Analysis of Factors to Measure Information Communication Ethics of Adolescents Using Delphi and AHP (Delphi와 AHP를 활용한 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 측정 요인 분석)

  • The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness level of adolescents so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of adolescents on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this paper, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness level of adolescents by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified. Finally we deduced 22 ICE factors given the weight through the AHP of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area.

Miniaturized X-Band Metamaterial Filter for the Ultra-Wide Stopband (차단특성의 초광대역화를 위한 X-밴드용 초소형 메타물질구조 여파기)

  • In this paper, the design of a new bandstop filter with an ultra-wide stopband is proposed using the metamaterial CRLH-TL. Instead of conventional periodic structures and multi-staged CRLH-TLs, extremely small one-cell type is adopted to circumvent the setbacks of conventional filters such as the lengthened ${\lambda}_g/2$-resonator ones or alternating impedance lowpass filter, and relatively slow skirt. Besides, for a very broad stopband, a strong coupling structure including stepped impedances is suggested and the zero-order resonance is made for effective size-reduction. The validity of the proposed design is proven through the fabrication and measurement, showing the overall size less than ${\lambda}_g/10$, the stopband wider than 12 GHz, 0.7 dB of the insertion loss.

Isolation Improvement in Vivaldi Antennas Using DSRR (DSRR을 이용한 비발디 안테나 소자 간 격리도 향상)

  • In this paper, a double split-ring resonator(DSRR) is proposed to improve the isolation between Vivaldi antenna elements. The DSRR was designed using a unit cell simulation and applied to a $1{\times}2$ Vivaldi antenna array to confirm the improvement in the isolation. The unit cell size of the proposed DSRR is $5mm{\times}5mm{\times}1.52mm$ and six unit cells are used. To verify the performance of the proposed DSRR, $1{\times}2$ Vivaldi antenna arrays with and without the DSRR were fabricated and measured. The results show an isolation improvement of 20 dB in the Vivaldi antennas with the DSRR when compared to the Vivaldi antennas without the DSRR.

A Studies of Uranium Isotopes Determination in Environmental Samples Using TBP Extraction (TBP 용매추출법을 이용한 토양시료중 우라늄 동위원소 분석법 개선에 대한 연구)

  • Using the TBP slovent extraction method, a simple and precise method for determining uranium isotopes in the environment samples was developed. The soil sample was decomposed with $HNO_3$ and HF. Uranium isotopes were extracted with 15% TBP in $CCl_4$ from aqueous phase to organic phase, and Th fraction was removed with 8M HCl. Uranium fraction was purified in back extraction step with 1M HCl. Optimized electrode position conditions of uranium Isotopes were set using a new electrode position solution including a DTPA chelating agent. The new method of uranium isotopes determination was validated with a result of application to IAEA Reference Soils.

  • As the role of soccer game analyst who analyzes soccer games and creates soccer wining strategies is emphasized, it is required to have high-level analysis beyond the procedural ones such as main event detection in the context of IT based broadcasting soccer game research community. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to generate the high-level in-depth analysis results via real-time text based soccer Webcast and text mining. Proposed method creates a metadata such as attribute, action and event, build index, and then generate available knowledges via text mining techniques such as association rule mining, event growth index, and pathfinder network analysis using Webcast and domain knowledges. We carried out a feasibility experiment on the proposed technique with the Webcast text about Spain team's 2010 World Cup games.

  • ENC(Electronic Navigational Chart) development of all coast of our country have been finished by Hydrographic Office in last years. Quality assurance of ENC will be more important because it may be focused in a sense of utilization and application of data. Two things of ENC quality are spatial and attribute. These should be made and edited by HO, but some instances are not correct because of various production tools, disagreement of S-57 adaptation, and etc. This paper presents which point of data quality in attitude of data users should be considered and corrected in detail. Especially, error of AGEN attribute, Meta information and Korean Language are investigated. Finally, The program of EDAM2, ENC quality assurance program, will be presented. It is expected for EDAM2 to devote advanced ENC quality assurance.

  • 콜로이달 리소그래피는 나노미터 크기의 나노구를 자가조립에 의해 정렬시킴으로써, 파장이하 크기의 주기 구조를 저비용으로 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 패터닝 기법이다. 콜로이달 리소그래피나 소프트 리소그래피와 같이 대면적 패터닝이 가능한 공정을 태양전지를 위한 반사방지 및 광 포획 증대 구조에 적용함으로써, 기존 성능을 크게 향상시켰다. 본 연구에서는, 유한차분 시간영역 수치해석법을 이용하여 반사 방지 및 광 포획 증대 구조에 대한 이론적 검증 및 설계를 진행하였고, 콜로이달 리소그래피 및 반도체 공정을 통해 샘플을 제작하였으며, 제작된 샘플의 성능을 적분구를 겸비한 자외선 가시광 근적외선 영역 분광기를 통해 평가하였다. 반사방지 나노섬을 겸비한 나노 원뿔대 언덕형 굴절률 소자를 구현함으로써, 300나노미터 이하의 구조체를 사용하지 않고도 근자외선 영역을 포함하는 태양광 에너지의 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 광대역 방사방지 구조체를 제시하였다. 나노 원뿔대가 격자상수 이상의 파장에 대한 언덕형 굴절률을 제공하고, 4분의 1파장 나노섬 반사방지막이 격자 상수 이하의 근자외선 태양광을 추가적으로 흡수하여, 근자외선 영역에서의 평균 반사율을 3.8% 수준으로 달성 할 수 있었다. 또한, 낮은 양호계수를 갖는 속삭임 회랑 공진기 어레이를 이용하여, 박막 태양전지에 적합한 유전체 기반 광포획 증대 나노구조를 제시하였다. 나노반구, 나노고깔, 나노구, 함몰형 나노구 어레이 형태를 가지며, 500nm의 주기를 갖는 유전체 표면 텍스쳐드 구조를 초박형 비정질 실리콘 필름(100nm) 위에 제작하여 광대역 광 포획 증대 효과를 실험적으로 평가하였다. 구조들 중 함몰형 나노구 어레이가 결합된 비정질 실리콘 박막이 가장 높은 성능을 보였으며, 구조가 없는 경우 대비 약 67.6%의 가중 흡수율 증가를 나타내었다. 특히, 함몰형 나노구 어레이 구조 중 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트로 제작된 평판형 함몰층은 나노구 비정질 박막 실리콘 사이의 접착력 및 기계적 강성을 향상시켰을 뿐 아니라, 함몰층 내부로 회절되고 산란된 빛들이 도파모드 효과에 의해 부가적인 광 포획 증대를 가져옴으로써, 가장 높은 광 포획 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 유전체 기반 나노 구조들은 간단하고 저비용이며, 대면적으로 쉽게 제작할 수 있는 자가 조립 기반 콜로이달 리소그래피 및 소프트 리소그래피 기술을 이용하여 제작되었다.

Investigation of sequential separation method for $^{90}Sr,\;^{241}Am,\;^{239,240}Pu$ and $^{238}Pu$ isotopes ($^{90}Sr,\;^{241}Am,\;^{239,240}Pu$$^{238}Pu$ 동위원소들을 분리하기위한 축차분리법에 대한 고찰)

  • This paper presents a quantitative method of sequential separation of $^{90}Sr,\;^{241}Am$ and Pu nuclides with an anion exchange resin and a Sr-Spec resin. The Pu isotopes were purified with an anion exchange resin. The americium and strontium fractions were separated from the matrix elements with an oxalate co-precipitation method. Americium fraction was separated from the strontium fraction with iron co-precipitation method and purified from lanthanides with anion exchange resin. Strontium-90 was purified from other hindrance elements with the Sr-Spec resin after oxalate co-precipitation. The measurement of Pu and Am isotopes was carried out by an ${\alpha}$-spectrometer. Strontium-90 was measured by a liquid scintillation counter. The radiochemical procedure of $^{90}Sr,\;^{241}Am$ and Pu nuclides investigated in this study has been validated by application to IAEA-Reference soils.

  • The previously developed practical inquiry activity supporting tools, deduced from the design principles and implementation principles based on the study of precedent researches and theories, applicable to conceptual learning in engineering education were implemented to an on-line learning community, a web-based Windows application, to find out its effectiveness in actual classroom situation through experimental research. The On-line learning community includes the inquiry activity menu to implement learning procedure of inquiry based conceptual learning, the functions supporting the communication among participants, the information sharing function, the scheduling function of class and inquiry activity, the mentoring function, and the evaluation of on-line activities of learners. Experimental study were also conducted in order to analyze the effects of inquiry activity supporting tools on inquiry based conceptual learning in engineering education.

An Automatic Rhythm and Melody Composition System Considering User Parameters and Chord Progression Based on a Genetic Algorithm (유전알고리즘 기반의 사용자 파라미터 설정과 코드 진행을 고려한 리듬과 멜로디 자동 작곡 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose an automatic melody composition system that can generate a sophisticated melody by adding non-harmony tone in the given chord progression. An overall procedure consists of two steps, which are the rhythm generation and melody generation parts. In the rhythm generation part, we designed new fitness functions for rhythm that can be controlled by a user setting parameters. In the melody generation part, we designed new fitness functions for melody based on harmony theory. We also designed evolutionary operators that are conducted by considering a musical context to improve computational efficiency. In the experiments, we compared four metaheuristics to optimize the rhythm fitness functions: Simple Genetic Algorithm (SGA), Elitism Genetic Algorithm (EGA), Differential Evolution (DE), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Furthermore, we compared proposed genetic algorithm for melody with the four algorithms for verifying performance. In addition, composition results are introduced and analyzed with respect to musical correctness.
