하여 각각의 기능을 수행한다. NAVER는 XML 기반 스크립팅 언어를 지원하여 사용자가 자유롭게 가상환경의 여러 가지 객체와 인터랙션을 정의할 수 있도록 설계되었다. NAVER를 케이브 기반 가상현실환경에 적용하여 자동자 시제품평가 실험에 활용하였다. KIST의 케이브 기반 가상현실환경은 4면의 정방형 스테레오 디스플레이 장치, 햅틱 암마스터 장비, 3차원 음향장비 등으로 구성되어 있어, 사용자에서 시각적인 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 촉각, 청각과 같은 여러가지 측면에서 다중현실감을 제시할 수 있다. 자동차 시제품 평가 실험를 통하여 사용자가 실제 자동차가 아닌 가상의 자동차 시제품을 관찰하고, 만져보고, 주행해 봄으로써 더욱 높은 몰입감과 현실감으로 자동차 조작장치의 조작성을 평가할 수 있음을 입증하였다.

  • This study is focused on the effect and satisfaction of Education of Music Appreciation by utilizing music game. In order to come up with the result, the study has conducted an experimental comparison using 107 male and female 4th grade students at G-elementary school in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, the class that teaches with the game has relatively higher learning assessment, study involvement and in particular, has a significantly increased satisfaction level than the class that only uses music appreciation. In addition, it analyzes that study involvement and satisfaction has an effect on learning assessment. The results of this research deemed to contribute direction of planning on learning contents by applying Smart Devices in regular school classes.

  • Online game industry is also making much efforts in developing games that have emotional disposition which is rapidly growing by the increase of emotional demand by the user. In the online game development that induces immersion stimulating the emotion of the human has the evaluation stage it must surely pass, and in this stage, emotional evaluation system is known as the evaluation method that one can verify the function, usage and human emotion desire of the game before its launching. Nevertheless, at this situation the studying result is absent in the verification of efficiency and validity of the emotional evaluation system, this study is to work on the availability and validity of the emotional evaluation system as the evaluation tool of the game comparing with the Jakob Nielsen's evaluation system through common user group which are the subjects.

  • 본 논문에서는 좋은 수업에 대한 전문대학 현장에서 학습자들 인식을 살펴봄으로써 전문대학 교육에 주는 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다. 특히 강의평가의 주관식 문항을 분석하여 좋은 강의의 개념과 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 하였다. 질적 분석을 통하여 나타나 결과를 정리해 보면 첫째, 몰입할 수 있는 수업, 둘째, 공정한 평가로 동기유발을 할 수 있는 수업, 셋째, 교수와 학생, 학생과 학생의 원활한 상호작용이 있는 수업, 넷째, 교수자의 열정을 느낄 수 있는 수업을 좋은 강의로 인식하고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 강의개선안 및 강의평가 방안 개발에 실질적으로 기여할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 동작 속도별 마찰음의 주관적 평가에 있어서 시각적 변수의 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 유통되고 있는 79 종의 스포츠웨어용 투습발수직물 중 음향 특성으로 계층적 군집분석에 의해 나누어진 3 개의 군집에서 각각 하나씩 추출한 총 3가지 시료를 대상으로 walking, jogging, running의 속도로 마찰시켜 총 9가지의 소리에 대하여 실험하였다. 직물 소리에 대한 주관적 평가 시 시각적 변수의 영향을 분석하기 위하여 두 가지 방법으로 직물 소리에 대한 주관적 반응을 평가하였다. 첫 번째는 기존의 연구에서 주로 이루어진 방법으로, 실험 진행자가 피험자에게 직물소리를 들려주면서 설문을 하게 하였다. 두 번째는 녹음된 직물의 소리와 함께 모니터를 통해 해당 자극물의 마찰 속도에 따라 인체 모델이 움직이는 동작을 보여줌으로써 청각과 시각 자극을 동시에 제시하여 주관적 평가의 자극물로 사용하였다. 주관적 평가는 8개의 형용사 쌍에 대해 의미미분척도로 평가되었고, 두 가지 방법을 비교하기 위하여 '실제 옷을 착용하고 움직일 때 발생하는 직물 소리와 유사하게 들린다.' 와 '옷을 착용하고 움직일 때 발생하는 소리라고 느껴진다.' 두 문항을 추가하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 시각 자극의 유무에 의한 감성평가 결과에는 큰 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 피험자가 소리만으로 직물이 마찰되는 장면을 의식적으로 상상해야 하는 심리적 부담을 줄여주었고, 주관적 평가 몰입도를 향상시켰다고 사료된다.

  • CSA(Control Self Assessment) is a new internal control technique whose objective is to control the human resource performance, the manager's philosophy, the business ethics, the effective communication and decision making etc. The purpose of this study is to find out if the CSA improve the quality of internal control. With the questionnaire method the following conclusions are reached. 1) Level of the management supports influence the level of the workshop participation. 2) Anonymity during the workshop session influences the level of workshop participation. 3) Level of the organizational committment influences the level of the participation 4) The level of workshop performance significantly influences the level of internal contro improvement.

The Influence of Awareness of Healthcare Accreditation, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of Small and Medium sized Hospital Nurses. (중소병원 간호사의 의료기관인증제 인식 및 직무스트레스, 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the awareness of the healthcare accreditation system, job stress, organizational commitment, and the turnover intention to determine the effects of these factors on the turnover intention of small and medium sized hospitals. A total of 202 nurses who worked in hospitals with less than 500 beds located in Gyeonggi-do, participated in this study. Questionnaires were given to the nurses who experienced healthcare accreditation, and data were collected between 1 December 2015 and 30 March 2016. As a result, the factors and general characteristics, influencing the turnover intention were found to be age (F=4.68, p<.001), marital condition (F=3.92, p<.001), and department of work (F=3.23, p<.008). The turnover intention was negatively correlated with the awareness of the healthcare accreditation system (r=-.46, p<.001) and nursing organizational commitment(r=-.35, p<.001), but positively correlated with the job stress (r=.21, p=.002). Regression analysis showed that the turnover intention of nurses from small and medium sized hospitals had 22.0% on the organizational commitment, department type, and job stress. Therefore, to decrease the nurses' the turnover intention, managers of small and medium sized hospitals need to draw up measures to support job involvement and policy improvement. The results also showed the difference in turnover intention according to the department type. Accordingly, there is a need for a differentiated approach according to the department of work, such as a special unit, ward, and outpatient department.

  • This study analyzed the effect of how much work-family conflict affect on job involvement and life satisfaction and the effect of moderating effect of demographic characteristics in Mongolia SMEs. For these, this study explores theoretical background about work-family conflict(work interference with family conflict, family interference work conflict), job involvement and life satisfaction, then derived research framework and hypotheses from exploration of theoretical background. According to hypothesis testing result, first, work interference with family conflict has negative effect on life satisfaction. Second, family interference work conflict has negative effect on job involvement and life satisfaction. Third, there is not significance of moderating effect of demographic characteristics between work-family conflict and job involvement/life satisfaction. The main implication of this study is to promote leader's change of awareness about work-family conflict management, to institute flexible work arrangements and selective implementation of a maternity leave and a parental leave and to establish an evaluation system.
