  • 환경모델링 기법은 비선형 오염유출현상을 구조화하여 배출특성 규명 및 정책대안의 영향예측 도구로서 활용도가 증가하고 있다. 반면 복잡한 입력 파라미터의 구성은 모형운영에 있어 비정량적 수치를 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 한계성을 극복하기 위해 최근 들어 GIS와 정보기술의 연계를 통한 자료관리 및 모형 매개변수 산출을 위한 연구들이 활발히 진행 중에 있다. GIS-모델링 분야의 기술적 성장에도 불구하고 정보구축의 시점, 주기, 구축 형태 등의 통일화가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 BASINS과 같은 기 구축된 정보 분석체계를 사용하고자 할 때 단위사업별로 구축된 공간정보의 구조해석을 다시 수행해야 하는 문제를 지니고 있다. 이는 구축된 정보를 사용하여 해석하고자 하는 주체가 분명하지 않고, 분석모델에서 요구하는 입력 자료의 구조를 명확하게 해석할 수 있는 정보기술과 분석기술의 연계부족으로 발생한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 NGIS사업을 통해 축척된 지형공간 데이터베이스와 GIS의 공간분석기능을 연계하여 유역 오염원 기상 공간정보의 관리, 유역 오염유출모형인 HSPF(Hydrologic Simulation Program-Fortran)의 운영정보 생성을 지원하는 지능형 정보관리시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 주 연구내용은 시스템 분석 및 설계, 기초 데이터 수집과 DB 구축, 지형 매개변수 산정을 위한 GIS-HSPF의 통합 인터페이스 구축이다. 개발된 KBASIN-HSPF는 EPA에 의해 개발된 BASIN의 유역분할, 하천망생성, 지형특성계수 산정 기능과 함께 우리나라의 지형.오염원.기상정보의 저장구조를 고려한 데이터 모델링, Tissen망에 준한 강우자료 생성 그리고 HSPF 모형운영정보 산정 및 전환기능을 포함하고 있다. KBASIN-HSPF는 유역기반 점.비점오염원 정보를 통합 관리하고자 하는 오염총량관리제의 기술적 정보관리 환경으로 활용가능하며, 기존의 오염유출모델링을 위해 자료준비부터 정보연계, 모형운영까지 분산된 환경에서 수행되었던 것을 통합환경하에서 진행함으로써 정보의 질적보장과 정보전환의 표준화방안을 제시하는 정보분석시스템이다.

International Comparison Study on the Articulation of the Science Curriculum: Focus on the Concept of Photosynthesis (과학과 교육과정의 연계성 국제 비교: 광합성 개념 중심으로)

  • The Korean education curriculum is making efforts to improve education to foster competencies that the future society demands through the 2007 and 2009 revised curriculum. The revised curricula focus on enhanced articulation for the quality curriculum. In this study, the curriculum is analyzed for vertical and horizontal articulation. In addition, the study found a problem in Korea's curriculum through international comparison and sought improvement. Furthermore, the study compared internationally articulation of the concept of photosynthesis, of which the results are as follows. First, our science curriculum focuses on vertical articulation and has relatively neglected the problem of horizontal articulation. To compensate for this problem, curriculum design should introduce aspects of 'nature' and 'environment' and should consider the interests and concerns of students, as countries with high horizontal articulation do. Second, the actual education field has a problem with the a lack of continuity and sequence because of concentration of concept in a specific grade or simply repeating the concept across multiple grades. These results have led to alternative proposals that should arrange basis of concept configuration such as 'Big Idea' and should establish the adoption of 'systems' frequently appearing in the other curricula. Finally, there may be mentioned a lack of research on students' learning progression, which can be a common standard of horizontal and vertical articulation. Research on learning progression has been a trend overseas, but there exists no study to fit Korea's situation, so education fields need to conduct the appropriate research on learning progression as part of the commitment to high-quality curriculum.

A Study on the Proposal of Direction of Data Linkage for Building a One-Stop Portal Service for Humanities Assets (인문자산 원스톱포털서비스 구축을 위한 데이터연계 방향성 제안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose an effective direction of data linkage for building the humanities assets one-stop portal service. For this purpose, We collected and analyzed the actual status of the domestic institution with humanities assets, and presented the linkage direction through analysis of the data held by the target organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, we proposed a classification system of humanities assets based on the reviewing the existing classification system on the subject of humanities assets. Second, we set up the categories of potential data that can be incorporated into humanities assets through a detailed analysis of the subject and type of data held by the subject institutions. Third, we analyzed the platforms of similar case organizations providing one-stop portal services for humanities assets and proposed the applicable meta fields when constructing one-stop system based on similarity.

A Study on the Construction for Name Authority Data of the Korean Academic Papers (국내 학술논문 저자명 전거데이터 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we proposed the effectively method for constructing of name authority data in korean academic papers and designed the authority database system that is applied the method. For these, we analyze the requisite for identifying the author name and suggest the author identification method. Because construction of name authority record costs time and effort, and considering frequently period of large-scale acquisitions of academic papers, our suggestion includes the system that be able to manage and construct the name authority database, and that is tightly connected with the academic paper management and service systems.

  • 온라인을 이용해서 교육목적을 달성하기 위해서는 학습자 수준을 분서하여서 수준에 맞는 학습 내용을 제공해야 한다. 특히 수학과처럼 학습의 연계성이 큰 교과는 선수학습이 결손되면 후속학습의 목표 도달에 곤란을 갖게 된다. 따라서 학습자가 학습목표를 잘 도달할 수있게 하기 위해서는 선수학습 결손 여부를 판단해서 학습결손이 발견되면 보충학습을 한 뒤 본 학습을 하도록 해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IPI를 이용하여 학습자의 수학과 학습 수준을 분석할 수 있는 진단시스템을 설계 구현하였다. IPI(Individually Prescribed Instruction)는 학습자의 수준을 진단$\longrightarrow$처방$\longrightarrow$평가하는 개별처방교수법으로 이를 이용하면 학습자의 수준을 진단해서 학습자 수준에 맞게 처방을 하여 개별화된 학습을 할 수가 있다. 수학학습에 본 시스템을 활용하면 학습자는 학습결손이 일어나지 않게 되어 궁극적으로 학습목표에 도달할 수 있게 된다.

  • Labor work information can be converted into the useful construction information in an effort to analyze project status, measure performance, and design a new similar project plan. The labor work information can also be used to make productivity data, which can be used to analyze the relationship between 'as planned' and 'as built' in scheduling management of a project, and to calculate 'percent completion' as well as analyzing delay cause. It is require to effectively collect the labor work information base on the activities. In general, current project management heavily depends on the experience and judgment of project managers, according to the work progress. However, relying on the oかy experience and judgment of the project managers might deteriorate the transparency or reliability of the collected labor work information. The purpose of this research is thus to develop a computer-based system for monitoring the work information generated by labors input in activities using PDA and Barcode technologies, and to propose a application method of the productivity data for effective project management.

A Study on Users' Recognition of Selection Attributes for Connection between Recreational Forest and Rural Tourism Village (자연휴양림과 체험마을 연계를 위한 이용객의 선택속성 인식 연구)

  • The study was conducted to compare and analyze the importance and performance of leisure destination selection attributes of persons who use recreational forests and rural tourism villages. This researcher investigated the use patterns of users to identify the ground for connection between recreational forest and rural tourism village, analyzed their recognition differences in physical selection attribute, program selection attribute, and service selection attribute in order for leisure destination selection, and conducted importance-performance analysis(IPA analysis) to draw a plan for connection. The main results and suggestions are presented as follows. First, recreational forests were visited by family users in order for rest and emotional cultivation and provided experience programs using simple public interest function of forest, whereas rural tourism villages were visited by family users, friends and co-workers, groups and club members to experience a variety of annual programs and understand regional cultures. It was found that it was necessary to connect natural forest with rural tourism village in order to meet the leisure needs of the people changed in diversified ways. Secondly, it was found that the connection between rural tourism village and recreational forest visited mainly for simple rest led to positive visit intention of users. It was expected that there will be various kinds of uses, including experience program participation, child education, and safe accommodations security. In other words, the connection between recreational forest and rural tourism village is an alternative to trigger actual demands and recreational forest activities with high quality. Thirdly, in the case of users of recreational forests, their performance of all selection attributes was lower than their importance of them. Therefore, overall improvements were needed. In particular, needed were the diversity, benefit, and promotion of programs, improvements in locality(themes), supply of lodges and convenient facilities, booking system, the purchase system of local special products, and professional skills of operators and managers. On contrary, the performance of program selection attribute of rural tourism village was high. Therefore, it was found that program attribute of rural tourism village was the main connection factor to activate recreational forest use. Fourthly, according to IPA analysis, the proper connections between loges, convenient facilities, and nearby touristattractions, which give high expectations and satisfaction to users, needed to remain. And it was required to make common efforts to accomplish the goal (income creation) of rural tourism village and improve booking system for visitors and performance of local special products sales opportunity. In addition, the essential factors to induce users' leisure destination selection were found to be maintenance of the use fee system of recreational forest, diversity of rural tourism village program, and retention of locality.

  • Recent years, the construction projects of a world-wide have changed toward integrated evaluation considering all environmental and economic aspect for ecological construction.. The object of this study is to suggest the method and system for integrated analysis VE/LCC and LCA. In order to integrate and analyze environmental and economic aspects of alternative design elements, decision maker should handle simultaneously much information such as cost, document and drawing. This study presents applicative methods of WBS for integrated management of these information. Also, this study presents a decision support system that can manage DB easily by using VE, LCC and LCA analysis module separately.

  • The aim of this paper is to analyse correlation between the new library act and policy tasks of public libraries in Korea. In order to attain this objective, author set seven policy tasks, that is, amendment and complement of master plan for library development, unification of public library administrative system, institutionalization of local public library and information policy, job analysis and improvement of library personnel system, infrastructure expansion and revision of various legal standards, standardization of management evaluation and statistical system, and strong connection between public library and related cultural institutions. And author suggested the alternatives to drive and improve of these policy tasks.

  • 유전체 연구를 위해 구축된 바이오 데이터베이스는 해당 프로젝트의 목적에 따라 서로 다른 주체에 의해 독립적으로 구축되어 왔다. 그러나 바이오 데이터의 효과적인 판용을 위해서는 그러한 이질적인 바이오 데이터베이스의 정보를 상호 연계하여 분석한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 핵산 데이터베이스인 GenBank와 단백질 데이터베이스인 SWISS-PROT, 문헌 데이터베이스인 PubMed의 데이터 구조를 개체-관련성 도표로 각각 모델링한 후 합병하여, 핵산-단백질-문헌자료로 연계되는 정보를 통합 서비스할 수 있는 모델과 시스템 구조를 제시한다.
