우주개발진흥법 제24조에 따라 2005년 처음으로 우주산업 실태조사를 시행하여 2004년도의 우주산업 규모를 조사한 바 있으며, 올해는 두 번째로 우주분야에 종사하는 기업, 연구소, 대학을 대상으로 2006년도의 우주분야 자료를 수집한 바 이 논문에서는 그 통계자료를 제시하고 우리나라의 우주산업 실태를 파악하였다. 2007년 우주산업실태조사에서는 2005년 조사보다 조사 대상기관을 확대하여 36곳의 우주활용 서비스 기관과 7곳의 우주기기제작 기관의 자료가 추가되었다. 우리나라의 우주 분야 참여기관은 기업, 연구소, 대학 모두 1980년 대 후반부터 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 특히 2001년 이후 우주분야에 참여한 기업의 수가 크게 증가하였다. 2006년도 기업의 우주분야 총 매출액은 7,000억원, 연구소의 우주개발예산은 4,043억원, 대학의 우주분야 연구개발비는 117억원이다. 2006년도 기업의 우주분야 매출, 연구소의 우주개발예산, 대학의 우주분야 연구비를 합한 총액은 전년도 대비 26%가 증가하였다. 2006년도 우주분야 인력은 총 2,372명으로 기업에 1,381명(58%), 연구소에 730명(31%), 대학에 261명 (11%)이 종사하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 우주분야 총 종사인력은 전년대비 7%가 증가하였다.

Through the analysis and the caomparation of the furture patterns between the China Ming dynasty and the Korea joseon dynasty, we try to searches for the culturl value of the appreciation possibility to the concept design by the aesthetic and objective tools in this paper. For making cultural and economic mind. cultural product as well-mated as 21st century is how traditional pattern might design, but how fassionable design in modern is attracted. As making and providing those mind, it is observed what the strategy of program activation could be. it is to be desired that is provided the use of product as traditional pattern of today on the traditional pattern of today based on the mentioned above. Hence, it is looked to activation in the modern pattern for development of cultural product.

Background : Many clinicians have experienced the difficulty of decision on termination of antituberculosis chemotherapy after the 6th month due to relapse of disease. There is still controversy in the effect of 2S(K)HRZ/4HRZ 6-month short course chemotherapy including pyrazinamide for 6 months in patiems with pulmonary tuberculosis. And there is no long term follow-up study of 6-month short course chemotherapy for pulmonary tuberculosis in korea. So we had performed the study to find the result of 6-month antituberculosis chemotherapy for 4 years. Method : We studied prospectively the effect of 2S(K)HRZ/4HRZ in one hundred-fifty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and followed up fifty-nine patients for more than 1 year to 4 years after the completion of 6-month short course therapy. Results : 1) Out of one hundred-fifty patients, seventy-two patients(48%) completed the prescribed 6-month chemotherapy. Sixty-eight patients(45.3%) have experienced premature discontinuation and the most common cause of premature discontinuation was drop-out against advice(thirty-six patients, 24%). Ten patients(6.7%) were treated beyond the 6 months mainly due to irregular treatment. 2) Fifty-nine patients(81.9%) among seventy-two patients with completed treatment have been followed up for more than 1 year and 32 patients(44.4%) for more than 4 years. There was three relapse patients of whom two patients have experienced relapse of pulmonary tuberculosis within 1 year after the termination of chemotherapy. 3) Among one hundred-thirty-four patients who have been assessible for more than two months of chemotherapy, including the patients who experienced within 2 months, there were eighty-two patients(61.2%) who have experienced adverse reactions and the treatment regimen was changed only in thirteen patients(9.7%). The most frequent cause of adverse reactions was arthralgia and/or hyperuricemia, which had occurred in 33 patients(24.6%). Conclusion : In a university hospital in Korea, 6-month shot course chemotherapy of 2S(K)HRZ/4HRZ had unnegligible relapses and premature discontinuation. Therefore, change of the regimen might be carefully considered by drug susceptibility results. Close monitoring of patients, retrial of sputum exam and radiologic evaluation during treatment might be required in the endemic area of drug resistant strains like in Korea. Further study about the effect of 6-month short course chemotherapy including pyrazinamide for 6-month might be needed.

영재교육이 우리나라의 미래를 좌우한다는 생각은 이제 매우 설득력을 얻고 있지만 구체적인 학습자료와 이론이 여전히 부족한 상태이다(1999,김주봉). 수학 캠프의 활동에 관한 교육 프로그램은 더욱더 찾아보기 힘들다. 대구광역시 동부교육청 시범영재학급에서는 03년 1월 9일부터 11일까지 2박3일간 동부 계명대학교 자연과학부 백은관에서 영재캠프를 개최하였다. 이번 캠프는 주제탐구중심의 캠프로서 협동심과 창의력중심으로 전국 최초로 이루어졌고, 4학년 22명, 5학년 21명, 6학년 24명 총 67명과 담당장학사1명, 진행도우미 8명, 운영교수진 8명, 체험학습 강사10명 총94명이 참가하였다. 프로그램은 영재교육의 전문가인 교수와 초 중등 현직교사들에 의하여 운영되었고, 프로그램 계획 수립 및 진행총괄은 담당장학사와 본 연구자가 진행하였다. 학생들의 수준의 차이가 적지 않는 데다가 본 연구자는 4개월 동안 캠프를 준비하여 학생들로부터 캠프에 대한 소감을 통하여 결과가 긍정적인 내용이 많아서 매우 성공적인 캠프가 이루어 졌다고 생각한다. 본 고에서는 캠프일정과 운영. 교육프로그램, 주제탐구물 결과에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다.

질병관리본부 발표자료에 따르면 우리나라의 2004년 3월 현재, 에이즈 감염인은 2,679명에 이른다. 이중 남자가 2,406명으로 $89.8\%$를 차지하고 있으며, 여자는 273명으로 $10.2\%$를 차지하고 있다. 통계에서 보듯이, 남성 감염인수는 여성 감염인수의 8.8배나 많고 감염인 연령의 $62.2\%$는 $20\~30$대에 분포되어 있다. 감염경로의 $97.7\%$는 성접촉으로 인한 감염이다. 그러나 감염이 확인되지 않은 실제 감염인 수는 보편적으로 확인된 숫자의$5\~10$배까지 추정되고 있으며, 아직까지 검사를 받아보지 않은 감염예상자가 상당히 많을 것으로 추측된다.

지난해 5월 영국 로이터 통신을 통해 공개된 1장의 사진이 전세계를 경악시켰다. 태어난지 4개월밖에 안 된 여자 아기인 소피아. 천사같이 천진난만한 눈을 가진 소피아는 에이즈를 일으키는 바이러스인 HIV 보균자다. 소피아는 러시아 제 2의 도시 상트페테르부르크의 한 보호시설에 격리 수용돼 있다. 이 시설에는 소피아 말고도 HIV에 감염된 수십여 명의 아기들이 있다. 이 사진이 공개될 당시 22명의 어린이가 있었으나 현재는 40여 명으로 늘어났다는 최근 소식이다. 이 시설은 한번 다녀간 사람들의 마음을 무겁게 한다.

수확의 계절 가을. 가을이면 항상 열리는 것이 있으니 각종 박람회 및 전시회. 2008년 10월 13일-19일까지 7일간 양재동 aT센터에서 "건강한 식품, 아름다운 음식"이란 주제로 Korea food Expo가 열렸다. 올해 처음 열린 우리나라의 대규모 음식 축제인 "맛있는 대한민국, KOREA FOOD EXPO 2008"는 27만2천여 명이 참관한 가운데 매우 성공적으로 치러졌다. 국내 최대 농림수산식품 EXOP행사답게 70여개 기관.협회를 비롯, 340여 개의 식품업체가 참여하였고, 27만2천여 명(일평균 3만9천 명)이 행사장을 참관하였다. 이번 행사는 농업과 수산업, 각종 산업 종사자와 소비자가 함께 만나는 어울림의 축제였다.

지난 5월 15일부터 17일까지 3일간의 일정으로 APT 규제자 고위포럼이 APT 규제가 고위포럼이 APT와 세계은행(World Bank) 공동 주최하에 개최되어 31개 회원, 국내 통신위원회 및 정보통신정책부처의 고위급 인사 150여명이 참석한 가운데 개막되었다.이번 회의는 규제관련 이슈만을 주제로 아/태 지역에서는 최초로 개최되는 것으로 그 의미가 크다고 할 수 있겠다.우리나라는 APT측의 초청에 따라 참석한 김동선 정보통신부차관을 포함, 정부대표 5명, 민간업체 및 연구소 3명 등 8명의 대표단이 참가했다.회의 내용 요약 및 김동선 차관의 기조 연설을 정리, 싣는다.

오리고기 소비의 계절인 여름이 찾아왔다. 다양한 효능을 갖고 있는 오리는 사계절 내내 먹기에 손색이 없지만 여름에는 특히 원기회복식과 보양식 수요가 많은 계절이기 때문에 3대 보양식 중 하나로 꼽히는 오리를 찾는 사람들이 많다. 조선 명의 허준이 지은 동의보감에는 '오리고기가 오장육부를 모두 편하게 하는 몇 안 되는 음식 중에 하나'라고 기록되어 있으며, 중국 명나라 의서인 본초강목에도 '오리는 해독작용을 하고 혈액순환을 돕는다'고 적혀 있다. 과거 오래전부터 입증된 오리의 효능은 현재까지도 의사, 교수, 요리연구가 등 전문가들에 의해 여러 차례 소개되고 있다. 전문가들이 말하는 오리예찬 내용을 살펴보고, 무더위를 대비한 체력보강 차원에서 오리고기를 든든히 섭취할 것을 제안해본다.
