Still there is a quality mismatch between required manpower of game companies and supplied one from universities in Korean game industry. The demand-oriented workforce training project is being implemented by KOCCA(Korea Creative Content Agency) for reducing the gap. This paper is focused on the development of training course for students of the game programming department in K University. This paper derived a education training course customized to online game industry by surveying 35 companies to find their needs for recruiting. Additionally some advice is suggested for successful education training. This paper not only will contribute to verify the required competence of people force in game industry but also offer a guideline for designing curriculum for game programmer.

This Study was to conducted in order to suggest future direction for reorganization of Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Women's High School as a vocational high school. The purpose of this Study was to provide suggestions for the Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ women's high school through workforce demand of electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province and SWOT Analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the high school need to work out a educational strategy geared to workforce demand of region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. Second, the following two approaches are recommended for curriculum development to meet region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. (1) School curriculum development that is geared to a enterprise for students' employment. Demand of the enterprise is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and enterprise. Specific knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students according to demand of the enterprise. (2) school curriculum development that is geared to industry for students' employment. Demand of the electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and the electric-electronic-communication industry. Broader knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students for the industry.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teaching methods used in inclusive music classes at elementary schools by of music in elementary school inclusive classes through the application of understanding by design and differentiated instruction, and to explore the feasibility of inclusive education. To this end, based on the 2.0 version of the backward design template, a unit for music lessons for 3rd and 4th grade inclusive classes was developed. The unit presented elements of differentiated instruction that considered students with intellectual disabilities at each stage. In the first stage, goals and essential questions were presented by analyzing the curriculum's achievement standards. In the second stage, a performance task was developed using the GRASPS technique, guidelines and examples were presented. Various evaluation methods based on students' readiness, interest, and learning type were suggested. In the third stage, the unit's seven lessons were planned using the WHERETO model. Examples of differentiated instruction for students with intellectual disabilities were presented by flexibly using classroom elements. This study indicated that understanding by design and differentiated instruction can be applied to inclusive education. Future studies on more diversified educational design and strategies are needed for promoting inclusive education.

The rapid advancement of computer technology and artificial intelligence has significantly impacted software education in Korea. Consequently, the 2022 revised curriculum demands personalized education. However, implementing personalized education in schools is challenging. This study aims to facilitate personalized education by utilizing incorrect codes and error information submitted by beginners to construct prompts. And the difference in the frequency of correct feedback generated by the generative AI model and the prompts was examined. The results indicated that providing appropriate error information in the prompts yields better performance than relying solely on the excellence of the generative AI model itself. Through this research, we hope to establish a foundation for the realization of personalized education in programming education in Korea.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

The purpose of this study was to present a methodology for reconstructing the curriculum to provide appropriate music education to students with special needs in inclusive classrooms. This study presents a customizing music curriculum reconstructing model for students with special needs. This model consists of six stages: analyzing students' characteristics and educational needs, analyzing the common music curriculum and basic music curriculum, establishing specified assessment criteria for achievement standards, analyzing the music textbook for the common curriculum and basic curriculum, reorganizing educational activities in music units, and conducting differentiated music instruction. This study presents an example of the customization process and focuses on a creative music activity for students with intellectual disabilities. Recommendations and guidelines for reconstructing the curriculum to best meet the educational needs of students with special needs are provided.

This study aimed to enhance the educational competencies of instructors and improve the quality of higher education by identifying instructing types, developing an assessment diagnostic tool, and designing a customized faculty training curriculum for each type. To achieve this, a literature review and Delphi research were conducted. The results are summarized as follows: First, instructing types such as 'Star Lecturer', 'Learning Mentor', and 'Designer' were identified through the analysis of previous studies. Second, a diagnostic tool for determining an instructor's type was developed by modifying and enhancing Grasha's Teaching Style Inventory, which is widely used both domestically and internationally. This tool comprises 24 questions, with 8 questions for each type. Third, a curriculum was designed for each instructing type, consisting of common courses necessary for all types and specialized courses tailored to the characteristics of each type. The common courses cover essentials for lesson design, implementation, and evaluation, while the specialized courses cater to the unique needs of each instructing type. Fourth, the developed model, tools, and curriculum underwent validation. A Delphi method was employed with a group of 10 experts, leading to revisions and finalizations based on their feedback. This study has laid the groundwork for instructors to identify their own teaching styles and receive customized training, thereby enhancing their teaching effectiveness and overall educational quality. However, further research is necessary to develop systems and mechanisms for the operationalization of these findings, including incentives for instructors and strategies for disseminating information among participants.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 학문분야별로 체계적인 직무능력 매뉴얼이 개발되고 있는 상황에서 전문대학원 교육이 현장에 필요한 맞춤형 인재양성이라는 교육목표의 수월성을 위해 역량 있는 교육과정 방안을 직무능력에 근거하여 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 국내외 전문대학원 문화콘텐츠(융합콘텐츠 포함) 관련 학과들의 교육과정을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 전문대학원 교육의 목표, 내용, 방법에 대한 종합적인 시사점을 도출한다. 다음으로, 전문대학원의 고유한 전문성과 주체성을 가진 현장밀착형 교육과정 사례를 통해 교육과정의 특성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국가의 직무능력표준이 정한 문화콘텐츠 기획, 제작, 유통 및 서비스별로 요구되는 능력수준, 정의, 능력단위 요소를 체계적으로 제시함으로써 교육과정의 개념틀(framework of curriculum)을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

Globally, the change in higher education is gradually moving toward a trend that seeks a change in innovative higher education through the revitalization of digital-based education. Accordingly, this study designed a customized education model based on e-learning that can be used in undergraduate education and development of lifelong vocational skills. The use of online learning platforms and the expansion of education are major factors that change the overall higher education system as the form and content of curriculum changes around the world. In order to establish a customized education model using online learning platform, this study analyzed major overseas advanced education cases and selected the basic direction of customized learning as personalized learning, competency based learning, and training for talents leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Then, FGI was conducted for undergraduate and lifelong vocational ability development experts. As a result, a customized education model using an online learning platform was derived from a degree-type model available in undergraduate education and a non-degree-type model available in the field of lifelong vocational ability development, and each operation strategy was suggested.
