Establishing a success model of a specific information system is critical to understanding the mechanism of IS success, the various dimensions of IS performance, and the factors and their causal relations in IS success. As one of the key IT applications, the project management information system (PMIS), particularly the web-based PMIS (Web-PMIS), has played a significant role in construction management processes in Korea. However, there have been few research attempts made to construct a Web-PMIS success model. This study primarily aims to propose a Web-PMIS success model based on DeLone and McLean's IS success model, and to discuss whether or not the D&M IS success model can be applied to the construction Web-PMIS. A questionnaire was sent out to Web-PMIS users (construction managers and constructors), and 253 completed questionnaires were received. Through multi-regression analysis, it was confirmed that it is statistically acceptable to apply the D&M IS success model to the Web-PMIS. However, the explanatory power of the model is not sufficient, and some of the model factors are not statistically significant enough. Relying on the statistical analysis results, this study also discusses the development direction for the Web-PMIS success model.

프랑스는 지난 82년 5월부터 휘발유(고급 ㆍ보통)와 경유(차량용 ㆍ난방용)에 대해 정유사가 월단위로 공식에 의해 산정되는 가격내에서 공장도 가격을 결정할 수 있는 새로운 유가 연동제도를 도입, 시행해 오고 있다. 이 제도는 국내가격을 국제시장 가격에 연동함으로써 가격결정 과정에서의 인위적 요인을 최소화하여, 연동공식에 상한(Ceiling)과 하한(Floor)을 설정, 공급위기시 급격한 가격변동으로 소비자와 정유사를 함께 보호하자는데 목적이 있다. 그 메커니즘을 알아본다 <편집자주>

액체 추진제 로켓 엔진의 연소 불안정은 주요 설계인자이며 로켓 엔진 개발의 주된 장애요인이다, 하지만 연소 불안정은 구동 메커니즘 및 연소와 관련된 물리 현상에 대한 연구 부족으로 주로 경험적 방법 흑은 시행착오를 거쳐 해결해 왔다. 이론적 방법은 수식화 과정과 그 적용에 있어 불합리한 가정과 근사화 과정을 사용하기 때문에 치명적인 한계를 갖는다. 그리고 수치적 방법은 연소 불안정 관련 현상의 세부 모델링 과정에 문제가 있다.(중략)

최근 기업의 비즈니스 가치 증대를 위해 IT의 전략적 활용과 정보시스템과 비즈니스 프로세스간의 연계와 통합에 대해 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 IT 서비스와 자신들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 IT 거버넌스 개념 재정립의 필요한 시점이나, 학계와 산업계의 높은 관심에 비해 국내 기업의 실증적인 사례연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사례 연구를 통해 IT 거버넌스와 관련하여 현재 기업에서 수행 중인 의사결정 체계와 활동, 유형 및 결정 요인 등을 살펴봄으로써 IT 거버넌스 구축의 현주소 및 향후 활성화 요인을 제시하고자 한다. 비교 분석을 위해, 동일 산업군에서 매출액 규모가 유사하고 IT 투자율이 높은 국내 대기업 2개 업체를 선정하였으며, Structure, Process, Relational Mechanism 관점에서 관련업체의 IT 부서 주요 관계자들과의 인터뷰와 여러 내부 자료들을 활용하여 심층적인 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 'A'사와 'B'사의 IT 거버넌스 사례 분석을 통해 의사결정 메커니즘과 요인을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 보편적인 적용이 가능한 의사결정 영역별 특성 및 구성요소를 구체적으로 제시함으로써, 향후 기업의 환경에 맞는 IT 거버넌스 체계 구축 및 Reference로서 활용을 기대한다.

This study examines the effect of trade union on the structure of wage determining and the variance of wage in manufacturing and non-manufacturing, 1993, in Korea It finds that the wage determining mechanism is significantly different between union and nonunion establishments, and that the wage inequality is too significantly lower among workers in establishments that are unionized than among those that are not. However, it is not clear whether the union wage policies designed to standardize rates have the effects of reduction in wage variance. that is mostly because of smaller variance within unionized workers having the same wage determining characteristics.

본 연구는 지금까지 학계에서 꾸준히 연구되고 있는 시장진입 순서의 효과에 관한 광범위한 문헌고찰을 통해 이제까지의 연구들을 유기적·인과적으로 연결시킬 수 있는 통합적인 틀을 제시하고, 기존 연구의 한계점을 바탕으로 진입순서 연구에 관한 새로운 접근을 시도하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 크게 선발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 후발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수에 관한 연구로 구분하고 각 부분별 문제점과 향후 연구방향을 도출하였다. 먼저, 기존 연구에서 선·후발 진입에 대한 정의와 기업이 속해있는 시장에 대한 정의가 불분명하게 이루어짐에 따라 그 효과가 매우 다르게 나타나고 있음을 지적하고, 동시에 효과가 나타나게 되는 메커니즘도 사후적인 해석 관점에서 이루어지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이 외에도 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구가 생산자 관점에서 주로 다루어져 실제로 제품을 소비하는 수요자의 특성을 감안한 연구가 필요함을 제시하였으며, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 자원기반 관점 요인과 시장·경쟁 요인뿐만 아니라 조직의 특성에 대한 연구가 고려되어야 함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 진입순서 외에도 후발기업의 진입시차에 관한 추가적인 연구의 필요성을 언급하였다.

기계 학습에서 데이터 및 기능은 기계 학습의 상한을 결정한다.이러한 기능은 산업 생산에서 과도한 데이터 양과 유형으로 인해 상당한 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 적절한 특징 처리 방법이 매우 중요해졌다. 대부분의 기존 특징 처리 방법은 특징 엔지니어링을 기능 검색 문제, 즉 모델 성능을 최적화할 수 있는 기능 변환 작업을 검색하는 것으로 추상화한다. 그러나 자동 특징 엔지니어링의 경우 검색량과 변환 조합의 수가 매우 많기 때문에 요인 분해 기반 모델을 사용하여 벡터 곱셈을 통해 상호 작용을 측정하면 조합 특징의 패턴을 자동으로 학습하는 방법이 특히 효율적이다. xDeepFM 은 명확한 방식으로 특징적인 상호작용을 생성하도록 설계된 새로운 Compressed Interaction Network (CIN)를 제안한다. 여기에 제시된 Low-rank Compressed Interaction Network(LRCIN )은 xDeepFM 접근 방식에서 CIN 네트워크의 단순화된 개선을 기반으로 하며 xDeepFM 에 주의 메커니즘을 추가하여 보다 정확하게 예측된다. 실험 결과에 따르면 모델은 계산 복잡성을 단순화할 뿐만 아니라 예측 정확도도 다른 모델보다 훨씬 우수한다.

도로안전시설용 시선유도봉은 통상 도로에 설치되어 운전자의 시선을 유도하고 차선을 분리하는 용도로 사용된다. 이러한 시선유도봉은 주로 도로상에 설치되기 때문에 차량과 부딪히는 경우가 자주 발생하므로 제품의 내구성이 특히 요구된다. 종래의 시선유도봉에 대한 평가방법은 제품의 일부를 채취하여 재료의 기본 품질 성능만을 평가하였다. 그러나 현장의 도로관리를 담당하고 있는 수요기관에서는 빈번한 사고와 민원으로 인해 제품의 평가방법에 대한 문제 제기를 하였고, 완제품 상태로 신뢰성을 평가할 수 있는 방법 개발을 요구하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시선유도봉의 주요 고장 요인이 되는 차량 충돌에 의한 재질 파손, 바퀴 압축에 의한 회복 불능, 제품 표면에 부착되는 반사시트의 박리 및 변색에 대한 고장 메커니즘 분석하고, 이러한 고장을 재현할 수 있는 신뢰성 평가법을 개발하고자 하였다. 주요 고장 메커니즘 분석을 위해 국내.외 평가 기준을 조사하였으며, 특히 미국 AASHTO's (American Association of State Highway and Transportaion Officials)의 NTPEP (National Transportation Products Evaluation Program)에서 수행하고 있는 내구성 평가 방법에 대한 사례 조사를 통해 국내 적용을 검토해 보았다. 또한 서울시설관리공단의 협조로 가장 주요한 고장의 요인으로 꼽히는 차량 충돌 시험을 올림픽대로 내 조각공원에서 실시하였다. 그 결과 시험실에서 고장을 재현할 수 있는 신뢰성 평가 장비 개발의 필요성이 부각되었으며, 차량 충돌과 바퀴 압축을 모사할 수 있는 신뢰성 평가 장비를 제작하였다. 시선유도봉의 신뢰성 평가는 기본적인 품질성능평가 이외에 신규로 개발된 충격시험(고온, 저온, 반사지)과 굴곡압축시험, 반사지와 재질의 내후성 시험을 실시하였다. 또한 국내 9개사(社) 10개 제품에 대한 신뢰성 비교평가를 실시한 결과, 제품의 내구성에 중요 척도가 되는 신뢰성 평가 기준을 설정할 수 있었고, 합리적인 제품의 가격 수준과 품질 수준에 대한 신뢰성 가이드를 제공할 수 있었다.

The Color shift phenomenon is becoming a major degradation factor of the emitting color purity in the organic emitting diodes which is generating a plurality of colors. In this study, the basic structure of organic light emitting diode device is comprised of ITO/${\alpha}$-NPD/$Alq_3$:DCJTB[wt%]/$Alq_3$/Mg:Ag, we have carry out numerical simulation of the electric-optical characteristics in organic light emitting diode device to estimate the mechanism of color shift phenomenon. We have investigated the causes of the color shift through the change of DCJTB doping concentration ratio. As the result, we have confirmed that the changes of the recombination rate which generated by trapped electrons and holes is one of the major factors for the color shift phenomenon.

This study reviews geographical research trends on 'New industrial agglomeration' in Korea and recommends research issues for further studies. Recent studies on industrial agglomeration region have typically concentrated on empirical case studies from new 'perspectives'. As a result, the establishment and theorizing of frameworks for analysis on industrial agglomeration have been given too little attention. To solve this problem research should be conducted to develop frameworks for analysis integrating noneconomic factors and existing economic factors, a strategy emphasized in new industrial agglomeration theory. By doing so, research investigating viability mechanism and generalization will be invigorated. Meanwhile, research focused excessively on social and cultural conditions of region-related networks between actors in economic space at specific scales should be excluded. In addition, academic research on vitalizing industrial agglomeration region, such as cluster policy, should be strengthened. In order to conduct these research objectives effectively, it is necessary to vitalize overall understanding among researchers of industrial agglomeration and provide a place for collaborative learning.
