This study recorded an object using a digital video recorder, and then tried to estimate 3-D positional information and to reconstruct an image. Firstly, the accuracy of measurement results from a video recorder was evaluated and tested for an applicability, then it applied to a real object to construct 3-D digital model. This study assumed that there is no lens distortion in a video recorder, and all bundles should precisely pass through the projection center of a lens. The image size for orientations is determined by the size of CCD chip and the number of pixels. The average squared error from the result by a digital video recorder and that by triangular survey from 1-second theodolite shows 0.0173m error in x,y coordinates. Without knowing the accurate information on the lens distortion and the coordinates of the projection center, this study reasonably produces acceptable results in the reconstruction of 3-D model. In consequence, this study found that the image from a digital video camera can be reconstructed 3-D model only from the information on a camera type.

The purpose of the study was to improve the efficiency of Breath & Forced Vital Capacity(FVC) of Stroke Patients Using Record Playing Focused on Breath Training. The Training of Forced Vital Capacity(FVC) is focused on trunk muscles reinforce for Breathing. So the study tried to play Recorder for reinforcing FVC. The play included the two parts. One was for solo play, the other was play in concert base on solo play using Korea country song, Arirang. The Recorder play used abdominal breath, Pursed-lip & Paced methods. The course of play included Long Tone, Staccato, Crescendo, Decrescendo and throughout the course we tried to improve the efficiency & Quantity of breathe. Experiment performed at Social welfare institute for the old. They played & checked FVC, $FEV_1$, $FEV_1/FVC$ before & after breathe 19 times for 6 weeks using Spirovit SP-1, Schiller. After experiment we performed statical process(p<0.05) using statical Package software. The findings were as follows: Analysis for Experiment showed the numerical Value of increasing Of FVC, $FEV_1$, $FEV_1/FVC$. Increasing Percentage of Measured/Predicted FVC, $FEV_1$ (or calculated based on theory) ration was 25%, 13% and Quantity of FVC, $FEV_1$ 35%, 40%. Also $FEV_1/FVC$ Ratio(showed efficiency of breathe) raised 13%. And experiment data was confirmed by statical process. The experiment data was valuable under p<0.05. In Conclusion we think the results of experiment showed the efficiency of Music therapy for Breathe(FVC, $FEV_1$, $FEV_1/FVC$) reinforce.

삼성전자가 본격적인 디지털 녹화 시대 개막을 알리는 램(RAM)방식의 DVD레코더(모델명:DVD-R5000)를 국내에 출시한다. 삼성전자가 이번에 출시하는 램(RAM)방식의 레코더는 PC를 기반으로 하고 있기 때문에 녹화와 재생 등이 타 방식보다 빠르다는 것이 가장 큰 특징이다. 즉 디스크에 기록된 영상과 음성등을 가장 빨리 찾고, 재생할 수 있다는 점이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a respiratory nursing program using recorder playing for patients with asthma and to determine the effects of the program. Method: Participants were 26 patients with asthma (experimental group: 13, control group: 13). The experimental group participated in the respiratory nursing program for six months from April, to October, 2007. Content included playing a recorder, group education about asthma, and educational messages including cellular phone messages. The control group received usual care during the six months. Results: In this research the respiratory nursing program using recorders was developed in 3 stages: initial stage, advanced stage, and wrap up stage. Compared to the control group, fatigue status in the experimental group improved significantly as well as level of forced expiratory volume in 1 second. However significant differences were found in sleep status, mood, or quality of life. Conclusions: These results suggest that this respiratory nursing program for symptom management of patients with asthma led to improvements in self care activity. Nursing interventions are needed to maintain and further enhance the quality of life of these patients and the interventions should be implemented over a transition period.

비디오 카세트 리코더(VCR)가 등장한 1970년대 이래 가장 중요한 가전제품이 마침내 가을바람과 함께 우리 옆에 모습을 드러내기 시작했다. 오랫동안 고대하던 디지털 비디오 디스크는 영화관 수준의 품질을 가진 영상과 스트레오 음향을 우리에게 낯익은 오디오 콤팩트 디스크(CD)와 닮은 디스크에 실어 우리 안방극장에 제공한다. 한쪽에 4.7기가바이트씩의 용량을 가진 한장의 DVD는 '바람과 함께 사라지다' 정도의 길이를 가진 고화질의 영화 한편을 수록할 수 있다. DVD는 음악, 영화, 게임 그리고 다른 멀티미디어 패키지를 저장할 수 있다. 그래서 거추장스런 종래의 비디오카세트는 물론 레이저디스크, 오디오, CD 그리고 심지어는 오늘날 출시되는 신형 컴퓨터 4대중 3대꼴로 내장된 씨디롬도 결국은 DVD 앞에서 무릎을 꿇고 말 것이라고 생각하는 사람들이 많다.

Recently, Digital video is one of the important information media delivered on the Internet and playing an increasingly important role in multimedia. This paper proposes a Video Browsing Service(VBS) that provides both the video content retrieval and the video browsing by the real-time user interface on Web, For the scene segmentation and key frame extraction of video sequence, we proposes an efficient scene change detection method that combines the RGB color histogram with the $x^2$(Chi Square) histogram. Resulting key frames are linked by both physical and logical indexing, This system involves the video editing and retrieval function of a VCR's, Three elements that are the date, the field and the subject are used for video browsing. A Video Browsing Service is implemented with MySQL, PHP and JMF under Apache Web Server.

In this paper, we designed the outer encoder/decoder for the terrestrial DMB that is an advanced digital broadcasting standard, implemented, and verified by using ALTERA FPGA. In the encoder part, it was created the parity bytes (16 bytes) from the input packet (188by1e) of MPEG-2 TS and the encoded data was distributed output by the convolutional interleaver for Preventing burst errors. In the decoder part, It was proposed the algorithm that detects synchronous character suitable to DMB in transmitted data from the encoder. The circuit complexity in RS decoder was reduced by applying a modified Euclid's algorithm. This system has a capability to correct error of the maximum 8 bytes in a packet. After the outer encoder/decoder algorithm was verified by using C language, described in VHDL and implemented in the ALTERA FPGA chips.

In this paper, in order to reduce the delay and area of the partial product accumulation (PPA) of the parallel decimal multiplier, a tree architecture that composed by multi-operand decimal CSAs and improved CLA is proposed. The proposed tree using multi-operand CSAs reduces the partial product quickly. Since the input range of the recoder of CSA is limited, CSA can get the simplest logic. In addition, using the multi-operand decimal CSAs to add decimal numbers that have limited range in specific locations of the specific architecture can reduce the partial products efficiently. Also, final BCD result can be received faster by improving the logic of the decimal CLA. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed partial product accumulation, synthesis is implemented by using Design Complier with 180 nm COMS technology library. Synthesis results show the delay of the proposed partial product accumulation is reduced by 15.6% and area is reduced by 16.2% comparing with which uses general method. Also, the total delay and area are still reduced despite the delay and area of the CLA are increased.
