최근에 양은석은 "비트겐슈타인과 초일관성: 비트겐슈타인의 반실재론"에서 모순에 대한 비트겐슈타인의 견해에 대해 매우 주목할 만한 주장을 하였다. 그에 따르면, 비트겐슈타인은 약한 의미의 초일관주의자로 간주될 수 있다. 이 글에서는 이러한 양은석의 주장이 설득력 없는 것임을 보이고자 한다. 또한 비트겐슈타인이 논리학과 수학, 그리고 모순을 어떻게 바라보았는지를 가능한 한 공정하게 조명하고자 한다. 여러 학자들은 모순에 대한 비트겐슈타인의 생각이 대단히 특이한 것이라고 간주하였고, 더 나아가 마치 어떤 중대한 오류를 포함하는 것처럼 평가하였다. 그러나 이제 이러한 평가는 더 이상 유효하지 않다. 모순과 관련된 비트겐슈타인의 생각은 더 이상 특이하지 않다. 왜냐하면 그의 생각은 옳기 때문이다.

This study examines the activity system of teaching and learning about informal statistical inference using sampling simulation, based on cultural-historical activity theory. The research explores what contradictions arise in the activity system and how the system changes as a result of these contradictions. The participants were 20 elementary school students in the 5th to 6th grades who received classes on informal statistical inference using sampling simulations. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings show that a contradiction emerged between the rule and the object, as well as between the mediating artifact and the object. It was confirmed that visualization of empirical sampling distribution was introduced as a new artifact while resolving these contradictions. In addition, contradictions arose between the subject and the rule and between the rule and the mediating artifact. It was confirmed that an algorithm to calculate the mean of the sample means was introduced as a new rule while resolving these contradictions.

이 글은 박병철과 이승종의 저술에 대한 박정일의 서평을 중심으로 비트겐슈타인 철학의 몇몇 문제점을 고찰하면서 다음과 같은 것을 주장한다. 첫째 비트겐슈타인 철학의 현상학적 양상을 추적하고 있는 박병철의 현상학의 개념이 명백하지 않다. 둘째 "논리철학논고"의 유아론은 경험적 유아론이 아니라 선험적 유아론이다. 셋째 "논리철학논고"의 대상은 감각자료가 아니다. 넷째 우리에게 주어진 소여는 논리적인 것이다. 다섯째 박병철은 이 논리적인 것을 경험에 근거지우는 실책을 범하고 있다. 여섯째 모순의 형식적 개념에 대한 이승종의 비판은 성공적이지 않다. 일곱째 이것은 박정일이 지적한 것처럼 허수아비 공격의 오류를 범했기 때문인 것처럼 보인다. 여덟째 모순된 규칙에 대한 이승종의 이해는 박정일이 지적하듯이 잘못되었다.

현대 디자이너는 사회로부터 다양화와 현대화에 대한 지속적인 요구를 받고 있으며, 한편으로는 자원의 유한성이라는 제한으로 인해 다양화와 현대화와의 모순이라는 현실에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 배경들로 말미암아 재활용품 개발은 현대 디자인에서 중요한 분야로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 연구는 폐기물 재활용품의 모듈형식 디자인에 관한 분석을 통하여 지속 가능한 각도에서의 모듈형식 디자인의 역할과 그 중요성의 의미를 인정하고 모듈형식의 생활용품 디자인에서 나타난 정보를 통하여 재활용품 디자인의 개발방향을 제시하였다.

The development of recent Mathematical Logic is mostly originated in Hilbert's Proof Theory. The purpose of the plan so called Hilbert's Program lies in the formalization of mathematics by formal axiomatic method, rescuing classical mathematics by means of verifying completeness and consistency of the formal system and solidifying the foundations of mathematics. In 1931, the completeness encounters crisis by the existence of undecidable proposition through the 1st Theorem of G?del, and the establishment of consistency faces a risk of invalidation by the 2nd Theorem. However, relative of partial realization of Hilbert's Program still exists as a fruitful research program. We have tried to bring into relief through Curry-Howard Correspondence the fact that Hilbert's program serves as source of power for the growth of mathematical constructivism today. That proof in natural deduction is in truth equivalent to computer program has allowed the formalization of mathematics to be seen in new light. In other words, Hilbert's program conforms best to the concept of algorithm, the central idea in computer science.

자연어 추론 모델은 전제와 가설 사이의 의미 관계를 함의와 모순, 중립 세 가지로 판별한다. 영어에서는 RTE(recognizing textual entailment) 데이터셋과 다양한 NLI(Natural Language Inference) 데이터셋이 이러한 모델을 개발하고 평가하기 위한 벤치마크로 공개되어 있다. 본 연구는 국외의 텍스트 추론 데이터 주석 가이드라인 및 함의 데이터를 언어학적으로 분석한 결과와 함의 및 모순 관계에 대한 의미론적 연구의 토대 위에서 한국어 자연어 추론 벤치마크 데이터 구축 방법론을 탐구한다. 함의 및 모순 관계를 주석하기 위하여 각각의 의미 관계와 관련된 언어 현상을 정의하고 가설을 생성하는 방안에 대하여 제시하며 이를 바탕으로 실제 구축될 데이터의 형식과 주석 프로세스에 대해서도 논의한다.

Early, national basic topographical map has been represented, stored, supplied in form of DXF(Data eXchange Format) and present digital map is equipped as over form. Since many parts of digital map has been equipped newly to use early digital map form for geographic information system. Especially, many structural editing and geographical search are demanded to exclude geometric inconsistency and logical inconsistency included in the existing digital map. As above, DXF is unsuitable data format to use in geographic information system. For the sake of efficient format, Digital Map Ver. 2.0 that is new map format was developed. In this study, we developed the Mobile Viewer program development which can let us see immediately the digital maps produced in the form of Digital Map Ver. 2.0.

In this study, 1 investigated some properties on the special hyper-dimensional figures made by the principle of the performance of equivalent forms representation. I supposed 2 definitions on the making n-dimensional figure : a cone type(hypercube) and a pillar type(simplex). We can explain that there exists only 6 4-dimensional regular polytopes as there exists only 5 regular polygons. And there are many hyper-dimensional figures, they all have sufficient condition to show the general Euler' Characteristics. And especially, we could certificate that the simplest cone type and pillar types are fitted to Pascal's Triangle and Hasse's Diagram, each other.

지적재산권법은 발명, 저작물, 상표, 의장 등에 대한 독점을 허용하는 점에서 독점을 금지하는 독접규제법과 대립되는 것처럼 보인다. 그러나 지적재산권법이 인정하는 독점은 무조건적인 것이 아니라 내용과 기간에 있어서 제한적인 것이다. 또한 경쟁자에 의한 부당한 모방행위를 금지시켜 궁극적으로는 경쟁질서를 유지하게 된다는 점에서 지적재산권법과 독접규제법이 양립불가의 것이라고 할 수는 없다. 오히려 양 법영역은 모두 국민경제와 국가산업발전을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 공통되므로 양자를 모순 없이 공존케 하는 것이 중요하다. 이 둘은 법 형식적으로 충돌하는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로 거시적인 목적에서는 상호 보완관계에 있으므로 조화롭게 운용하는 것이 앞으로의 경쟁정책수립에 꼭 필요한 요소이다.

This paper critically examines the evolution of Nam June Paik's self-contradictory art philosophy. While the existing literature tends to slight it, Paik's works of arts remain fraught with contradictions: Paik has proved prima facie avant-garde an artist; however, as the scale and form of his works have developed, the prophetic, path-breaking philosophical underpinnings of his arts evolved to become more conformist. The present paper aims to shed light on the understudied and underappreciated side of Paik's accomplishments in order to come to a fuller understanding and appreciation of his arts and his legacy.
