Corrosion Rate of Buried Pipeline by Induced Alternating Current (교류가 유도되는 매설배관에서의 교류 부식속도 측정에 관한 연구)

  • An alternating current (AC) corrosion using coupon and electric resistance (ER) probe has been studied. Coupon coupled with ER probe were applied in terms of AC voltage from high value to low value through the survey of AC voltages on buried gas transmission pipeline over the country. Parameters such as AC current density of coupon, AC voltage, cathodic protection potential, soil resistivity and frequency were monitored continually. Corrosion induced by AC was observed even under cathodically protected condition that met cathodic protection criterion (below -850mv vs. CSE). Corrosion rate was affected mainly not by AC voltage but by both of frequency and AC current density. An experimental corrosion rate relationship could be obtained statistically, In which AC corrosion rate increased linearly with effective AC current density and its slope was 0.619 in case of coupon and 0.885 in case of ER probe.

  • 현행 배전선로의 전주근가(1.2m 장방형)는 오거크레인을 이용한 건주공사 완료 후 전주근가 시공을 위한 별도의 인력 또는 백호우 장비가 추가로 투입피어 시공함으로써 인력으로는 공사시간이 장기간 소요되고 백호우장비로는 작업장 환경훼손과 시공원가 상승의 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 건주공사에 사용되는 오거크레인의 굴착 직경을 80cm까지 확장 가능한 '신축형 오거크레인용 유압식 확장기'와 원형 굴착공에 시공이 가능한 '아치형 전주근가'를 개발하고 이를 이용한 시공기술을 개발함으로써 동일장소에서 굴착작업이 수반되는 건주작업, 전주근가 매설작업을 가능하게 하여 장비활용성 증대, 작업장 환경개선, 공사기간 단축 및 시공원가 절감 등의 효과가 기대되는 기술을 개발하였다.

Continuous Variable Regression Analysis for Frequency of Damage Analysis in Heat Pipe (연속형 변수 회귀분석을 통한 열수송관 파손빈도 분석)

  • In order to efficiently maintain heat pipes operated by district heating operators, the facility history and damage history data built by the operator are used to identify key independent variables that are related to the occurrence of damage. Afterwards, the correlation with the frequency of damage was analyzed, and a basic model for estimating the frequency of damage was derived. Considering the correlation with the estimation model based on the use time currently being used by domestic and foreign district heating operators, a simple regression analysis basic model was presented as the independent variable with the highest correlation between continuous variables such as the use time, pipe diameter, burial depth, and insulation level of monitoring system, and the frequency of damage. The remaining independent variables were reflected as factors that modify and supplement the basic model. As a result of the analysis, as in previous research cases, it was confirmed that the analysis model between use time and frequency of damage had the highest correlation between the two variables and could be used as a basic model. Pipe diameter, burial depth, and insulation level of monitoring system information have also been confirmed to have a correlation with the frequency of damage, so they can be used as factors to supplement the basic model.

  • 실시간으로 매설된 송유관이나 가스관의 내부에 누설자속 (Magnetic Flux Leakage: MFL) 탐지용 피그를 통과시킴으로서 부식을 모니터한다[1]. NdFeB 자석과 같은 강한 영구자석으로 배관을 자화시키면 부식에 의한 결함 근처에서 자속이 누설되고, 그 MFL은 Hall 프로브나 유도코일에 의해 탐지된다. 자기이방성을 이용하여 응력에 의만 누설자속신호 변화를 계산할 수 있다. MFL 신호를 정밀하게 분석하기 위해서는 측정프로브의 측정속도와 내부압력응력과 같은 운용조건을 고려하여야 한다[2]. (중략)

  • This paper presents the transient behaviors of grounding system impedance against lightning impulse currents. The dynamic characteristics of the deeply driven ground rod and grounding grid subjected to the impulse current were investigated. The transient ground impedance strongly depends on the configuration and size of grounding electrodes and the shapes of impulse currents, and the inductance of grounding electrodes has a significant affect on the transient ground impedance of grounding system Also, the deeply-driven ground rod was effective to reduce the transient ground impedance in time domain of miceroseconds.

  • In present, most of metallic structures(gas pipeline, oil pipeline, water pipeline, etc) are running parallel with subway and power line in seoul. Moreover subway system and power line make a stray current due to electrical corrosion on metallic structures. The owner of metallic structures has a burden of responsibility for the protection of corrosion and the prevention against big accident such as gas explosion or soil pollution and so on. So, they have to measure and analyze the data about P/S(Pipe to Soil) potential due to stray current of subway system. So, we have developed the Real-time Wireless Remote Monitoring System for Stray Current of Subway System. In this system, the permanent buried type reference electrode is necessary. In this paper, results of development about the permanent buried type reference electrode($Cu/CuSO_4$) are presented.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the impedance characteristic of the bow-tie antenna for the broadband operation. The pulsed subsurface radar uses the impulse to collect information for subsurface objects, so the broadband antenna is used to minimize reflections in the feed point for the broadband characteristic of impulse. Therefore, in this paper we analyzed the broadband bow-tie antenna with Ensemble 5.0.

  • 수평형 지중열교환기의 지중온도 및 지중열전도도를 분석하기 위해서 경기테크노파크 화단에 수평형 지중열교환기를 설치하였다. 수평형 지중열교환기는 수평 길이 50m, 폭 2.7m, 깊이 2m에 파이프 규격 30mm, 파이프 길이 400m 1본을 매설하였다. 2009년 7월부터 2010년 5월까지 총 7회에 걸쳐 현장열응답방식을 이용하여 지중열전도도를 측정하였다. 측정결과를 분석해보면 수평형 지중열교환기의 지중온도는 계절적인 영향을 많이 받았으며, 지중열전도도는 계절적인 요인과는 무관하게 $1.51{\pm}0.1W/mk$ 범위에서 잘 일치함을 보였다. 이러한 결과로서 수평형 지중열교환기의 현장열응답시험은 현장설치 조건을 모두 반영한 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this paper, unmanned driving of robotic vehicle using magnetic marker is proposed. One of the most important component of autonomous vehicle is to detect the position of a magnetic marker on the road. In order to calculate the precise position of a magnet embedded on the road, the relation of magnetic field and a sensor is analyzed, and a new position sensing system using arrayed magnetic sensor is proposed. Also, the steering control system using a stepping motor is developed for driving by automatic mode as well as manual mode. For the verification of usability, the developed robotic vehicle is tested on magnetic road.
