Recently, because of the mobile device generalization tendency, a lot of new mobile applications which need mobile database on mobile devices appear. SQLite, Realm, etc. are representative mobile databases, and they are the database engines which are suitable for small devices that have large resource restriction and are used a lot in mobile devices based on Linux. These engines are open source programs and have advantages which are lighter weight and faster speed than general purpose databases. This paper focuses on the performance experiments and analysis of SQLite, which is front runner in mobile database fields. Considering the target mobile environments, the test is performed at Linux environment. And this paper implements performance test program and performs performance experiment of SQLite database to test search efficiency. The experiment is processed by comparison with the results of a Oracle database working out at the same environment.

Recently, Financial companies implement DLP(Data Leaks Prevention) security products and enforce internal controls to prevent customer information leaks. Accidental data leaks in financial business increase more and more because internal controls are insufficient. Security officials and IT operation staffs struggle to plan countermeasures to respond to all kinds of accidental data leaks. It is difficult to prevent data leaks and to control information flow in business without research applications that handle business and privacy information. Therefore this paper describes business and privacy information flow on applications and how to plan and deploy security container based OS-level and Hypervisor virtualization technology to enforce internal controls for applications. After building security container, it was verified to implement internal controls and to prevent customer information leaks. With security policies additional security functions was implemented in security container and With recycling security container costs and time of response to security vulnerabilities was reduced.

다수의 네트워크에 접근이 가능한 멀티호밍 기술이 구현된 모바일 라우터는 연결된 사용자들이 요구하는 다양한 서비스 요구 사항에 맞추어 적절한 네트워크를 선택하고 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 응용 프로그램의 요구 사항과 네트워크의 특성, 그리고 모바일 네트워크, 관리자의 정책이라는 세 가지 정보를 모바일 라우터 내에서 관리하면서, 최적의 네트워크를 선택하여 해당 네트워크와 연결을 가진 인터페이스를 통해 사용자의 트래픽을 전송할 수 있는다중 인터페이스 선택을 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다.

스마트폰 시장의 급격한 성장으로 기업 업무들이 모바일 환경으로 이전되는 추세와 함께 다양한 모바일 운영체제들의 등장으로 개발 환경의 파편화가 발생하였고 이는 응용 프로그램의 개발 및 유지 보수를 저해하는 요소로 작용하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 모바일 환경의 크로스 플랫폼 기술로 하이브리드 앱이라는 방법론이 제시되었다. 하지만 하이브리드 앱이 가지고 있는 성능적 제약과 기능적 제약으로 시장에서의 주력 기술로 사용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위해 네이티브 환경의 장점을 활용할 수 있도록 하는 범용실행엔진, 자동변환 저작엔진 등의 시도들이 있다. 이 논문에서는 해당 문제를 또 다른 방법으로 접근한 개방형 모바일 클라우드 플랫폼을 소개한다. 모바일 클라우드 환경을 구성하여 모바일 사용자들에게 단말의 하드웨어나 운영체제와는 무관하게 다양한 모바일 환경을 제공할 수 있고 기존 모바일 환경에 비해 고성능의 컴퓨팅을 제공할 수 있게 하는 동작 메커니즘과 기술 특징을 설명한다.

As wireless internet markets become larger than before, many mobile applications are also being developed actively. In this circumstances mobile devices such as cell phones, PDAs are playing an important role to satisfy the user's need of ubiquitous computing. Due to the hardware limitations, however, the mobile devices like PDA can not run large-scale softwares by itself. The main goal of this paper is to make large-scale applications runnable on PDA. To accomplish this, we used the PDA-JPVM cluster computing engine which has been already developed by us. We found out by running the applications and the performance evaluation that large-scale Java softwares can easily run on the hardware-limited PDA. And the performance evaluation results are also presented.

Due to the increased use of mobile devices, there is a lot of discussion on mobile accessibility. Mobile accessibility means that everyone, who includes the disabled, the elderly people, can easily use the functions of mobile devices. In this paper, we presented and implemented a mobile interface using a speech I/O APIs to improve the accessibility. The proposed interfaces are implemented on Android platforms and they used speech recognition and text-to-speech APIs supported as built-in services. In addition, to facilitate the internet access for visually impaired or blind people, we also implemented the web browsing application (web reader).

최근 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 스마트 디바이스(mobile smart devices)와 더불어 스마트 TV에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하면서 사용자들의 컨텐츠와 기능에 대한 요구 또한 다양해지고 있다. 스마트 TV가 컨텐츠와 기능적 측면에서 사용자의 편의와 재미, 그리고 유익함을 동시에 만족시키기 위해서는 더욱 지능화된 기능을 탑재할 필요가 있다. 일반적으로 남녀에 따라 TV를 시청하는 경향이 다르기 때문에 현재 TV를 시청하는 사용자의 성별분류(gender classification)를 통해 성별에 따른 따른 채널이나 광고, 응용 프로그램을 달리 제공하는 성별 기반의 스마트 TV 응용을 개발할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 응용에 적합한 BGOLAM 기반의 성별분류 방법에 대해 제안하고, 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법의 적절성을 보인다.

Mobile P2P Service can compose free network from one client to another without central server function. Diversified Information & Data are able to be transmitted among peer to peer based upon extended mobile concept. In this paper Mobile P2P Service is applied to the program which gathering, sharing, analysis agricultural information and the natural disasters Information We desire to authenticate request about service to user who is administered between each user to limit connection. Wish to admit authentication mechanism to mechanism that can do information sharing suety in P2P environment to solve this in this treatise and design authentication mechanism.

The importance of mobile software test is being addressed to improve the productivity and reliability of the software. Test automation technique based on mobile platform is required for effective application of mobile software test. That is, a technique is needed to generate test case for mobile platform API. When test case generated, software productivity and reliability are improved, while test duration and cost are decreased. In this paper, we identified test case generation scope through previous works about test automation, suggested keyword driven method, a test case generation technique on J2ME platform, and recognized that proposed method can be applicable to generating test case based on J2ME platform.

Recent technological innovations of mobile hardware which make it possible to implement real-time 3D rendering effects under mobile environment have provided a potential to develop realistic mobile application programs. This paper presents platform independent, OpenGL ES based, real-time mobile rendering libraries, called DMGL for supporting high quality 3D rendering on handhold devices. The libraries allows the programmers who develops mobile graphics softwares to generate varying advanced real-time 3D graphics effects without great effort. Moreover, GPGPU-based libraries give a set of functions to solve complex equations for simulating natural phenomena such as smoke and fire, and to render the results in real-time.
