Object-Oriented Modeling based on UML for Integrated Manufacturing Management System using Web (웹기반 통합설비 관리 시스템을 위한 UML 기반 객체지향 모델링)

  • In this paper, we propose an object-oriented modeling technique using UML(Unified Modeling Language) for accessibility of user and efficiency of facilities under Web-based integrated manufacturing management system application. For this, we first collect user requirements and related technology of integrated manufacturing system, and then design proposed system considering business flow and various essential design part(class, component, package, use case, and etc) to reduce system risk as well as communicate peacefully between developers in system redevelopments. Additionally, we develop database of manufacturing master code, check management, repair management and error management for proposed systems. Finally, we design and implement our three main modules; manufacturing check module, manufacturing repair module, manufacturing error module under Web-based environments with JSP language.

  • For FA (factory automation) and ATE (automatic test equipment) in the industrial area, the standard bus needs to increase the system performance of multiprocessor environment. VME(versa module european package format) bus is appropriated to the standard bus but has features of small package and low board density. Beside, the density of board and semiconductor have grown to become significant issues that affect development time, project cost and field diagnostics. To fit this trend, in this paper, we composed Revision C.1 (IEEE std. P1014-1987) of the integrated environment for the main function such as arbitration, interrupt and interface between, VMEbus and several control modules Also the designed, VME system controller is implemented on FPGA that can be located even into slot 1. The control and function modules are coded with VHDL mid-fixed description method and then those operations are verified by simulation. As a result of experiment, we confirmed the most important that is the operation of Bus timer about Bus error signal should occur within $56{\mu}m$, and both control and function modules have the reciprocal operation correctly. Thus, the constructed VHDL library will be able to apply the system based VMEbus and ASIC design.

Fabrication and Transmission Experiment of the Distributed Feedback Laser Diode(DFB-LD) Module for 2.5Gbps Optical Telecommunication System (2.5Gbps 광통신용 distrbuted feedback laser diode(DFB-LD) 모듈 제작 및 광송신 실험)

  • We designed and fabricated the single mode fiber pigtailed DFB-LD module for 2.5 Gbps optical communication system. In the design of the DFB-LD module, we made the module divided into two parts of inner sub-module and outer 14-pin butterfly package and cylindrical shaped sub-module contain quasi confocal 2 lens system including optical isolator and electrical connection between these parts via hybrid substrate of bias T circuit. Laser welding was used to assemble the sub-module which requires accurate fixing between optical elements. The fabricated DFB-LD module showed optical coupling efficiency of 20% and - 3 dB small signal response of more than 2.6 GHz. We confirmed mechanical reliability of the module by temperature cycle test where the tested module exhibit optical power fluctuation of less than 10%. Finally we evaluated the performance of the fabricated DFB-LD module as light source of 2.5 Gbps optical communication system, sensitivity of - 30.2 dBm was obtained through 47 km optical fiber transmission under the criterion of $1\times10^{-10}$ BER and transmission penalties were 1.5 dB caused by extinction ratio and 1.0 dB caused by chromatic dispersion of normal single mode fiber. fiber.

  • This paper presents three dimensional structure of RF packages and the improvement effect of its electrical characteristics when implementing RF transceivers. We divided RF modules into several subunits following each subunit function based on the partitioning algorithm which suggests a method of three dimension stacking interconnection, PAA(pad area array) interconnection and stacking of three dimensional RF package structures. 224MHz ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) RF module subdivided into subunits of functional blocks of a receiver(RX), a transmitter(TX), a phase locked loop(PLL) and power(PWR) unit, simultaneously meeting the requirements of impedance characteristic and system stability. Each sub­functional unit has its own frequency region of 224MHz, 21.4MHz, and 450KHz~DC. The signal gain of receiver and transmitter unit showed 18.9㏈, 23.9㏈. PLL and PWR modules also provided stable phase locking, constant voltages which agree with design specifications and maximize their characteristics. The RF module of three dimension stacking structure showed $48cm^3$, 76.9% reduction in volume and 4.8cm, 28.4% in net length, 41.8$^{\circ}C$, 37% in maximum operating temperature, respectively. We have found that three dimensional PAA package structure is able to produce high speed, high density, low power characteristics and to improve its functional characteristics by subdividing RF modules according to the subunit function and the operating frequency, and the features of physical volume, electrical characteristics, and thermal conditions compared to two dimensional RF circuit modules.

  • In this work, a mathematical modeling of SAW coupled mode in SAW resonator filter, which is very useful in analyzing the characteristics of periodic electrode structure such as SAW reflective array and inter-digital transducers. was considered by mathematical analytic approach. The design and simulation method for resonator filter was also proposed by equivalent transduction matrix using this mathematical modeling. In order for a designer to simulate, and to design the coupled mode SAW resonator filters effectively that could be applied to mobile communication system, a design simulator for coupled mode filter was implemented by graphic user interface, and it was investigated by designing and analyzing practical SAW coupled mode resonator filter from a view point of application of this simulator.

  • Lately, as importance of biometric is recognized, domestic and foreign biometric software market is soaring and the requests of high reliability and quality of biometric software are inclosed. Evaluation items and criteria must be established for the biometric software quality certification. In this paper, we development the evaluation module for biometric software test based on ISO/IEC 12119 that is the standard about package software quality requirement and test, and ISO/IEC 9126 that is the standard about evaluation of software product, and ISO/IEC 14598-6 that is the standard for construction of the evaluation module. We think that this study can be used in establishing the software quality evaluation method of bio information processing software and constructing the basis for quality improvement.

  • Nowadays, double-system of TFM(Track-side Functional Modules) developed instead of single-system in use of high speed line to acquisition more availability. Safety Law for Railroad recommend to quality certification of development and general railway machines. It is important to select metrics which form the bases for testing software products. A number of package software development part do not open source cords, so testing external characteristic vectors having relationship with metrics. In this paper, review the process for the TFM Point Modules, Universal Modules and Switchers, think about the test methode of circuit boards output performance by using TFM tester and Simulators.

  • 영상에 관련된 다양한 응용 시스템들을 구현하는 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만, 그러한 영상 관련 응용 시스템을 구현함에 있어서 처리속도의 저하로 인하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 대두된 여러 방법들 중에서 최근 하드웨어 접근 방법에 고려한 많은 관심과 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 영상을 실시간으로 처리하기 위하여 하드웨어 구조를 갖는 병렬처리시스템을 기술하며, 또한 병렬처리시스템을 얼굴 검색 시스템에 적용한 후 처리속도 및 실험 결과를 기술한다. 병렬처리시스템은 SIMD와 MIMD가 결합된 구조를 갖고 있기 때문에 다양한 영상 응용시스템에 대해서 융통성과 효율성을 제공하며, 144개의 처리기와 12개의 다중접근기억장치, 외부 메모리 모듈을 위한 인터페이스와 외부 프로세서 장치(i960Kx)와의 통신을 위한 인터페이스로 구성되어있다. 다중접근기억장치는 메모리 모듈선택회로, 데이터 라이팅회로, 그리고, 주소계산 및 라우팅회로로 구성되어 있다. 또한 얼굴 검색 시스템을 병렬처리 시스템에 적합한 병렬화를 제공하기 위해 메쉬방법을 이용하여 전처리, 정규화, 4개 특징값 추출, 그리고 분류화로 구성하였다. 병렬처리시스템은 하드웨어 모의실험 패키지인 CADENCE사의 Verilog-XL로 모의실험을 수행하여 기능과 성능을 검증하였다.

  • The design of a battery package and a BMS module for applications using seawater rechargeable batteries, which are known as next-generation energy storage devices, is proposed herein. Seawater rechargeable batteries, which are currently in the initial stage of research, comprise primarily components such as anode and cathode materials. Their application is challenging owing to their low charge capacity and limited charge/discharge voltage and current. Therefore, we design a method for packaging multiple cells and a BMS module for the safe charging and discharging of seawater rechargeable batteries. In addition, a prototype seawater rechargeable battery package and BMS module are manufactured, and their performances are verified by evaluating the prevention of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short circuit during charging and discharging.

  • 오늘날 기업 내 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planing)시스템 도입이 활발해지고 있는 가운데 그 역기능으로 ERP 시스템 도입 실패 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 ERP 시스템이 올바르게 구축되었는가를 판단하는 ERP 시스템에 대한 완성도 혹은 하자여부를 판단하는 감정평가 활동이 증가하고 있다. ERP 시스템은 일반적으로 패키지 형태의 프로그램과는 달리 비즈니스 프로세스 분석 단계에서 계약의 내용이 수정 및 확정되어지며, 업종 및 국가별 비즈니스 프로세스 특성에 따라 일반화된 모듈 프레임 워크를 그대로 적용하기 어려운 점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 완성도 감정평가를 위해 국내외 ERP 시스템에 대한 기본구조와 함께 세부적인 (공통/상이)모듈에 대해 정리를 수행하고, 이를 대상으로 핵심적인 비즈니스 업무수행을 위한 세부적인 절차를 추출하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 ERP 시스템 감정 절차는 ERP 시스템 감정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
