본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 게이트웨이와 프레임워크를 기반으로 확장된 개방형 서비스 응용프로토콜을 사용하여 개방형 텔레매틱스 시스템을 구축하기 위해 대표적인 텔레매틱스 서비스인 모바일 오피스를 개발하였다. 텔레매틱스 게이트웨이와 프레임워크는 텔레매틱스 서비스 개발자들이 통신망에 대한 상세한 지식 없이도 서비스를 개발할 수 있게 하고 특정 이동 통신망에 종속되지 않고 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 텔레매틱스 개방형 서비스 응용 프로토콜은 텔레매틱스 단말과 서비스를 제공하는 서버 사이에서 주고 받는 메시지들을 정의한 것으로 본 논문에서는 모바일 오피스의 서비스를 개발하기 위해 서비스 응용 프로토콜을 확장하였고 확장된 프로토콜을 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 개방형 텔레매틱스 시스템을 개발하였다.

Next generation telematics technology, offering new and diverse multimedia service by connecting car and wireless access network, has been presented with promising industry. Telematics technology was simply to monitor and control the in-vehicle devices and to navigate the road in the early days but nowadays, telematics technology has provided the mobile internet access service, LBS service, agent rescue service and multimedia service to us using connection of wireless access network. In this paper, telematics mobile platform architecture is proposed for service promotion and efficiency.

현재 각광받고 있는 텔레매틱스 서비스는 궁극적으로 움직이고 있는 자동차 내 공간을 대상으로 다양한 정보제공서비스를 구현하는 데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 따라서 무엇보다도 핵심적인 정보는 실시간 교통정보로서 이를 통해 현재의 위치와 앞으로의 모바일 상태를 파악할 수 있게 된다. 이는 실제 텔레매틱스 서비스 수요자를 대상으로 한 수요조사에서도 가장 높은 만족도와 선호도를 나타내고 있다. (중략)

The purpose of this study is to explore essential factors of influencing user's usage intentions on telematics services and to find relationships among factors. This study derives several variables and hypotheses through literature reviews on the extended research model based on Davis's Technology Acceptance Model. With the objective of statistical verification, derived variables were sorted into meaningful categories through various statistical packages. These were included multiple regression analysis to improve the reliability of survey data. The demand analysis was conducted by targeting on users who have previously experienced telematics services. Indicated analyzed results which 'suitability', 'localization', and 'instant connectivity' variables were positively related to the user's usage intentions, especially accuracy of information variable. The factors of influencing the usage intention on telematics services can be useful empirical data in order to analyze the market trends and to suggest industrial or political guideline of telematics services.

본 논문에서는 자동차 관리 및 진단, 차량 편의시설 제어 등의 보다 향상된 텔레매틱스(Telematics) 서비스 제공을 위해 자동차 내의 네트워크과 사용자의 모바일 단말기 및 외부 서비스 망에 접속한다. 텔레매틱스 응용 서비스 구현을 지원하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼이 내장된 텔레매틱스 서비스 게이트웨이를 설계 구현한다. 제안되는 텔레매틱스 서비스 게이트웨이는 리눅스 플랫폼 상에서 CAN(Controller Area Netwrok) 버스, 블루투스, CDMA 모듈 및 GPS 등이 탑재되고, 일관된 텔레매틱스 응용 서비스 구현 및 개발을 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 제공한다.

현대의 텔레매틱스 서비스 환경은 더욱 다양화 되고 보편화 및 실시간성을 요구하는 형태로 진화되고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 모바일 동기화 기법은 안정적 서비스를 목적으로 하기 때문에 상대적으로 빠른 처리와 한꺼번에 많은 용량의 데이터 처리를 요구하는 환경에서는 효과적으로 대처하는데 어려움이 있다. 이는 보편화되고 다양화된 사용자 환경을 고려하지 않았기 때문이다. 본 논문은 이러한 변화된 서비스 환경에 적합한 모바일 데이터 동기화를 위해 파라미터를 이용한 동기화 기법을 제안한다. 파라미터를 이용한 동기화 기법은 동기화할 영역을 입력되는 파라미터를 이용하여 제한함으로써 동기화 시 소요되는 통신비용을 절감하고 이로써 다양화, 보편화하는 서비스 환경에 적합하고, 기존의 방식에 비해 더욱 빠른 데이터 동기화 기능을 제공함으로써. 실시간 텔레매틱스 서비스에 적용할 수 있다..

텔레매틱스 정보통신 기술은 위성, 무선 정보통신 네트워크와 차량, 도로 네트워크 상에서 휴먼이라는 네트워크간의 새로운 패러다임 관계를 만들었다. 무선음성 데이터 통신과 인공위성을 이용한 위치정보시스템을 기반으로 자동차를 이용해 정보를 주고받을 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 즉, 위치측정시스템과 무선통신망을 이용해 운전자와 탑승자에게 교통정보, 응급상황에 대한 대처, 원격차량진단, 인터넷 이용 각종 모바일 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 단말기와 운영체제를 말한다. 또한, 디지털 기술의 발전으로 정보기기, 컴퓨터, 가전기기 및 통신기기간의 기술융합이 활성화되면서 이와 관련된 네트워크, 단말기, 소프트웨어 응용 및 서비스 등의 분야에서도 연관 효과가 발생한다. 특히, 고속화와 모바일 환경의 급속한 확대로 운전자는 이동 중에 차량 내에서 모든 업무를 처리할 수 있는 이동 사무실 이라는 새로운 개념의 차량 정보화를 요구할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스의 개요, 단말 플렛폼 표준 기술, 다양한 서비스 및 기술동향에 대한 전반적인 내용을 기술함으로써 향후 핵심기술을 도출하고 사업화에 대처하고자 한다.

Ubiquitous are not courted in time and place of users and must offer service in network freely. There is telematics by representative application service during it. telematics service must provide service that is personalized according to time and place. Also, user who use telematics service must offer service that can use automatically even if do not request service. Therefore, in the paper wish to embody service discovery way design in telematics environment because treatise that see uses UPnP through PDA that is user Mobile terminal. PDA connected by local server of telematics service point and Bluetooth communication, and use finding UPnP device and service that is linked with local server using UPnP. Design UPnP device that provide service to user in telematics environment. Construct telematics service test bed to test service discovery. Because constructed system applies UPnP on Bluetooth communication base, service discovery system implementation and test.

텔레매틱스 서비스는 컴퓨팅, 통신, 컨텐츠, 측위 및 자동차 산업의 융합 기술로서, 개별적으로 존재하는 서로 다른 기술의 통합을 통해 자동차 내에서 수행되는 새로운 서비스를 창출하고 있다. 텔레매틱스로 인하여 자동차는 이동 수단으로의 역할뿐만 아니라 제3의 디지털 라이프 공간이 되어 편리한 운전과 모바일 오피스 및 여가를 즐기는 공간이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스를 위하여 개발되는 기술의 기능 성능 품질의 시험과 통합 운영을 위한 텔레매틱스 테스트베드의 국내외 기술 및 구축 동향에 관하여 기술한다.
