This paper empirically examines the effects of green technology patent on the financial performance of SMEs and venture specialized green enterprises. In particular, this paper is focused on analysing the financial performance difference by comparing the financial condition of 1st year before and 1st year after the application of green technology patent, and the one of 1st year before and 2nd year after it using sales, operating profit, net income, ratio of operating profit to net sales, and ratio of net profit to net sales. The statistical significances were accepted on sales after 1st and 2nd year, operating profit and ratio of net profit to net sales after 1st year, and ratio of operating profit to net sales after 2nd year. This paper proposes the vitalization of green consumption market, the reinforcement of green financial policy, the installation of financing windows, the improvement of unfair business conducts of large enterprises, and the reinforcement of win-win partnership between large enterpsises and SMEs as policy issues of Korean government in order to promote SMEs and venture specialized green enterprises.

One of the most crucial information at the hotel banquet is revenue data. Revenue forecast enables cost reduction, increases staffing efficiency, and provides information that helps maximizing competitive advantages in unforeseen environment. This research forecasts the hotel banquet revenue by utilizing ARIMA Model which was assessed as the appropriate forecast model for international researches. The data used for this research was based on the monthly banquet revenue data of G hotel at Seoul. The analysis results showed that SARIMA(2, 1, 3)(0, 1, 1) was finally presumed. This research implied that the ARIMA model, which was assessed as the appropriate forecast model, was applied for analyzing the monthly hotel banquet revenue data. Additionally, the research provides beneficial information with which hotel banquet professionals can utilize as a reference.

The aim is to analyze a performance evaluation of local governmental public hospitals. Data were collected from public disclosure system DB of National Tax Service on 15 July 2013. Twenty-two income statements of local governmental public hospitals were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. The analyzing factors were medical operating profit, contribution margin, and trend of operating profit. The important result was that the medical operating profit was negative, average medical operating profit was -4,678.9 million won. However, the contribution margin was positive in all local governmental public hospitals, and average contribution margin was 12,572.5 million won. The trend of operating profit was positive in 15 local governmental public hospitals between 2011 and 2012. The average increased operating profit was 1,299.1 million won. Through this result, we suggest that not only individual public health hospital perspective, but also the enterprise wide perspective like nation was significantly considered to make decision of closure or maintain of local governmental public hospitals.

This research empirically analyzes not only the direct impact of the external technological information network diversity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the sales growth from their technology development but also the mediating impact of their productivity improvement and the moderating effect of the technology development driven by CEO on this direct impact in order to deepen the research stream on SMEs' external technological information network. Based on the ordinary least squares regression by using 2,200 data of South Korean SMEs, this study reveals the three findings. First, SMEs' external technological information network diversity positively influences their sales growth from technology development. Second, SMEs' productivity improvement partially mediates this positive influence of the external technological information network diversity. Third, SMEs' technology development driven by CEO moderates the positive influence.
