In Korea, as the aging phenomenon accelerates, the problem of traffic accidents related to the elderly is continuously emerging. Efforts to improve this are being implemented, but unfortunately the results of these effects are not clear. Therefore, in this study, the effect of traffic characteristics and incentive policies on the return of driver's licenses of elderly drivers was reviewed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the intention to return the driver's license was low in the case of men, older people, those with low dependence on public transportation, those who undertook long driving hours, and those who took frequent trips. On the other hand, financial incentives were found to play a positive role with regard to the intention to return the driver's license. However, the effect is expected to be insignificant for those with a low intention to return the driver's license. As a result, under the current policy, it is predicted that there is a limit to improving the social problems caused by elderly drivers, meaning that it is necessary to review approaches that induce the return of their driver's licenses.

In the modern world, where the number of people moving from country to country is sharply increasing, domestic and international driver's licenses are easily fabricated or forged, and distinguishing if a driver's license is legitimate or not is often a difficult task. Furthermore, this would require different countries to mutually share and administer the driving records of individuals, making it a much more complex task (Added to it is the complicated matter of countries having to mutually share and administer the driving records of individuals.) However, the authenticity and security of a driver's license has become the first priority since driver's licenses are also used as identification cards in most countries, thus requiring measures to prevent inappropriate uses arising from theft and embezzlement. In this paper, we propose the mutual authentication mechanism which, can provide enhanced security and efficient operation that is administration of personal information contained within ISO Compliant Driving licence(IDL).

2004년 7월 29일부터 담배자동판매기를 이용하여 담배를 구매하기 위해서는 주민등록증 또는 운전면허증을 소지하거나, 신용카드와 같은 금융카드를 소지해야 한다. 현재 $\ulconer$청소년보호법$\lrcorner$에 따라 19세 미만의 청소년에게는 담배를 판매할 수 없도록 하고 있으나, 실제로 청소년들은 무인자동판매기를 통해 담배를 쉽게 구매할 수 있었다. 이에 대한 대안으로 담배자동판매기에는 보건복지부장관이 정하는 성인인증장치를 의무적으로 부착토록 지난해 $\ulcorner$국민건강증진법$\lrcorner$이 개정되었고(`03.7.29), 보건복지부는 주민등록증 또는 운전면허증과 같은 신분증을 이용하거나, 신용카드와 같은 금융거래카드를 이용하는 방법이 법에서 정하는 성인인증장치라는 내용의$\ylcorner$국민건강증진법시행규칙$\lrcorner$을 개정, 2004년 7월 29일 공포하였다. 이러한 제도개선으로 청소년에 대해 담배를 판매하는 불법행위는 줄어들 것으로 예상되며 , 청소년 흡연을 억제하는데도 긍정적인 효과가 기대된다. 담배자동판매기에 성인인증장치를 부착하지 않고 담배를 판매하면 200만원 이하의 과태료를 처분이 내려진다. 우리나라 담배자동판매기는 금연운동의 강화와 규제 등으로 계속 감소하는 추세에 있으며 , 2003년말 현재 약 3천여대가 운영되고 있는 것으로 파악되고 있으며, 이번 조치로 그 수는 더욱 줄어들 것이 예상된다.

This study was conducted to derive the traffic accident risk index through the recognition of the elderly driver's driving pattern to reduce the traffic accident rate of elderly drivers and to reflect them in the renewal and return policy of driver's license accordingly. First, the traffic accident risk index is defined by analyzing the behavioral characteristics of older drivers to derive the major factors that lead to traffic accidents. Second, we present a method to measure the traffic accident risk index from the driving pattern of the elderly through the smart-phone, the camera and the distance sensor attached to the car. Finally, we derive three thresholds by computer simulation and determine the accident risk from the measured traffic accident risk index as four steps and suggest ways to ensure safe driving of older drivers. It is required to objectively assess the driving ability of an aged driver in accordance with the proposed method, and to induce the driver to reset the driver's license renewal cycle and voluntarily return the driver's license to minimize social costs due to increased traffic accidents.

경찰청에 따르면 도로교통법이 개정된 이후 3개월단 개인형 이동장치(PM)를 단속한 결과 무면허 운전이 3199건에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 공유 킥보드 서비스의 경우 회원가입을 할 때 운전면허증 취득 여부를 확인하긴 하지만 서비스를 이용할 때는 별도의 확인 절차 없이 대여할 수 있기 때문에 운전면허증을 취득하지 않았어도 대여하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 공유 킥보드 서비스의 보안 취약점을 보완하기 위해 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더를 사용한 딥러닝 기반의 공유 킥보드 대리 대여 방지 시스템을 제안한다. 오토인코더는 지문 데이터로부터 특징만을 추출할 수 있어, 사용자의 지문 원본을 서버에게 노출시키지 않을 수 있다. 변이형 오토인코더는 생성형 모델로써, 사용자의 지문 데이터를 증폭 시켜 합성곱 신경망의 성능을 높이는데 도움을 준다. 이러한 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더의 특징을 이용해 사용자의 지문을 서버에 노출시키지 않으면서 적은 데이터로 신뢰성 높은 사용자 인증이 가능한 전동 킥보드 대여 시스템을 제안한다.

1997년 초부터 신용카드와 전화카드 그리고 지하철 티켓을 한장의 카드로 대용할 수 있는 'KT-국민카드'가 선을 보이기 시작한데 어이 1997년 7월에는 국내은행이 공동개발한 '전자지갑'이 첫 선을 보인다. 한편 내무부는 1998년부터 일곱가지의 증명(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 의료보험증, 국민연금증명서, 주민등록 등ㆍ초본, 인감증명서 포함)을 내장한 '전자주민카드'를 발급할 계획이다. 우리나라에서도 전자카드만 가지면 불편없이 생활할 수 있는 시대가 빠른 걸음으로 다가오고 있다.

건설교통부에 의하면 2004년 5월 현재, 자동차등록대수가 3명당 1대로 급속히 증가하여 자동차가 현대인들의 필수품이 되어가고 있다고 한다(4). 또한, 자동차를 직접 운전할 가능성을 지닌 운전면허증 소지자는 2003년 말 경찰청 통계에 의하면 성인 3명에 2명꼴로 나타났다[4]. 이러한 통계치를 살펴보면 생활공간을 이동하는 도구로서의 자동차가 그 자체로 또 하나의 생활공간으로 자리를 잡아가고 있음을 알 수 있다. (중략)

글을 읽기에 앞서 지갑을 열어보자. 주민등록증이나 운전면허증과 같은 신분증이 한 켠에 보이고, 여러 장의 신용카드가 지갑 포켓에 꽂혀 있을 것이다. 가지고 다니기에 부담되지 않을 정도의 지폐와 각종 영수증들이 또한 한 몫 하면서 지갑 내 공간을 차지한다. 이러저러한 지갑 내용물 중에 혹시 이동통신사 멤버십 카드는 지갑에 들어 있지 않나 확인해 보자. 이번 모바일 핫토크의 주제는‘이동통신사 멤버십 카드(이하 멤버십 카드)’에 관련된 것이다. 우리가 휴대폰을 가까이 두고 사용하는 것만큼이나 늘 호주머니에 두고 활용할 수 있는 게 바로 이 멤버십 카드다. 한 때는 그저 포인트 적립카드 정도로만 여겨졌던 카드였지만, 이제는 각종 혜택이 더해지면서 상당히 쓸모 있는 카드로 자리 잡은 상태다. 심지어는 이것을 활용하지 않으면 오히려 헤픈 사람처럼 보이기까지 한 멤버십 문화가 형성돼 있다. 이 글을 통해 멤버십 카드에 대해 알아보고,포인트가 0이 될 때까지 마르고 닳도록 사용해 보자.
