우리나라 물류기업의 경영성과 비교 분석에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 물류기업의 경영 효율성 비교 분석을 통해 물류기업의 특성별 차이가 있는지 파악하였다. 분석방법은 효율성을 측정하는데 유용한 자료포락분석(DEA)의 CCR 및 BCC 모형을 이용했다. 투입변수는 종업원 수와 매출원가를 사용하였고, 산출변수는 매출, 영업이익과 당기순이익을 사용하였다. 분석자료는 2016년도 공시된 금융감독원 전자공시시스템의 자료를 활용했다. 분석결과 고효율성으로 나타난 물류기업의 수는 3자 물류기업이 많았으며, 효율성이 높은 2자 물류기업들은 우리나라 대기업의 물류 자회사로서 모기업 및 계열사들의 물량을 바탕으로 내부거래 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 집단급식사업을 할 때 재료의 신선한 공급을 위한 신속성, 음식의 매출액과 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등의 관련비용 집계에 대한 정확성과 기업회계 결산에 대한 어려움이 있다. 집단급식사업은 통신과 컴퓨터를 이용하여 유통 ERP를 구축하고, 사업장을 여러 군데로 확장하여 정확한 정보의 집계와 전달에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 집단급식사업의 유통 ERP를 연구하고, 구축 운영하여 급식 매출과 원가의 요소를 집계한다. 또한 집단급식사업장 단위의 매출액에 대한 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등 요소를 집계하고, 급식 자재의 유통을 위한 구매 발주와 낙찰된 식자재의 계약과 결과 값으로 예측 Simulation하여 본다. 집단급식 사업장 단위에서 마감되면 시도 단위와 전국 단위의 자산 및 손익 계산을 하는 ERP를 연구한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 집단급식사업의 ERP 발전과 물류 유통 산업 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • 경영혁신을 시도하지 않고 있는 기업들은 없다고 할 정도로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신에 관심을 갖고 있다. 대부분의 기업들은 경영혁신의 대상으로 주로 원가 절감에 촛점을 맞추고 있으나 매출액의 증대에 촛점을 맞추어야 더 큰 효과를 창출할 수 있다.

Performance Evaluation of Local Governmental Public Hospitals using Profit Analysis (이익분석을 통한 공공의료원 경영성과분석에 대한 일 접근)

  • The aim is to analyze a performance evaluation of local governmental public hospitals. Data were collected from public disclosure system DB of National Tax Service on 15 July 2013. Twenty-two income statements of local governmental public hospitals were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. The analyzing factors were medical operating profit, contribution margin, and trend of operating profit. The important result was that the medical operating profit was negative, average medical operating profit was -4,678.9 million won. However, the contribution margin was positive in all local governmental public hospitals, and average contribution margin was 12,572.5 million won. The trend of operating profit was positive in 15 local governmental public hospitals between 2011 and 2012. The average increased operating profit was 1,299.1 million won. Through this result, we suggest that not only individual public health hospital perspective, but also the enterprise wide perspective like nation was significantly considered to make decision of closure or maintain of local governmental public hospitals.

Technology Innovation Activity and the Default Risk : the Mediation Effect of Sales and Profitability (기술혁신활동이 부도위험에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매출액과 수익성의 매개효과)

  • Technology innovation activity plays an important role in increasing a sales by bringing on the improvement of product's performance and a profitability by reducing the cost of production. Thus, technology innovation activity can reduce the default risk of firms. However, in spite of these effects of technology innovation activity, this activity can make the default risk of firm because it induce a firm to much investment of resources. This study examines the effect of technology innovation activity on the sales, profitability, and default risk of firms. This study's sample consists of manufacturing firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2008. The results show that technology innovation activity has a positive effect on the sales (profitability) but a negative effect on the default risk of firms. Also there is the significant mediation effect of sales and profitability.

  • The Korean pharmaceutical industry has many pharmaceutical companies and business acquaintances, small quantity batch production and a lot of competition products having same ingredient. Under such a situation, an integrated distribution is said to be proper to lower distribution costs and deliver effectively: However, each business has different delivery conditions, timely delivery of small quantity batch order and other particular services, etc to have problems of competition of turnover increase. The study suggests measures below to lower distribution costs and to elevate sales business efficiency. First, Joint marketing of pharmaceuticals between pharmaceutical companies. Second, Joint delivery of three or less companies having similar business scales. Third, An agreement with wholesale distributors of unified distribution of pharmaceuticals being sold much. Fourthly, Wholesale distributors' pharmaceuticals distribution services. Fifthly, Cooperation of business acquaintance. In summary, the Korean pharmaceutical industry needs an integrated distribution system. Considering characteristics of the industry, however, the small pharmaceutical companies are thought to be difficult to accept the integrated distribution because complete integrated distribution may reduce sales.

A Study on the Differences in Cost Asymmetry Between Listed Markets and Between Firm Size (상장시장, 기업규모 및 원가의 비대칭성)

  • This study examined whether there is a difference in cost asymmetry between a corporate listed on KOSDAQ and a corporate listed on KOSPI, and whether there is a difference in cost asymmetry depending on the size of the listed corporate. In the previous study, cost asymmetry was examined only for listed corporate, but the difference in size between KOSDAQ-listed corporate and KOSPI-listed corporate was not examined. However, according to many studies, since the characteristics of corporate and firm risks are different between corporate listed on KOSPI and corporate listed on KOSDAQ, or even for listed corporate, such an impact may affect the decision-making of internal resource allocation. The analysis was conducted that there would be a difference in the impact. For this study, the results of analyzing the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets from 2011 to 2019 using the cost behavior model of Anderson et al. (2003), There was a difference in cost behavior in the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets. Overall, as in previous studies, Cost Stickiness was appeared. but in the case of the KOSPI market, Cost Stickiness was mitigated.It was found that corporate with large corporate size made the decision to dispose of idle resources more clearly when sales decreased. In addition, it was observed that the higher the foreign investor's ownership ratio, the KOSPI market, and the larger the corporate size, the more clearly the Stickiness of cost was mitigated. This study expands research on cost asymmetry and reveals that there is a difference between the KOSPI market and the KOSDAQ market, and between the size of the corporate, and has a differentiation from previous studies.

A Study on the Liability Limitation Provision and Firms' Cost Behavior (이사책임감면규정 도입이 기업의 원가형태에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effect of the liability limitation provision (LLP) adoption on firm's cost behavior. In April 2011, Korea introduced the LLP with the purpose of improving the management efficiency by mitigating the risks caused by the manager's failure to make decisions related to business operation. However, there are concerns that the adoption of LLP may lead the manager's moral hazard, so the need for empirical research to verify the effect of the LLP adoption is emphasized. In this study, we analyze the effect of the LLP adoption empirically, focusing on the cost behavior that is affected by the manager's decision making. From the empirical result, we find that LLP adopted companies have strengthened the cost stickiness of selling, general, and administrative costs rather than non-adopted companies. This suggests that the manager of LLP adopted company makes a more active decision to consider adjusting costs in order to prepare for future recovery in sales when sales is reduced. This study presents empirical evidence to prove the policy validity of the adoption of LLP, and we expect that our results can contribute to the capital market and academia.

  • 6시그마는 기업의 경영성과를 극대화를 위해 개발된 경영전략 방법론으로 알려져 있다. 기업이 경영성과의 극대화를 위해서 추구하는 것은 "이윤 추구"가 목표이다. 그래서 기업은 시장 점유율 확대를 위해 매출향상과 이익확대 및 원가절감을 위해 지속적으로 경영혁신활동을 추진하고 있다. 6시그마를 추진하는데 있어서 3P(Project, People, Process)가 6시그마 성공에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 요소다. 이는 능력 있는 조직구성원으로 하여금 문제해결을 통해 기업이 달성하고자 하는 목표를 달성하기 위해 프로젝트를 수행한다. 하지만 모든 프로젝트의 효과가 원가절감 또는 이윤 추구에 영향을 주는 것은 아니다. 경영성과를 극대화하기 위한 프로젝트는 재무성과 중심의 과제가 선정이 되어야 하고 그 재무성과는 품질비용(COPQ) 분석을 통해 도출될 수 있다. 본 연구는 K사에서 수행했던 프로젝트의 재무성과를 분석하여 품질비용(COPQ)이 프로젝트 효과에 미치는 영향을 조사고 향후 수행되는 프로젝트의 재무성과를 극대화하기 위한 프로젝트 선정의 효과적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Customers expect to make a long-term relationship with customers more efficiently, marketing developed gradually. With the help of Internet of Telecommunication, communication with customers and the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. Recently customers expect more and more personal contact with companies. CRM system called personal marketing and personalization can be a powerful tool for customer acquisition and support. This paper studied a brief introduction to the CRM system and go into the problems that should be considered which phase to emphasize what Enterprise Establishment evolvement.
