Job crafting has gained prominence in organizational practice as an important factor to cultivate positive performance, the purpose of this study is to present theoretical and practical implications of job crafting by examination of the effective variables that induce job crafting. We verify the correlation between shared leadership and job crafting and the mediating effect of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these two variables. Hypotheses were established on the basis of precedent research and various theories including social cognitive theory and affective events theory. The data were collected by conducting online surveys of 318 office workers who have served in various domestic organizations. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that shared leadership yields positive effects on the learning goal orientation, knowledge sharing and job crafting of participants respectively and that learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and job crafting. The results of this study present the effectiveness of shared leadership to facilitate the job crafting and implications and future research measures for the organization to develop a system for activating shared leadership, and for strengthening learning goals orientation and knowledge sharing.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of SCM on PM's capabilities and sustainable benefit sharing in leading global companies. To achieve this, statistical analyses were carried out through an empirical questionnaire survey of 426 PMs in SCM companies. The results showed that SCM commitment, vision and goal sharing have positive effects on PM's capabilities in leading global companies, boosting PM capability. Moreover, sustainable benefit sharing was improved along with SCM trust building, vision and goal sharing in global leading companies, supporting the usefulness of these variables. In contrast, SCM information sharing and trust building did not lead to significant acceleration of PM's capabilities, rejecting these variables. These findings indicate that SCM information sharing or trust building does not really help simple members to accelerate PM's capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate activities of sharing learning objectives in mathematics lesson and by doing that, to draw some conclusions on sharing learning objectives in elementary school mathematics lessons. To gather data, 82 pre-service teachers who participated in 4-week teaching practicum were asked to record their mathematics lesson and to transcribe their teaching activities. Specifically by analyzing the data, suggestions on how to share the learning objectives in elementary school mathematics were drawn.

국방부는 90년대 후반부터 국방정보체계 구축사업을 본격적으로 추진하면서 정보체계의 상호운용성 문제를 심각하게 인식하고 상호운용성을 보장하는 국방 정보체계를 구축하기 위하여 많은 노력을 추진하고 있다. 상호운용성을 보장하는 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 목표를 국방통합정보체계 구축으로 설정하고 이를 구성하는 요소로 국방정보체계표준, 공통운용환경, 데이터공유환경을 식별하고, 이를 구축하기 위해 추진하고 있다. 이들 가운데 국방정보체계표준은 선정되어, 국방전반에 대하여 효력을 발휘하고 있으며, 공통운용환경은 우리의 국방환경에 적합한 추진방향을 선정하였으나, 데이터공유환경을 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선진국의 추진사례와 우리나라 국방 현실에 대한 분석을 통하여 우리의 현실에 맞는 데이터공유환경(SHADE)를 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법을 제시하며, 그 내용으로는 먼저 현 국방 데이터 관리 실태 분석을 통하여 현 상황을 인식한 후, 구축하고자 하는 목표을 설정하고, 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위한 추진 전략 및 방향, 업무와 관련된 조직 및 인원에 대한 임무, 단계별 추진 과제 등을 식별하고 데이터공유가 요구되는 조직 및 체계에 적용가능한 데이터 관리 절차와 데이터 상호운용성을 만족시키기 위한 접근방법을 제시한다.

The escalating demand for organized information resource management within organizations necessitates increased investment in information security (IS), as a single error can lead to information exposure incidents, underscoring the importance of IS compliance by insiders. The research aims to elevate IS compliance within the organization by examining the influence of the shared goal of information security policy (ISP), perceived ISP value and individual's fits on an insider's intention to comply with the ISP. Antecedent research in organizational behavior and IS led to a proposed hypothesis, tested using 366 obtained samples. The ISP shared goal's positive influence on ISP compliance intentions was evident from the test results, primarily through the perceived ISP value. Furthermore, the person-organization and demand-ability fit moderated the antecedent factors associated with ISP compliance intentions. Our findings suggest the methods for sustaining organizational IS levels by examining the requisite conditions from the viewpoints of the organizational environment, ISP values, and fits.

As integrated management of scattered knowledge in the organization contributes to organizational performance, organizations are increasing their investment in knowledge management(KM) policies and technologies. For KM to be operated efficiently, the participation of employees performing knowledge-sharing activities is important. This study suggests how shared goal, value congruence, and task interdependence reduce the negative effects of relation and role conflict on the intention to share knowledge. We surveyed workers in organizations that have more than 50 employees and have KM policies, and 381 samples were used for hypothesis testing. As a result of hypothesis testing, we confirmed that a shared goal affects the intention to share knowledge through each of the factors of value congruence, relation conflict, and role conflict. In addition, we confirmed that value congruence and task interdependence moderated conflicts that negatively affected the intention to share knowledge. We identified the conditions that affect the knowledge-sharing activities of employees in terms of individual, organizational, and work structure. Therefore, the results contribute to the establishment of strategies for achieving the performance of the organization's KM.

최근 빠르게 확산되고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)는 사용자의 인맥을 관리하며 새로운 인맥을 형성하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한 사용자들이 자신의 관심사에 관한 지식이나 정보를 공개함으로써 정보의 효율성을 높이고 다른 사용자들에게 정보를 전파한다. 하지만 현재의 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 새로운 인맥을 형성하는 것보다 실제 사회에서의 인맥을 가상의 공간에서도 유지하고 관리하여 실제로 만나지 않더라도 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 용도로 사용되어 소셜 네트워크의 목표를 달성하지 못하고 있다. 하지만 특정한 공간의 동일한 관심사를 가진 사람들 간의 제한적 정보 공유는 소셜 네트워의 단점을 보안하고 궁극적 목표를 달성할 수 있다. 또한 특정 관심사를 기반으로 그룹을 생성함으로써 정보의 신뢰도를 높이며 새로운 인맥을 형성에도 효과적 일 것이다. 하지만 이러한 네트워크는 모바일 환경의 특징으로 인해 빠르게 변화할 수 있으며 위치를 기반으로 특정 공간의 다른 사용자들과 통신함으로 완전히 새로운 인맥을 형성하게 된다. 그러므로 안전하게 신뢰관계를 구축하기위해 사용자의 평판 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 동일한 관심사를 가진 폐쇄적 정보공유에서의 악의적 노드의 고립을 위한 평판 메커니즘을 제안한다.

현재 SCORM 콘텐츠를 제공하는 대부분의 시스템은 콘텐츠에서 사용하는 데이터가 하나의 교육목표를 가지는 콘텐츠 패키지에 함께 포함되어 있다. 콘텐츠를 만들 때 필요한 파일은 공유를 하지만 교육 목표를 가진 하나의 독립단위로 생성이 되어 시스템 상에서 실행시킬 수 있는 패키지로 만들어지면 콘텐츠에서 사용하는 파일은 물리적으로 다 포함되어 있다. 그렇기 때문에 같은 파일로 여러 개의 콘텐츠가 만들어지면 각 콘텐츠 패키지마다 파일이 포함되어 있기 때문에 시스템은 같은 파일을 중복으로 가지게 된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠에서 사용하는 이미지를 공유할 수 있는 이미지 웹서버를 구현한다. 구현한 웹 서버는 이미지 저장과 메타데이터 생성, 이미지 검색, 이미지 프로세스의 기능을 가진다.

This paper aims to apply a supply chain modeling and its analysis framework to the supply chain in the port industry, each of which has its own objective. The simulation approach serves two purposes: to model a supply chain network in quantity approach and to evaluate its supply chain performance based on proposed strategies. The simulation model will be applied to quantifying the flow of a supply chain, the involved information and material flow and conducted to simulate the supply chain operations. The model will also be used which strategic and operational policies are the most effective in smoothing the variations in the supply chain.

에어비앤비, 우버택시 등과 같이 공유경제 패러다임을 반영한 새로운 차원의 서비스 비즈니스의 확산은 IT기술을 기반으로 하는 스마트 네트워크 보급에 다른 제품의 서비스화가 일반화되었기 때문이다. 공유경제라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 제품 공유와 관련된 서비스 시스템의 디자인 응용을 연구하는 것은 갈수록 중요해지고 있으며, 공유경제를 기반으로 하는 서비스 디자인이 스마트 네트워크와 융합을 통해 자원 활용을 높이고 낭비를 줄이며, 사용자의 다양한 생활 체험과 가치 있는 수요를 보장해줄 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스 디자인에 관한 문헌 정리와 디자인 실무를 통해 고찰한 서비스 디자인 개념을 바탕으로, 부산을 방문하는 외국인 고객을 대상으로, 예측하기 힘든 특수한 날씨환경에서 우산 사용에 대한 사용자의 니즈와 수요를 조사하고 분석하여, 보다 개선되고 창의적인 "공유우산 서비스 디자인 모형"을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서비스 디자인 방법과 원칙에 따라 우산을 공유하는 서비스 시스템의 목표고객, 접점을 분석한 후, 외국인 관광객을 위한 서비스 시스템의 서비스 청사진을 만들고 우산공유 시스템 구축과 실무적용을 위한 서비스 전략을 제시할 계획이다.
