  • 마이크로 스텝제어를 적용한 스텝 모터는 가격대비 성능이 다른 전동기에 비하여 우수하기 때문에 다양한 산업분야에 광범위하게 사용된다. 큰 감속비를 갖는 응용분야에서는 1000 [rpm]이상의 고속운전이 필요한 경우가 빈번하게 발생하며 이 경우 마이크로 스텝제어가 현실적으로 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 고속운전이 가능한 고정밀 위치제어용 스텝 모터 제어 알고리즘에 대한 연구를 진행한다. S커브 형태의 위치 프로파일을 적용한 고성능 위치 제어를 위해 마이크로 스텝제어를 적용하여 위치제어를 수행하며 고속 이동시에는 기본 스텝제어로 제어방식을 절환하는 하이브리드 운전 기법을 제안한다.

Analysis of 3-Dimensional TLM for Step Discontinuity Microstrip Line (스텝 불연속 마이크로스트립 라인의 3차원 TLM 해석)

  • Microstrip line is one of the most essential elements of microwave and milimeter-wave integrated circuits. And then the frequency dependent characteristics of the microstrip line have previously been analyzed using several frequency domain approaches But the 3-D TLM method presented in this Paper is another independent approaches for obtaining frequency domain results for microstrip line. The structure analysed with this TLM algorithm is step discontinuity microstrip line and the symmetrical condensed node is used. After numerical analysis, the frequency dependent scattering Parameters of a step discontinuity microstrip line have been calculated by Fourier transform of the time domain data. From the time domain TLM numerical results. this numerical analysis is shown to be an efficient method for modelling complicated structure as step discontinuity microstrip line.

  • 본 논문은 스테핑 모터의 구동 중에서 2상 여자모드와 마이크로 스테핑의 주기성이 동일함에 기초하여 32 스텝의 정현파 마이크의 스테핑을 실현하고 그 특성을 연구한 내용이다. 마이크로 스테핑은 스테핑 모터의 스텝각을 크게 세분화하여 구동함으로써 진동과 소음이 적고 부드럽게 구동하고자 하는 방법인데, 본 논문의 정현파 마이크로 스테핑은 종래의 마이크로 스테핑에 비하여 더욱 우수한 저진동 저소음 특성을 나타낸다.

  • Micro stepping method is adopted in order to eliminate effectively the resonant phenomena and to increase the positional resolution. Exist micro-step method by using Sinusoidal waveform, drive circuit is complex by using micro controller and ROM, it have fault on cost Increase. This paper proposed trapezoidal current wave form for simple control circuit and micro stepping method by using a low cost controller. This paper proposed method verify by using CPLD(EPM9320RC208-15) of low cost. This paper make experiment that comparison of exist method and proposed method. This paper obstruct a escape of motor by using high speed detect.

  • 이 논문은 스텝게이지와 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 온라인으로 3차원좌표측정기의 오차를 보정하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이때 사용하는 스텝게이지는 미리 교정을 실시하여 그 교정데이타를 컴퓨터상에 저장하고 있다. 측정기의 작업영역안에서 어떠한 방향으로 스텝게이지가 놓여 있어도 초기점을 지정하면 CNC타입의 코드를 자동으로 생성하여 스텝게이지 측정을 실시하며 그 측정결과는 3차원 좌표측정기의 오차를 보정하는데 사용된다. 결과적으로 경제적이고 실용적인 오차보정 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.

  • In this paper we designed a prototype hybrid type linear pulse motor (HLPM) with single side stator structure for low cost. The measurement system which can get the motor characteristics of the HLPM was suggested. The static and dynamic characteristics of the thrust force are measured analyzed. And the microstep drive method is adopted and tested to the drive of prototype HLPM. The thrust waveform is measured respectively to know the differences of the thrust waveform between the microstep drive method and rectangular wave. From the experimental results, it can be confirmed that the repetitive ripple of the thrust force of the prototype HLPM is reduced by taking the microstep drive method.

  • A new actuating mechanism suitable for a micro positioning device is developed using piezo-electric elements. The actuator can make a step movement of 0.5 .mu. m up to 3.5 .mu. m. The step size can be adjusted on demand. By repeating this step action, long distance movement is achieved. Precise positioning can be obtained by combining the coarse motion with the maximum step size and fine motion. Two types of fine motion have been proposed for a driving method. Firstly, feedback control bases on PID is applied. The experimental results for the two method are presented.

  • In this paper, it presents the design and implementation of a Microstep control IC using Programmable Logic Device(PLD). A Microstep driver is implemented with a 5-phase hybrid stepping motor, which has a Pentagon winding, power MOSFETs, and some devices to improve the system characteristics. The Microstep driving method is used for high performance motion control, low vibration and low noise in motor control system. The improvement of the electrical and mechanical driving characteristic of a step motor is achieved by applying microstep driver.

  • In this paper, investigations on the impedance characteristics of a DGS(Defected Ground Structure) slot in the groud plane of microstripline are presented in spectral domain and applied to the characteristic improvement of stepped impedance microstrip low pass filter(LPF). In this method, expressions for the impedance of a DGS slot are derived from self-reaction of the angular spectrum of plane waves and the discontinuity in the modal voltage. The numerical results are compared with those of the rigorous full-wave method and are shown to produce reasonably accurate data. And the stepped impedance microstrip low pass filter is designed and fabricated with the uniform and nonuniform DGS slots for improving the frequency responses. The experiments show that the proposed filter with slots in the ground plane has a wider stopband and sharper cutoff response.
