분명한 것은 한국형 온라인게임의 특징적 원리들이 탑재되고 있는 방식과 현상은 점차 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고 게임사 주도적으로 전개되고 있는 산업의 성장모형은 평가기능으로 작동해야 할 조정 메커니즘의 원활한 흐름을 저해하는 길항관계에 있는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 문제를 인식하고 연구자는 게임연구의 활성화지점과 게임개발 테크놀로지가 가진 길항관계를 보완할 수 있는 디자인에 주목하고자 하였다. 게임디자인은 게임의 미적, 실용적, 경제적 가치를 창출하는 직무이면서 유관 콘텐츠산업과의 연계와 매개 가능성을 함의하고 있다는 측면에서 게임연구의 활성화지점의 매개로서 충분하다는 것이 연구자의 견해이다. 이 같은 주장의 전개를 위하여 국내에서 탄생한 온라인게임에 초점을 맞추고 국내 온라인게임의 전형이 되고 있는 핵 앤 슬래쉬(Hack & Slash) 방식과 허구적 공간에서의 게임화된 사회경험을 추구하는 스토리텔링 방식의 분석을 통해 국내형 온라인게임이 성취한 디자인 좌표를 검증하고, 이를 통해 국내 게임산업에 대두되고 있는 위기 스펙트럼과의 연관성은 어떤 것이며, 디자인은 어떠한 방향으로 매개되어야 할 것인지에 대한 의제로 접근하였다.

본 연구는 기업가정신이 창업효능감 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고 양자 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하여 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 한 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신은 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 기업가정신은 창업효능감에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신은 창업의도에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업가정신과 창업효능감 및 창업의도 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석결과 모두 정(+)의 유의미한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 분석되어 가설 모두 채택되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인행정도우미가 지각하는 직무만족에 대한 자기효능감의 영향을 장애수용정도가 매개하는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 수도권 주민센터 253개소의 장애인행정도우미 253명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대하여 구조방정식을 이용하여 자기효능감, 장애수용, 그리고 직무만족 간의 관계를 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인행정도우미가 지각하는 자기효능감은 장애수용에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 장애수용은 직무만족에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 자기효능감은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되어 장애수용이 자기효능감과 직무만족 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 이러한 매개효과는 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여 장애인행정도우미의 직무만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 한국복지패널 15차년도(2020년) 패널 데이터를 활용하여 장애노인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 소득지위, 우울에 영향력을 분석하고, 소득지위와 삶의 만족 간에 사회적 지지의 매개효과와 우울과 삶의 만족 간에 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다.

For decades, we have filled our theme parks, shopping malls, a streets and etc. with complementary or competing medias. These spaces have remedied newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and film or have been the object for remediation. Because there has been no remediation in traditional theatrical stage design, many problems come along with the design, which makes audiences hard to feel the sense of presence. It's time to have systematic research to find a way out for the solution of traditional theatrical stage design. This study suggests the solutions for remediation of traditional theatrical stage design, so we are going to research with laying emphasis on the cooperative works between the fields of theatrical stage design and the Visual Effects par that forms extensive and diverse portions. The proposal for remediation of traditional theatrical stage design with practical use of Visual Effects will create economical higher value-added through the systematization of close and cooperative work between the fields of Visual Effects and theatrical stage design. In addition, the systematization of the cooperation of these two parts will make another communicative paradigm that audiences have never been able to experience before in traditional theatrical stage design.

The purpose of this study is as follows: First, this study investigates the effect of the supervisor's coaching leadership on the employee's protean career attitude. Second, we examine the effect of a protean career attitude on career satisfaction. Finally, we examine the mediating effect of protean career attitude on the relationship between supervisor's coaching leadership and career satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the data of 329 employees from pharmaceutical companies, the positive influence of coaching leadership on the protean career attitude was significant. The positive effect of the protean career attitude on career satisfaction was significant. The mediating effect of the protean career attitude on the relationship between coaching leadership and career satisfaction was significant. The findings of this study provide an understanding regarding the concept of career development, which has recently changed from an organization-centered to an individual-centered perspective. Also, this study has theoretical and practical implications for the field of human resource development in that it suggests the type of leadership as an antecedent of protean career attitudes.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of self-efficacy in correlation between conscientiousness and neuroticism among the Big Five personality traits and stress coping strategies. The following two study questions were formulated. Study Question 1: What is the correlation between the Big Five personality traits, stress coping strategies, and self-efficacy Study Question 2: Among the Big Five personality traits, conscientiousness and neuroticism are selected as clinically very meaningful variables that represent mental health in undergraduates. If so, does self-efficacy play a mediating role in the correlation between conscientiousness and neuroticism and stress coping strategies To verify the two study questions, the Big Five personality traits, stress coping strategies scale, and self-efficacy scale were measured for a sample of 462 freshmen attending D University located in Chungcheong. First, according to the results of correlation analysis, neuroticism and self-efficacy showed a negative correlation, and conscientiousness showed a positive correlation. Regarding the Big Five personality traits and stress coping strategies, conscientiousness showed a negative correlation with avoidance-orientation among stress coping strategies. Neuroticism showed a negative correlation with social support and problem solving-orientation among stress coping strategies. Second, according to the results of analyzing the mediating effects of self-efficacy through hierarchical regression analysis, self-efficacy exerted partial mediating effects only in correlation between neuroticism and avoidance-orientation. This study is significant in its anticipation of undergraduates' stress coping, personality factors can be usefully employed as psychological constructs, and particularly, when an undergraduate reveals the neuroticism factor, which is one of the predictors for mental health, and the tendencies of avoidance among stress coping strategies, educational interventions for self-efficacy are needed to reduce their mental stress.

Air transport markets are composed of airlines' networks through their base airports. The analysis of an air transport market has been focusing on determining the efficiency or competitiveness of airports or airlines in the market using number of routes, number of passengers, transfer rates, revenues, costs, and other data. However, little work has been done in analyzing the airport network itself. Assuming the air transport markets of Korea, China, and Japan are integrated, this paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the resulting airport network. To that end, the degree of connectivity, the degree of closeness, and the betweenness of centrality are employed. The analysis shows that Incheon International Airport is better than most other airports in terms of the degree of connectivity and that of closeness. Airports in Japan, however, exhibit strong connectivity but weak closeness and betweenness of centrality. Although it has low connectivity, Shenyang Airport has a possibility of becoming an attractive point of the integrated market in the future due to its high degree of closeness.

The aim of this study was to analyze the research trends on the digital libraries in Korea. To achieve this objective, a total of 578 author-assigned English keywords were collected from the 272 major LIS journal articles published in Korea during last ten years-period, i.e., 2007-2016. The collected data were analyzed using NetMiner V.4 to discover their 'degree centrality' and 'betweenness centrality'. As the results, 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Public Library', 'E Resource', and 'E Book' showed the most frequently conducted research topics, and 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Information Behavior', and 'E Resource' were the most influencing research topics. Finally, 'Academic Library', 'Metadata', 'Information Behavior', 'E Resource', and 'Librarian' seemed the most widely intervening research topics in this research.

This study is to analyze the relationship between Taeoom(workplace bullying) and organizational performance and to investigate the mediating effects of organizational silence between the relationship among nurses. In order to test the causal and mediating effects, this study employs the mediation analyses with regression. The sample is 273 from A university hospital in Seoul. Based on the results, Taeoom is basically, negatively associated with organizational performance. Acquiescence silence has played a full mediating role in the relationship between Taeoom and organizational performance. That is, Taeoom is not directly associated with organizational performance; however, it has a negative effect on organizational performance through acquiescence silence. Defensive silence plays a partial mediating role in the interdependence relationship. The implications of this study are that the negative effects of Taeoom would increase organizational silence and performance directly and indirectly; therefore, it is necessary to provide institutional prevention of Taeoom.
