Phishing scans through wired telephones have been evolving into smissing and pharming. While we use wire or wireless telephones, text messages, e-mails, and online-banking conveniently, the ways of hacking and phishing attacks are getting developed and various. This paper investigates the various aspects of attacks depending on the kinds of phishing and suggests general prevention measures. In addition, the user-oriented practical preventive measures and government-driven long term measures are proposed in this paper. Technological developments, short or long term preventive measures proposed by the government, and continuous public relations could be solutions since in a short time, it could be difficult to eradicate phishing scams evolving continuously. Besides, the internet media as well as SNS are great helps in promoting the preventives against phishing and smissing. Finally this paper asserts that the newly developed service technology should be made carefully without security problems.

Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence about an age of information demand is focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submit various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. In this paper, we propose multi-Certification of agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

In this study, we fabricated the advanced telemetry system that transmitting media use radio frequency(RF) for the middle range measurement of the physiological signals and receiving media use optical for electromagnetic interference problem. The telemetry system within a size of 65$\times$125$\times$45mm consists of three parts: RF transmitter, optical receiver and physiological signal processing CMOS one chip. Advantages of proposed telemetry system is wireless middle range(50m) FM transmission, reduce electromagnetic interference to a minimum which enables a comfortable bed-side telemetry system. The monitoring system was designed in the structure of dual-processor for the real time processing. The use of the one channel in our study made it possible the real time wavelet transformation of electrocardiogram data of 360Hz, 16 bits for every 1.42 seconds.

This study is a file management security system that encrypts and decrypts computer and cloud data by using Bluetooth based cryptographic module. It is a necessary solution in terms of abuse of personal information and protection of social and national information. We developed H/W and S/W for SFMS(: Safe File Management Security) related Bluetooth module in cloud environment and implemented firmware development, encryption key generation and issuance, client program for system mobile and key management system. In the terminal internal encryption and decryption, SFMS was developed to ensure high security that the hacking itself is not possible because key values exist separately for each file.

The objective of this study is to prevent or decrease condensation on the surface of aluminum butterfly valves used in high humidity air conditions. We proposed a new valve with an anti-condensation device, a heat resistance medium, instead of a conventional valve. We, then, compared the surface temperature distribution between the proposed and conventional valves using experimental and analytical methods. The size of the evaluated valve is 100A and fluid conditions are 35℃/RH 75% in the air outside the valve and 5℃ in the cooling water inside the valve. The experimental results show that the surface temperature of the proposed valve is 23~42% higher than that of a conventional valve, thereby exhibiting an anti-condensation effect. As a result, we observed the complete prevention of condensation on a gear box mounted to the proposed valve, showing surface temperature distribution above the dew point temperature of air. The analytical results are in agreement with the trends in experimental results.

This study involves an experiment aimed to reveal the communicative effects by different types of visual expressions in SNS advertisements. This study analyzes consumers' dynamic responses to vicarious emotional experiences and the creative rhetorical expressions of networking media platforms through experiments that sample university students. The vicarious emotional experiences of networking media platforms have a significant effect on the consumers' subsequent reactions. The greater the vicarious emotional experiences are, the more positive this effect is. There is a significant interactive effect between consumers' vicarious emotional experiences and the rhetorical creative types of targeted media.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective PR plan for government policies in order to make the people aware of the importance of the fertility rate by seeking strategies to counter the low fertility rate. Focus group interviews were conducted with 6 experts with high expertise in government policy advertising and public relations among advertising and public relations academics and practitioners. It was found that low fertility PR strategy raised the problems of integrated public relations and budgeting. PR message strategy was lacked a creative approach suitable for the target, and the media strategy did not reflect the characteristics of the younger generation. Based on these research results, an improvement plan for government PR to counter the low fertility was proposed, and it is expected that it will be used for policy making in the future.

The contents provided by the terrestrial broadcasters have governed the market based on their excellent quality in Korea. In spite of the launching of various pay TV services focusing on multi-channel, it is not yet easy to find out the substitutionary pay TV channels for the terrestrial. Therefore, the real time retransmission of the terrestrial channels brings about the crucial effects on the pay TV's competency, especially on the new media as the invisible barrier. So it is frequently proposed to change the aim of the retransmission policy from the universal access to the promotion of media industries. The retransmission can be divided into two types as the must carry and retransmission consent. In Korean situation, keeping or reducing the must carry channel would be appropriate rather than expanding them. However, periodic investigation into the public effects of the must carry is necessary, instead of it. Moreover, the rational and fair monetary compensation for the commercial channels(MBC, SBS, KBS2) is arising as the bottle neck in the retransmission agreements between the broadcasters. The conjoint analysis was carried out to estimate the welfare growth from the retransmission, based on the stated preference from the audiences' point of view. For must carry channels, it was certified as the 'win-win' strategy for both sides and audiences. For the commercial channels, it is revealed to be beneficial to the audiences. Thereafter, the standards for the rational price were suggested to promote the retransmission. This can contribute for inspiring the dynamic vitality to the media industry by reinforcing the contents competencies and for establishing the long term growth strategies.

Printmaking is a field of fine arts and is placed on a vague boundary that is perceived as a commercial product with a popular character due to the speciality of editions. Advances of modern science and technology has developed a new technique of printmaking, and the fusion of printmaking and computer has shown the possibility of reproduction art. Reproduction printmaking has been heavily influenced by photography and extended areas, and the various forms of printing have brought about many changes and attempts by stimulating the possibilities of indirect art at various angles. As the history of printmaking and technology closely relate, the development of computer makes widespread expansion of plural artistry, technological and artistic change. A new conceptual shape can be created on the copied image simply by placing the material of the print on the smoothly flat surface expressed in digital form. The process and the result of such work show the area of unique work which is different from the value of the $\grave{a}$ la carte art or the characteristics of the material given by the print. The deprecated perception of reproducibility evaluated the value of the work in a direct sense of printmaking. It is undeniable that it is devalued by a bundle of works regardless of the value of each edition. However, the physical properties of the prints on the paper are brought up with hand drawings drawn on the canvas by hand. And it becomes an opportunity to show new aspect and change through the process of combining digital print information on paper. The diversity of media is sometimes a controversy of identity between art and technology. In the future, it should be discussed how the limit of the media which can be enjoyed in the field of art can be set as a standard.

The purpose of this study is to study the possibilities and limitations of arts education by utilizing SKT's ifland metaverse Platform for arts majors. To summarize the performance of the study, it is as follows. The subjects of the study were 50 students(25 experimental group, 25 control group) in Performing Arts, Entertainment and Music department of D University located at Gyeonggi, Korea. As a result of analyzing the difference between the pre-test and the post-test between the experimental group and the control group, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on the effectiveness of the arts education method using the metaverse of the control group. It is hoped that the results of this study will be a case study that cannot be overlooked in the development of the today's arts educational medium as well as the virtual world in the field of arts and in cultural technology research, arts education is no longer a latecomer, but a leading pioneer and main agent, and I hope that it will become a new perspective for various studies connected with industry like the WAVE.
