  • 본 논문은 회전형 대용량의 진단 X-선 발생장치를 모노 블록 형태로 설계, 병원의 모바일 진단장치나, 산업용 X-선 장치로의 적용이 가능한 16kw급 X-선 발생장치에 관한 연구이다. 본 장치는 X-선 발생을 위한 고전압 발생부에 회전형 Anode 형의 X-선관을 사용하였고, X-선관의 로터를 구동할 수 있는 로터 구동회로를 추가 하였다. 고주파 고전압용 인버터에는 IGBT(600/300A)를 100kHz로 고주파 스위칭 함으로서 고전압 변압기를 비롯한 고전압 발생부의 크기와 무게를 최소화하였다. 또한, 기존의 16kw급 대용량 진단 X-선 발생장치를 X-선관과 고전압부를 일체화한 모노블록 형태로 설계, 제작하여 부하변동에 따른 X-선 관전압과 관전류의 동작특성을 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

Preliminary Study on the Effects of Monaural Beating Sound of Tires to Human Body (타이어의 모노럴 비팅음이 인체에 유발하는 영향에 관한 기초 연구)

  • The effects of monaural beating sound generated according to the number of tire pitch blocks to human body are measured from experiments, and the possibilities of similar positive effects of enhancing alpha waves in human brain are investigated. Due to the requirement of repeatability and measurement conditions, recorded sounds of the tire noise are used for the experiment in a quiet room and human responses are measured using HRV. Although the number of statistically meaningful results was small, it showed that positive human reactions are probably possible.

  • This paper describes a block processing approach to detect targets in front of mono-static terrain imaging radar (TIR). It is difficult to employ several conventional imaging methods of the synthetic aperture radar(SAR) because the TIR is an ultra-wide-band(UWB) type of radar and employs a dechirp-on-receive process. To design an available imaging method, a block processing approach which conducts a range compression and an azimuth compression is proposed in this paper. The complete derivation of the proposed approach is presented. The results of simulations and field tests are demonstrated to show the performance and validity of the proposed approach.

  • This paper designs mono block type with rotating high power radiography x-ray generator and studies 16kW X-ray generator possible to adapt hospital mobile radiography and industrial X-ray equipment and design. This equipment uses rotating anode type x-ray tube at high voltage generator to generate x-ray and adds rotor operating circuit to operate rotor of x-ray tube. The size of high voltage transformer and high voltage generator is minimized by high voltage high frequency inverter has 100kHz switching frequency. Also this paper shows result of x-ray tube voltage and tube current correspond to variable load.

  • 본 논문에서는 X-선 관전류를 직접 검출하여 제어하는 2.4kW(80kv,30mA)급 최소형, 최경량 휴대용 X-선 발생 장치를 제안한다. 본 장치는 X-선발생을 위한 고전압 발생단에 모노탱크 블록 사용하였고, 고주파 고전압용 인버터에는 스위칭 전력소자로서 MOS-FET를 채용, 70kHz로 스위칭 함으로서 고전압 변압기를 비롯한 고전압 발생부의 크기와 무게를 최소화하였다. 또한, 설정 관전류에 대한 정밀한 제어를 위하여 2단계 모드로 필라멘트 예열을 행하여 관전류 응답특성을 개선하였으며 제안한 휴대용 X-선 발생장치의 부하변동에 따른 X-선 관전압과 관전류의 개선된 특징을 실험파형을 통하여 입증하였다.

  • Dielectric resonator bandpass filters with various time-delay at 800MHz were designed and fabricated in this paper. from the results of this study. first of all, good response. characteristics were measured for all cases. The insertion loss was below 2dB and flatness for ripple was below 0.2dB, whereas return loss was over 20dB, respectively. The measured delay time of the fabricated prototype were 6ns, 12ns and 200s, respectively and the flatness characteristics did not exceeding Ins for all cases. Furthermore, 2~4ns of flatness were measured for 2-hole dielectric block and other dielectric resonator filters with various delay time by combination of each prototypes filters were also implemented.

  • 본 논문에서는 관전류 직접제어 방식을 채택한 3.2kW(80kV,40mA)급 최소형, 최경량 Portable X-선 장치를 제안한다 본 장치는 X-선 발생을 위한 고전압 발생 단에 모노탱크 블록 사용하였고, 고주파 고전압용 인버터에는 스위칭 전력소자로서 Mini block type의 MOS-FET를 채용, 80kHz로 스위칭 함으로서 고전압 변압기를 비롯한 고전압 발생부의 크기와 무게를 최소화하였다. X-ray Power의 출력이 높아짐에 따라, X-ray tube의 필라멘트 인버터의 출력용량 또한 증가되었다. 본 논문에서는 설정 관전류에 대한 정밀한 제어를 위하여 2단계 모드로 필라멘트 예열을 행하여 관전류 응답특성을 개선하였으며 제안한 휴대용 X-선 발생장치의 부하변동에 따른 X-선 관전압과 관전류의 개선된 특징을 실험파형을 통하여 입증하였다.

  • The luxury car market has been steadily growing for the last 10 years and it might keep expanding in the future. Furthermore, it is expected to be a very competitive market because luxury cars are considred to reflect the technology level of motor companies. For this reason, it is very important for motor companies to improve performances of luxury vehicles. However, it takes years for the companies to increase the technology level for the high performances. In this paper, we aim to analyze the technologies for high quality brake perfomances through investigation of two luxury vehicle models and develop a new high performance brake system. First, we found out a variety of effective factors for the high performances. Second, we conducted the brake performance analysis to figure out the relationship between brake effort and brake feeling. Finally, we develped the new brake system using carbon ceramic composite materials to satisfy the high quality brake performances.

  • Composite material is very attractive because it has excellent mechanical property and is possible to lightweight due to the low density. However, composite material is less used compared to other systems in the chassis system because it is very hard to solve NVH problem when composite material is applied to vehicle. Especially, reducing squeal noise of composite brake system is essential to apply it to vehicle successfully. In this paper, we present a new solution to reduce squeal noise of composite brake system. To achieve this goal, we analyze main causes of noise using RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CA (Contradiction Analysis) and sequentially get IFR (Ideal Final Result) to solve the problem. Next, we define the function of composite brake system and derive control factors and noise factors. A variety of tests for factors like chamfer, slot, damping shim, underlayer of brake pad are done. In addition, we analyze level of contribution for control factors theoretically. Finally, we get the effective solution for reducing squeal noise.

  • Composite material is recently very important material for eco-friendly vehicles because of its excellent mechanical property and lightweight effect. So, many research results have been recently published for developing the composite material to apply vehicles. In this paper, new brake system is presented using composite material to response this situation. And advantages in terms of performance compared to competitive company will be discussed in depth to verify superiorities of the new composite brake. To do so, composite brake systems which have the same size as the competitive company to the same vehicle is applied. And superiorities through a variety of test results are presented. First, normal braking performances are compared with competitive company through braking effect, heat capacity and friction test, Second, circuit driving and high speed fade test are also verified with competitive company to confirm harsh braking performances for the new composite brake system. Finally, the effects of applying the composite brake to automobile industry like electric car are analyzed.
