이 연구는 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 정보기술수용모형(technology acceptance model) 관련 선행연구를 토대로, 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 잠재모형을 개발하였다. 잠재모형의 예비타당성 검증절차를 거친 후, 이를 통해 수정된 모형을 검증하기 위해 경기도 A 연구소의 스마트교육 체험학습프로그램을 이수한 초 중 고등학생 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구결과, 다음과 같은 가설들이 채택되었다. 상호작용성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 I). 상호작용성은 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미친다(가설 II). 상호작용성은 지각된 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 III). 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 IV). 사회적 영향과 상호작용성은 서로 영향을 미친다(가설 V). 지각된 유용성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VI). 지각된 사용용이성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VII). 또한 연구모형의 적합도 검증 결과, $x^2$값은 6.600, 유의확률은 .086으로서 유의수준 .05에서 모형과 자료가 일치한다는 영가설이 채택되었으며, GFI, CFI, TLI 값은 각각 .98, .99, .99로 높은 적합도 수준을 보였다. 다만, RMSEA 값은 .09로서 다소 높은 값을 보이지만, 수정된 연구모형의 적합성을 해하는 수준은 아닌 것으로 판단되었다.

Various studies have been conducted on factors influencing the adoption of new technologies. In particular, the factors influencing customers' acceptance of new technologies that emerged along with the arrival of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Theoretical models are mainly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) or Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology : UTAUT2). However, there are no trust variables in these models. In this study, we added trust variable and tested augmented reality(AR). Three types - trust as an independent variable, as a mediating variable, and as a moderating variable - were analyzed statistically. As a result, trust was most explanatory when viewed as a mediating variable between independent variables and intention to use. In theory, it has been shown that trust acts as a mediating effect. In practice, trust is most important in accepting new technologies, so it is important to prioritize trust.

In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

This study was conducted to identify factors that influenced teachers' adoption of digital textbooks and causal relationships among the factors identified. Chasm theory was used in developing strategies for adoption of digital textbooks that consider teachers' innovativeness. This study also employed the information technology adoption model of Davis (1989) that illustrates decision making processes for the adoption of instructional media such as digital textbooks. Based on these two theories, a measurement instrument measuring teachers' innovativeness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention of use was developed and validated through a series of reliability and validity tests. Causal relationships among the factors were examined using structural equation modeling. The result indicated that: a) perceived ease of use had a directional effect on perceived usefulness and an indirect effect on intention of use; and b) perceived usefulness had a direct effect on intention of use. Implications of this finding are discussed especially for the efforts in developing strategies for teachers' adoption of digital textbook. For example, when digital textbooks are introduced into public schools, teachers' perception of the usefulness of digital textbooks, beyond just ease of use, should be considered.

본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.

인터넷 뱅킹은 다른 정보시스템이나 웹기반 시스템에 비해 보안에 대한 우려가 높으면서, 다른 거래자들과의 사용자간 거래가 지원되는 P2P적 요소를 가지고 있다. 따라서 보안우려와 거래파트너는 인터넷 뱅킹 사용에 많은 영향을 주는 중요한 요소로 간주될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기술수용모형에 보안우려와 거래파트너 영향을 외부변수로 도입한 확장된 기술수용모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기존에 사용하고 있던 유용성 대신에 편리성을 도입하였고 보안우려와 사용용이성 및 사용은 부( )의 관계, 거래파트너 영향과 편리성 및 사용은 정(+)의 관계에 의해 기존의 기술수용모형에 확장하였다. 실증적 검증을 위해 설문조사를 하였고 조사결과는 구조방정식에 의해 분석하여 만족할만한 모형적합도를 얻었고, '보안우려-사용용이성' 관계를 제외한 모든 가설이 채택되었다.

Lately, in accordance with the improvement of living standards and income level, concern about the health is continuously increasing and the desire is also becoming diverse. This study focused on the user's acceptance of converged smart u-health system. For the study purpose, this paper analyzed the health and technology factors influencing the user's acceptance on u-health system. Thus this study was carried out by using covariance based SEM in order to test the model fitness and path coefficient. As the results, the health management experience among HPM factors and perceived usefulness among TAM had a positive effect on attitude and the perceived usefulness had a direct effect on behavioral intention.

정교화가능성모형과 기술수용모형에 의해 정보기술 수용의 설득과정을 시도한 연구들이 이론적으로 미친 영향은 매우 크다. 그러나 이들 연구의 대부분은 횡단면적 접근에 기반한 정적 모형을 사용했기 때문에 시간 흐름에 따른 변수 간의 관계 변화를 적절히 설명하지 못하고 있다. 가령, 교육 프로그램을 통한 정보기술 수용은 일정기간의 시간을 요하는데 설득경로가 유용성의 지각에 미치는 영향력은 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 정보기술 수용과정을 충분히 규명하기 위해서는 기존의 연구모형은 종단적으로 확장되어 시간 흐름에 따른 시스템 사용을 평가해야 한다. 한편 정보기술수용 연구에서 내재적 동기의 중요성이 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 수용 설득과정에서 내재적 동기에 대한 고려는 별로 없었고 대부분의 연구는 유용성과 같은 외재적 동기를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보기술수용 설득과정의 이해를 넓히기 기존 연구에서 제시된 연구모형에 내재된 동기에 관련된 변수를 포함하고 전체적인 모형을 종단적으로 확장했고, 실증적 검증을 위해 정규 대학과정 과목의 학생들을 대상으로 두 번에 걸친 표본 조사를 하였다.

기술발전에 따른 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 연구는 유용성과 편의성을 중심으로 그 수용 및 저항을 서로 다른 관점에서 보아왔다. 그러나 소비자 혹은 사용자들이 느끼는 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 태도와 평가는 수용하려는 측면과 저항하려는 측면이 동시에 작용하며 그 결과로서 사용의도 혹은 구매의도가 결정된다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신제품 혹은 서비스가 갖는 다양한 속성을 기술수용모형(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model) 에서의 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness) 과 지각된 편의성 (Perceived Ease of Use) 개념을 사용자 지각에 기초하여 상대적 이점, 유용성, 편의성, 기술혁신성, 사용법의 변화 인식, 위험지각 등으로 구체화하고 각각의 개념이 수용적 태도와 저항에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 수용적 태도와 저항이 사용의도에 미치는 영향력을 동시에 분석 및 비교하였다. 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 중심으로 혁신제품에 대한 소비자 중심의 관리적 시사점도 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.
