Advancement in media technology has brought about changes to the scene of ethnic minority media. As now platforms started to convey information about mother country as well as new nation. This study examines the actual status of Korean minority broadcasting companies and promoting its competitiveness through interviews and survey of media companies. The result shows that Korean ethnic broadcasting market is facing severe competition and decrease in profit by entering Korean terrestrial TV companies. Therefore, supports of Korean government is essential for promoting competitiveness of Korean minority media companies. Through voces of Korean minority media companies, we will search for find out solutions : support of production cost, supply of Korean programs, and training programs for promoting the capability of production staffs.

The currently used semiconductor pressure sensors are piezoresistive and capacitive type. Especially, semiconductor micro pressure sensors have a great deal of attention because of their small size. However, its fabrication processes are difficult, so that its yield is poor. For the purpose of resolving the drawbacks of the existing silicon pressure sensors, we demonstrate a new type of pressure sensor using PSFET(pressure sensitive field effect transistor) and investigate its operational characteristics. We used PZT(Pb(Zr,Ti)$O_3$) as a pressure sensing material. PZT thin films were deposited on a gate oxide of MOSFET by an rf-magnetron sputtering method. To abtain the stable phase, perovskite structure, furnace annealing technique have been employed in PbO ambient. The sensitivity of the PSFET was 0.38 mV/mmHg.

Unknown nouns which are not in a dictionary make problems not only morphological analysis but also almost all natural language processing area. This paper describes a recognition method for Korean unknown nouns using strings following nouns such as postposition, suffix and postposition, suffix and eomi, etc. We collect and sort words including nouns from documents and divide a word including unknown noun into two parts, candidate noun and string following the noun, by finding same prefix morphemes from more than two unknown words. We use information of strings following nouns extracted from Sejong corpus and decide unknown noun finally. We obtain 99.64% precision and 99.46% recall for unknown nouns occurred more than two forms in news of two portal sites.

The broadcast service environment is changed to the complicated equipment configuration of the server and network-based for the advanced technology application and various service providings. The broadcasting market is growing rapidly by the development of broadcasting environment. But as to the domestic production broadcasting equipment industry, the satisfaction of request of the consumer and market competitive power is showing the limit due to the development of the single focused on goods and sale. This research gathered the opinion of the broadcasting technology experts and investigated the reality of usage of the domestic device in the broadcasting system. And according to the investigation result we discovers the hybrid system model that synergy can come out in which the domestic device more than 2 combines out and there is the purpose.

The doma (cutting board) is an essential kitchen utensil. The general doma used at present is not sultable for cutting kimchi-like juicy foods, because It is a nat flat structure. Kimchi juice contains vitamins, organle acids, and lactic acid bacteria, and inhibits Oxidation of flavor of kimchi. In addition, if the juice flows down on the doma during cutting the doma work-table and kimchi bottom is contaminated. In this studies a new type of doma for kimchi. was made in order to minimize the Juice Iou during cutting. This new one baa a two-dimensional function of low due to length slope face and slanted gutter of width. No this new type has been developed worldwide, as far as the present writer is aware. The new one has various effectivenesses: minimixing loss of kimchi juice and contamination of doma work-table and kitchen bottom by kimchi juice, saving water and time to water contaminated cutting board, work-table and diahtowel (hangju). preventing round from falling down frorr doma duing cutting, decreasing damage of cutting the user's finger, cutting by the fixed size and shape. Draining and drying is easy and it is convenient to cut all juicy food.

The core version of UDC(Universal Decimal Classification) is available in an electronic form called MRF(Master Reference File) which supports the maintenance of the quality of the scheme as a working tool for the UDCC(UDC Consortium) by annual reviewing its content and initiating revisions and extensions. In this paper, we discuss outcomes of our in-depth analysis of the geography, biography and history disciplines in UDC focused on the its evolutions and characteristics, including the common auxiliaries of place, the common auxiliaries of time and the common auxiliaries of race, ethnic grouping and nationality. Based on the in-depth analysis, we suggested some ideas which can be applied into the history class of KDC(Korean Decimal Classification). In particular, its principle of combination methods in the history of individual regions, the way of its assignment of physical geography and human geography in the same division, the possibilities of the extension of the table of geographical division and the adaptation of the table of chronological division in KDC.

A variety of research projects have been undertaken due to the recent catastrophic tunnel fires throughout the world, Among them, more emphasis was given to full scale and scale model fire experiments, and recently the area of fire resistance of tunnel structures attract more interests, On the contrary to the cases in most of the advanced countries where design standards as well as recommendations have already been announced, no local criteria for design can be found, This paper aims at deriving the fire characteristics appropriate for the assessment criteria of fire resistance of structures in local tunnels through studying the existing fire temperature curves including ISO 834 standard temperature curve, HC curve, RWS curve, ZTV curve and EBA curve.

최근 휴대용 기기들이 대중화되어 한사람이 하나 이상의 휴대용 기기를 소지하고 있고 스마트폰 활용도 또한 늘어나는 추세이다. 때문에 폭발적인 스마트폰 응용 활용이 늘어나고 있지만 현재의 애플리케이션 스토어는 각 플랫폼별로 애플리케이션을 개발해줘야 하는 종속적인 면이 있다. 앱스토어는 크게 애플의 앱스토어와 구글의 안드로이드 마켓으로 양분되어 있고 각 플랫폼에 맞춰 애플리케이션이 개발되어야 한다. 각각의 플랫폼에 맞춰서 애플리케이션을 개발하면 비용도 더 들고 다른 소규모 플랫폼(Ex 바다)들은 애플리케이션 개발자들을 끌어 모아야만 자신들의 플랫폼에 맞는 애플리케이션이 나오는 단점이 있다. 각 플랫폼에 맞춰서 개발된 네이티브 애플리케이션의 범용성에 대한 해결책과 모바일에서의 다양한 요구사항을 수용하기 위해 웹 애플리케이션이 각광받고 있다. 웹 애플리케이션은 플랫폼에 종속되지 않고 어느 휴대용 기기에서도 동작하기 때문에 각 플랫폼별로 개발하지 않아도 된다. 따라서 웹 애플리케이션 스토어끼리의 연동 프로토콜을 통하여 애플리케이션들을 어느 웹 애플리케이션 스토어에서도 볼 수 있고 플랫폼에 구애받지 않는 거대한 시장이 생겨날 수 있다. 하지만 아직 웹 애플리케이션 스토어라는 표준이 없고 존재하는 웹 애플리케이션 스토어가 없다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 연동에 관한 프로토콜을 제안한다.

Cytochrome P-450(CP-450) is one of the three components of the liver microsomal enzyme system which hydroxylates fatty acids, hydrocarbons and a variety of drugs and other foreign compounds. Female Balb/c mice were immunized with purified polychlorinated bipheny(PCB)-induced CP-450 LMII. The spleen cells derived from immunized mice were fused with $SP^2$ myeloma cells using polyethylene glycol(PEG 3500). The hybrid cells were selected by hypoxanthine-aminopterine and thymidine(HAT) medium and the culture fluid were screened by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to CP450 LMII. The hybrid cess(${\times}10^7$) were innoculated into intraperitoneal cavity of Balb/c mice for the purpose of production of ascitic fluids. Monoclonal antibody(Mab) was purified from ascitic fluid by DEAE cellulose ion exchange chromatography and $I^{125}$-labeled Mab was also confirmed by autoradiography and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (MW : 55,000 and 110,000).

This study was aimed to construct a theoretical model for managing persons with early psychosis. We systematically searched SCOPUS, PubMed, RISS, Web of Knowledge, and KoreaMed for related factors to manage persons with early psychosis. Significant terms or phrases for a preliminary structural model were obtained from 19 studies since 2000 regarding the management of persons with early psychosis. Moreover, the content validity for the model was evaluated by 22 professionals. The study results revealed 51 factors for managing persons with early psychosis extracted by meta-analysis, and all factors were divided into 21 medium classification and 8 categories. A theoretical model was constructed with 8 categories, by using the middle range theory of Peplau's Interpersonal Relationships in Nursing. The results suggest that the theoretical model for the management of persons with early psychosis provides a sound theoretical basis for future study.
