본 연구는 USN 기반의 그린하우스 내에서 식물을 재배함에 있어, 식물 생장의 효과적 요인을 추출 및 계량화함으로써 재배 효율을 극대화하기 위한 관리 기술에 관한 것이다. 이 연구 수행을 위하여 그린하우스를 설치하고 내부에 다양한 센서를 장착한 후, 원격지에서 그린하우스 내부의 환경정보를 수집, 분석하여 데이터베이스화를 시도하였다. 또한 분석된 결과를 웹사이트와 모바일 상에서 실시간으로 확인하는 것을 가능하도록 하였다. 이 과제 수행을 통하여 거둔 성과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그린하우스 내의 환경정보를 원격지에서 안정적으로 수신하고, 이를 정보 유형별로 구분, 데이터베이스를 성공적으로 구축하였다. 둘째, USN 기반의 그린하우스를 실제 구성함으로써, 부품 간의 결합 및 관련 기술의 적용에 대한 적합성, 안정성 등을 실험적으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 그린하우스의 환경정보를 웹사이트 및 모바일에서 접근 가능하도록 함으로써, 그린하우스 내의 식물 재배 환경을 관리함에 있어 장소의 제한을 해소함을 물론 USN 기술의 다양한 활용 가능성을 제시하였다.

온라인 게임에서 개인의 분신으로 활용되던 아바타는 2000년 '세이게임"이라는 포탈 사이트를 통해 본격적으로 인터넷 사이트에 등장하였다. 이후 아바타는 게임 및 인터넷 커뮤니티에서의 자신을 대변하는 기능을 넘어, 다양한 형태의 캐릭터 비즈니스로의 가능성이 부각되고 있다. 웹사이트에서 제공되는 아바타 시스템은 GIF 파일 포맷을 기본으로 하여 제공되며, GIF Animation을 이용하는 경우 애니메이션 아바타를 표현할 수 있었다. 그러나 모바일 환경에서는 GIF Animation이 지원되지 않아 애니메이션 아바타를 표현할 수 없었다. 본 논문에서는 SVG Animation 기법을 활용하여 개인용 컴퓨터외에 다양한 모바일 환경에서도 구현이 가능한 애니메이션 아바타 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다.현하였다.

In this study, we examine what components of e-learning environment affect e-learners' satisfaction. We focus on the task based approach to perceived website complexity(PWC). We study about the role of e-tutor using the internet, telephone, text message and e-mail etc. To test our model, we collected 235 data from online learners of Korea Culture & Content Agency using survey method. The research was conducted by SPSS15.0. Our results show that the relationship between PWC and e-learner satisfaction was negative. The rules of e-tutor are supporting e-learning service and facilitating recommendation intention. This study provides implications to design future e-learning service, understand user's herd behavior and evaluate learning process developed.

최근 스마트폰의 보급이 증가함에 따라 새로운 모바일 서비스가 다양한 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 과학기술웹사이트에서도 모바일 기기의 특징을 살려 새로운 모바일 웹서비스 개발이 시도되고 있는데 모바일 웹을 이용한 과학기술분야의 빠른 정보 전달은 그 기능적인 면에서 기술 발전의 속도를 증가시킬 수 있으나 각 서비스 특성에 맞게 개발되어야 그 효과를 증대시킬 수 있다. 본고에서는 현재 활발하게 사용되고 있는 모바일 서비스를 분석하고 과학기술자커뮤니티사이트인 '한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN)'에 적용하여 효율적인 모바일 웹서비스 도입을 제안해 보고자 한다.

As Internet advances, websites with simpel HTML pages are changing to complex web application systems with enormous contents and various services. With this trend, it is noted that situations where Web accessibility of the old and the handicapped is inhibited are growing. To solve this problem, The Disability Discrimination Act has been enacted since April 2013. This act triggers massive website reorganization efforts. However, in order for the huge and sophisticated web applications and web sites to ensure a web accessibility, a framework is required to throughout the web site development. Based on thorough review of website development methodologies, web accessibility compliance standards, and various web accessibility issues related to website characteristics, this study proposes a practice oriented "Web Accessibility Compliance Framework". The current study also examines the usefulness and value of this framework by applying it to the internet banking development project of W bank and receiving a certificate for high quality website complying web accessibility standards.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 구축 운영하고 있는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼은 창의적 아이디어의 발굴 육성 확산을 통해 국민의 아이디어를 가치화하는 아이디어사업화 지원 플랫폼으로, 창의적 문화와 창업 확산의 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼의 PC환경 웹사이트와 모바일 이용자 형태를 분석하여 모바일 환경에 간소화된 핵심 메뉴구조와 최적화된 UI/UX, 모바일 장치의 특성을 활용한 모바일 웹 서비스 구축으로 언제, 어디서든, 자유롭게 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper contains the results of developing smart devices and applications to monitor the load power of the industrial manufacturing machine and evaluate its performance. The smart devices in this paper are divided into two functionalities, which are collecting load power along with operating environment data of industrial manufacturing machines and transmitting the data to servers. Load power data collected from the smart devices are uploaded to MariaDB inside the Amazon Web Service (AWS) server. Using the RESTFul API, the uploaded power data can be retrieved and shown on the web and mobile application in the form of a graph to provide monitoring capability. To evaluate the performance of the developed system, the response time from MariaDB to web and mobile applications was measured. The results is ranging from 0.0256 to 0.0545 seconds in a 4G (LTE) network environment and from 0.6126 to 1.2978 seconds in a 3G network environment, which is considered a satisfactory result.

모바일 기술을 활용하여 질병을 예방하고 건강을 증진하는 모바일 헬스(m-health)는 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 특히 20-30대의 젊은 연령층 사이에서 각종 스마트 기기를 활용하여 건강데이터를 관리하는 트렌드가 확산되고 있으며, 이들이 건강서비스를 제공받는 경로로 스마트폰이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 정부에서는 경제구조 변화에 대응하고, 고령화로 인한 복지문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 ICT 융합 의료산업을 주목하고 있다. 이에 맞추어 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자에게 체크리스트를 제공하고, 체크 항목에 따라 그에 대한 결과를 발병가능 질병, 필요한 검사 등의 정보를 제공해주고, 사용자들의 자가진단 통계치를 웹사이트를 통해 보여주는 것을 개발하였다.

This study examines the status of websites operation among libraries affiliated to the Korean Medical Library Association, compares and analyzes website menu organization and information service contents of 29 medical libraries that currently run websites. The followings are results of this study. 1) the main menu of medical library websites is arranged with 'Search for Library Materials, Electronic Resources, Library Service, My Library, Library Guide, and the Bulletin Board.' 2) 15 services were selected as the main information service provided from the medical library website. 3) the information service that was provided from the most institutions was 'Document Copy/ Interlibrary Loan,' followed by 'Loan Reservation/Renewal, Request Library Purchase Book, Off-campus Access, User Education, Reference Resources, Q&A Board, Our Library Pubmed, and Dissertation Submission' in this order.

Academic libraries are trying to develop fully mobile web sites and mobile applications so that users can access to their services even using mobile devices. As the mobilization trends of library services increase in quantity, we need to more focus on what mobile services users want, ultimately for the growth with quality. This study seeks to explore users' needs and uses of mobile library services and then suggests solutions for improving the mobile services in academic libraries. This study conducted on and off-line surveys with 608 students from two universities, which have provided active mobile services with both a mobile web site and an application. The questionnaire was designed to elicit information on respondents' frequency of mobile library visit, the purpose of visit, the reason to use/not use, how to access to the services, the preferred types of the services, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, and urgently needed improvements. Based on the findings, this study discussed strategies to improve the quality of mobile services and to increase in users' visit.
