본 논문의 목적은 모바일 서비스를 위해 GML 프로파일을 개발하는 것이다. 현재 모바일 서비스를 위하여 다양한 형태의 지도 표현과 공간정보 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 그러나, 각 모바일 서비스마다 표준화되지 않은 독자적인 방법을 통해 공간 데이터를 전송 및 처리하고 있어서 모바일 서비스간의 상호운용성을 확보하기 어려운 상황이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 GML을 기반으로 모바일 서비스용 GML 프로파일을 개발한다. 모바일 서비스 환경을 위한 실용적인 GML 프로파일을 개발하기 위해서는 GML 명세와 모바일 서비스를 먼저 분석하여야 한다 GML의 구성요소와 모바일 서비스 및 DB분석을 기반으로 MATRIX분석을 수행하여 모바일 서비스를 위해 필요한 GML 구성요소의 부분집합을 정의한다. 이를 기반으로 모바일 서비스용 GML 프로파일을 개발한다.

언제 어디서나 은행 업무를 처리할 수 있는 모바일 뱅킹 서비스는 모바일 환경의 급속한 성장으로 인해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 채널로 부각되는 모바일 뱅킹서비스의 이용을 확대하기 위해서, 모바일 서비스 특성이 모바일 뱅킹 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보기술의 수용 요인 분석에 유용한 TAM 모형을 기반으로 모바일 서비스 특성을 나타내는 즉시 연결성, 보안, 놀이성을 추가하였다. 또한, 모바일 서비스에 대한 개인의 신념이 모바일 뱅킹 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 모바일 단말의 종류가 크게 증가하고 있으며, 그 기능과 성능이 크게 향상되고 있다. 또한 이동통신 기술의 발전으로 통신 방식이 다양해지고 있으며 속도도 크게 개선되고 있어 모바일 단말을 통한 인터넷 서비스의 활용에 대한 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황의 변화는 모바일 단말의 기능이 통신 기능보다는 서비스 기능을 강화하는 방향으로 진화하게 만들었으며, 이는 실제로 모바일 단말 제조사들이 구글 폰, 야후 폰 등 기존의 인터넷 서비스와 긴밀하게 통합된 기능을 제공하는 제품을 제품화하고 있다. 최근 국내 및 국외의 주요 인터넷 서비스 업체들은 자신들의 서비스를 플랫폼화하여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 특히 구글, 야후, 아마존, 이베이 등 국외의 주요 업체들은 자신들의 서비스 플랫폼에 대한 개방형 API(Open API)를 공개하여 다양한 클라이언트 응용들이 자신의 서비스를 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 환경을 구축하고 있으며 이를 기반으로 응용 개발자들을 전폭적으로 지원하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 모바일 서비스 환경도 사용자들이 유선상에서 사용하던 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 모바일 환경에서 사용하고자 하는 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이는 모바일 단말 시장에서 중요한 요구사항으로 인식되어 향후 모바일 플랫폼들은 편리한 인터넷 서비스와의 연동 기능을 지원할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 단말을 위한 차세대 모바일 웹 플랫폼에 대한 요구사항을 정리해보고, 이를 위한 플랫폼을 설계하여 제안한다.

모바일 웹 서비스는 기존의 웹 환경에서 제공되는 서비스들을 무선인터넷 환경에서도 도입하기 위한 서비스 기술이다. 모바일 웹 서비스 기술은 모바일 사용자의 능동적이며 지능적인 서비스 요구사항을 지원하며, 차세대 지능형 유무선 연동 서비스 시스템 설계를 위해 요구된다. 현재, 기존의 모바일 및 웹 서비스 기술은 다양한 종류의 플랫폼, 프로토콜, 어플리케이션 및 데이터 포맷을 기반으로 동작하며, 동종 시스템간에 서비스를 제공한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한, 모바일서비스 기술은 모바일 단말의 하드웨어 성능 및 무선네트워크 특성 등을 고려한 설계가 필요하며, 웹 서비스 기술과 연동을 위한 다양한 인터페이스 기술이 요구된다. 본 고에서는 모바일 웹 서비스를 지원하기 위해 요구되는 기술 중 응용 프로토콜 기술에 대해서 W3C(World Wide Web Conference) 및 OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) 표준단체에서 언급하는 프로토콜의 주요 특징들을 간략히 소개하였다.

스마트폰이 보편화되고 스마트폰으로 정보를 습득하고자 하는 요구가 증가함에 따라 모바일로 서비스를 제공하는 대학도서관도 증가하고 있다. 모바일 서비스를 제공하는 대학도서관이 증가하면서 모바일 서비스로 제공되는 콘텐츠에 대한 고려가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 서비스를 제공하는 대학도서관 2곳을 선정하여, 대학생들이 모바일 서비스를 이용하는 데 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가 알아보고 모바일 서비스의 이용도에 따라 상 중 하 집단으로 나누어 각 집단이 선호하는 콘텐츠의 차이를 알아보았다. 그 결과 대학생의 학년과 모바일 서비스에 대해 인지된 유용성, 유비쿼터스 접속성이 모바일 서비스 이용도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, '자료 검색', '시설 예약', '대출사항 조회' 등의 콘텐츠들이 자주 이용되며 이용자 집단 간의 차이는 대학별로 다르게 나타났다.

Mobile Services are that function of information system are served in mobile environment. So, Success model for the mobile services might be derived through mixing success model of information system with mobile attributes. There are many kinds of mobile services. Specially, commerce, communication entertainment and information services are representative types in mobile services. In this paper, we do not only derive important factors that influence success of mobile services, but also analyze how the factors influence the success of mobile services. We also analyze whether measures of the factors might differ significantly among the types of mobile services.

Academic libraries are trying to develop fully mobile web sites and mobile applications so that users can access to their services even using mobile devices. As the mobilization trends of library services increase in quantity, we need to more focus on what mobile services users want, ultimately for the growth with quality. This study seeks to explore users' needs and uses of mobile library services and then suggests solutions for improving the mobile services in academic libraries. This study conducted on and off-line surveys with 608 students from two universities, which have provided active mobile services with both a mobile web site and an application. The questionnaire was designed to elicit information on respondents' frequency of mobile library visit, the purpose of visit, the reason to use/not use, how to access to the services, the preferred types of the services, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, and urgently needed improvements. Based on the findings, this study discussed strategies to improve the quality of mobile services and to increase in users' visit.

In this paper, the security evaluation method about mobile web services message is suggested in the method for improving the safety an reliability about the mobile web services message. In order that the goal of this paper is accomplished, the security threat and the security vulnerability which can be occurred in the mobile web services message are defined. The evaluation method for performing the security evaluation about the mobile web services message is defined. Also, the requirements for the mobile web services message security evaluation are defined. Finally, the evaluation framework for performing the mobile web services message security evaluation is constituted, and the evaluation scenario example is suggested. By using the mobile web services message security evaluation defined in the paper, before the mobile web services is deployed, the security threats and security vulnerability can be verified. Also, the countermeasure for the security threat and security vulnerability discovered in the verification result can be prepared. Therefore, the sorority and reliability about the mobile web services can be improved.

As the smartphone market has expanded and university students in their twenties account for the largest portion of the market, university libraries need to provide mobile library services to keep up with students' growing demand in mobile services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and trends of mobile services in Korean university libraries. This study investigated mobile services of 434 university libraries in Korea and 114 ones which are members of ARL during the months of September and November in 2012. As a result, this study found that university libraries in Korea were offering 55 mobile Web and 29 mobile application services with 11.2 and 10.7 contents respectively. In addition, on the basis of the identified current problems, this study suggested further steps for developing and improving mobile services in Korean university libraries.

최근 들어 모바일뱅킹 서비스는 사용자들이 급속히 증가하고, 금융기관과 이동통신 업체의 적극적인 투자가 빠르게 확대되고 있어서 시장의 발전 가능성이 높이 기대되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 모바일뱅킹 서비스는 고객의 서비스 만족도나 서비스 제공자의 수익 면에서 만족할 만한 수준을 나타내고 있지는 못하다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자들이 모바일뱅킹을 사용하는데 결정적인 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시하여 전략적 경쟁 도구로서의 모바일뱅킹 확산을 지원하고자 한다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 통해 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 특징 및 현황을 파악하고 유용성, 사용성, 서비스품질, 사회적 영향, 즉시 접속성 등의 요인을 도출하여 모바일뱅킹 기술수용모형을 제시하고 검증하였다 분석결과 모바일뱅킹 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 모바일뱅킹의 유용성, 서비스 품질 그리고 즉시 접속성이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 반면 사용성과 사회적 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 많은 시사점을 제공하며, 앞으로 좀 더 추가적인 연구와 토의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
