Influence of Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction in Cultural Heritage Tourist Destination -Focused on Expertise of Old Palace(Kyeongbokgung) and Revised HISTOQUAL- (문화유산 관광지의 서비스 품질이 관광객 만족에 미치는 영향 -고궁(경복궁)의 전문성과 수정 HISTOQUAL을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find factors to measure satisfaction degree of old palace tourism. Frochot & Hughes developed HISTOQUAL, the satisfaction measurement method of cultural heritage tourism in 2000. This study intended to add the expertise factor to developed HISTOQUAL. It surveyed 504 tourists who visited Kyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul. The result of analysis on tourism service factors to satisfaction showed significant effect. And the influence of satisfaction to revisit and recommendation also show significant effect.

  • 본 연구는 미국 Utah주의 Logan시에 있는 유타주립대하(USU)Credit Union의 멤버들을 대상으로, 신용사용과 신용에 대한 태도가 그들의 경제적 만족도와 어느정도 관련이 있는지를 조사하였다. 연구는 1989년 3월에서 5월까지 걸쳐 USU Credit Union의 지원으로 이루어졌으며, 자료는 21세에서 65세까지의 멤버들 중 500명을 임의 추출하여 설문지 조사를 실시하여(설문지는 본 연구를 위한 문항과 Credit Union 멤버 Survey문항이 함께 이루어졌다) 그중 274명(54.8%)으 답변이 자료분석에 사용되었다. 대부분의 사람들은 집이나 차, 또는 교육비, 의료비에 신용을 사용하는데 긍정적 태도를 보였으며, 반수 이상의 사람들이 신용을 사용함으로써 수수료 또는 이자를 지불하고 있었다. 월평균 신용 납부액은 $643이였으며, 반수 이상의 응답자가 그들의 신용차입액에 대해 걱정하고 있는 반면, 4.4%의 응답자만이 신용을 사용하지 않고 있다고 대답했다. t-테스트, 변량분석, 그리고 상관관계 분석에 의해 경제적 만족도와 의미있는 관계를 가지고 있는 요인들이 단계별 다중 희귀분석에 이용되었는데, 그 결과 사람들의 신용부담액에 대한 근심도가 그 어느것보다도 경제적 만족도와 강하게 연관되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 과거의 조사들이 가정의 빚, 즉 신용부담액과 수입에 대한 비율로써 가정의 경제적 만족정도(financial well-being)를 측정해온 것에 반한 사실로서, 경제적 만족도는 개인의 주관적 측정인 신용부담액에 대한 근심도와 큰 관련이 있음을 보여주었다.

  • In this study, the LINC project is finished and a new LINC+ has begun. For the settlement of mutual cooperation in universities and corporations, the main agenda of LINC+ project, this research attempts to find factors that are important to industries rather than the measurement of performance closely related to universities. From the companies' perspective, it is not easy to measure how much they are benefiting from mutual cooperation, although there are quantitative performance determinants such as sales, employment and export growth. Therefore, while estimating the satisfaction of industrial-educational cooperation and simultaneously estimating the satisfaction's effect to the development of companies, we try to estimate the contribution of satisfaction towards company development through subjective indicators. Through these efforts, we will raise the credibility of government policies through the cultivation of talented individuals who are customized to the industry through the cultivation of "Industry-Leading Universities" that we intend to pursue through the implementation of LINC+ business, and small and medium enterprises. Innovative support and the cooperation of industry-universities will increase job creation and ensure consistent industry. We will contribute to the mutual development of universities and industries.

A Study on the Satisfaction of Consulting using SERVQUAL Form (SERVQUAL 형식을 활용한 컨설팅 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study compared and validated consulting satisfaction analysis between consultants and participating companies in relation to consulting. The objective was to analyze the different perspectives on what consultants think of satisfaction and how businesses think of satisfaction to achieve the optimal improvements and to improve the quality of consulting. To explore ways to improve the quality and satisfaction of consulting, this study evaluated five service quality measures. After consulting, the research method aimed to determine what is required by the enterprise based on the SERVQUAL perspective, find key factors for how to address these requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and measure the satisfaction of consulting. The results revealed no statistically significant differences in the detailed measurement item type, reliability, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy for the quality of consulting by enterprises and consultants. Comparative analysis of the consulting satisfaction on the SERVQUAL items by companies and consultants showed that companies and consultants had different opinions to improve the consulting quality and satisfaction. Therefore, it would be important to narrow the differences on this and establish a structure, in which consultants and businesses cooperate with each other.

  • CS(Customer Satisfaction) has been focused as one of the most important factors in business administration nowadays. After measuring and evaluating CS level, most companies are performing many activities to improve it. Therefore, it is very important for driving CS management to measure the exact CS level. When measuring CS level, however, CSI(Customer Satisfaction Index) is changed by the computing method of importance for CS factors, and the corporate strategy is changed by CSI. In this research, some computing methods are reviewed and compared through the analysis of real data. Also, a hybrid computing method for CSI is proposed and compared it with other methods.

  • 웰니스 휴먼케어 서비스의 제공은 최근 2010년 이후에 시작되었으며, 이에 대한 효과평가 혹은 서비스 질 평가는 거의 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 활동량계, 심전도계, 식습관 모니터링 앱 등과 같은 신체적 웰니스 측정 장치와 바이브라 이미지, 맥파/호흡 측정기, 코티졸 측정기 등과 같은 정신적 웰니스 측정 장치들이 개발되고 출시되고 있으나, 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 측정도구가 없어서 개발 제품과 서비스 만족도를 타당성 있게 측정할 수 있는 도구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실증 대상자 면담과 설문 문항에 대한 관련 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통해 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 설문 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 실증사업 참여자 대상으로 시행한 조사 결과 분석을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의복 스타일 선호에 신체만족도가 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 조사대상은 미국 여대생으로 177부의 설문지를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 신체만족도는 신체 5 부위 (얼굴, 상체, 하체, 신장, 체중) 각각에 대해 측정되었고 의복스타일 선호는 의복이 몸에 타이트하게 끼는 정도에 대한 선호, 어두운 색상에 대한 선호, 허리, 힙(hips), 가슴(bust), 목(neck), 다리에 강조점을 두는 의복에 대한 선호로 측정되었다. 결과로 특정 부위에 대한 신체만족도는 그 부위에 관련된 의복스타일 선호와 관계가 있었다. 예로 응답자가 체중부위에 만족하면 할수록 몸에 타이트하게 끼는 의복과 밝은 색상의 의복, 허리와 힙을 강조한 의복을 선호하였다. 이성적 행동이론이 이들 결과를 설명하는데 사용되었다.

A Study on the Measurement of the Influence of Libraries on the Quality of Life (도서관이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향의 측정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine what influence the satisfaction of the services rendered by libraries has over the satisfaction of life, which is consisted of income employment, education, cultural leisure, family community, citizenry participation, safety environment, and subjective satisfaction. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the users of public libraries, and the extent of the measurement tools' regular distribution (skewness and kurtosis), validity and reliability were validated. First, it turned out that the satisfaction of library service has a significant influence over the satisfaction of life for income and employment. Second, the satisfaction of library service turned out to have a significant influence on the educational part of the satisfaction of life partially. Third, the overall satisfaction of library turned out to have influence over the satisfaction of culture, leisure, and health among the satisfaction of life. Fourth, it turned out that the greater the satisfaction of the library's program services and comprehensive parts, the higher the family and community satisfaction will be. Fifth, the citizenry participation increased as the library's program services and comprehensive parts increased. Sixth, as the satisfaction of library services increased, the satisfaction of safety and environment also increased. Finally, the subjective satisfaction increased as the library's space and place services and the library's overall satisfaction increased. Such research results suggest that various support for libraries could improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the people.

A Study on the Relationship between Learners' Online Class Satisfaction and LMS Satisfaction (학습자의 원격수업 만족도와 LMS만족도와의 관계연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the degree of influence of LMS on online classes conducted after COVID-19 at C University in Gyeongsangnam-do, and to examine the relationship between overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction variables. C University started the project to construct 'Next-generation Smart LMS' and operated it from the first semester of 2021. As a result of conducting a survey about overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction consisting of five variables with 140 learners who have experienced online classes at C University. The learners showed high satisfaction not only in overall classes but also LMS. As a result of regression analysis of LMS satisfaction and overall class satisfaction, it was found that the functional convenience of LMS and interaction with instructors had a significant effect on overall class satisfaction. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and a limited number of variables were measured.

The Search of Causality between Life Satisfaction and Domain Satisfactions: Analysis through Autoregressive Crosslagged Model (전반적 삶의 만족도와 영역특정적 삶의 만족도 간 인과관계의 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causality between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For this study, data were collected from 207 respondents. They completed World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Instrument - Brief (WHOQOL-BREF) which is self-report questionnaire asking about life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For data analysis, the verification procedure by autoregressive crosslagged modeling of structural equation was used. The analysis results of measures showed the causal relation between the two variables, that is, domain satisfactions acted as cause of life satisfaction. There were discussions on the issues about the analysis method of the autoregressive crosslagged modeling, the implications of the results, and the limits of the research. This study ascertained the intervention direction between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions to promote life satisfaction.
