  • 본 논문은 스프링 프레임 워크를 이용한 클라우드 환경에서의 자산 및 부실예측 지원시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여 자산 및 부실예측을 평가하고 지원시스템의 데이터의 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산의 부실채권을 이용한 회수를 관리하여 효율성을 높인다. 또한 제안 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 운영되므로 정보화를 통한 경영혁신 및 경영정보를 활용한 리스크 관리 시스템을 처리하는데 목적을 둔다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 고객과 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

A Basic Study on the Radiological Characteristics and Disposal Methods of NORM Wastes (공정부산물의 방사선적 특성과 처분방안에 관한 기본 연구)

  • Securing the radiological safety is a prerequisite for the safe management of the naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM) which cannot be reused. This becomes a crucial focus of our R&D efforts upon the implementation of the Act on Protective Action Guidelines against Radiation in the Natural Environment. To secure the safety, the establishment of technical bases and procedures for securing radiological safety related to the disposal of NORM is required. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics, to collect the data, to have the radiological safety assessment methodologies and tools, to investigate disposal methods and facilities, and to study the effects of the input data on the safety for the NORM wastes. Here, we assess the environmental impact of the NORM waste disposal with respect to the major domestic and foreign NORM characteristics. The data associated with major industries are collected/analyzed and the status of disposal facilities and methodologies relevant to the NORM wastes is investigated. We also suggest the conceptual design concept of a landfill disposal facility and the management plan with respect to the major NORM wastes characteristics. The radionuclide pathways are identified for the atmospheric transport and leachate release and the environmental impact assessment methodology for the NORM waste disposal is established using a relevant code. The assessment and analysis on the exposure doses and excessive cancer risks for the NORM waste disposal are performed using the characteristics of the representative domestic NORM wastes including flying ash, phosphor gypsum, and redmud. The results show that the exposure dose and the excessive cancer risks are very low to consider any radiation effects. This study will contribute to development in the areas of the regulatory technology for securing radiological safety relevant to NORM waste disposal and to the implementation technology for the Act.

Identification and importance analysis of hazards affecting the stability of TBM tunnelling works (TBM 터널 굴착 안정성에 영향을 미치는 위험요소 도출 및 중요도 결정)

  • There is a growing need to apply TBM tunnelling method for the construction of underground facilities such as subways and utility tunnels in urban areas. Due to the variability and uncertainty of the ground, tunnelling in urban areas has various safety hazards which could cause damage to people and properties and it is very costly to recover from accidents. Therefore, it is very important to identify hazards from the planning and design phase and to establish risk mitigation measures. In this study, a total of 31 hazards affecting the stability of TBM tunnelling works in urban areas were listed from both the technical literature and correspondence with experts in tunnelling area. The importance and priorities of the hazards were analyzed by conducting Delphi technique, which is a decision-making method by consensus among experts. Finally, 12 hazards that satisfy the content validity criteria were settled and could be used as major control factors for accident prevention during TBM tunnelling works.

A Probabilistic Risk-based Cost Estimation Model for Initial-Stage Decision Making on Apartment Remolding Projects (공동주택 리모델링 초기 단계 의사결정을 위한 확률론적 리스크 기반 비용 예측 모델 개발)

  • The current remodeling cost estimation process is not only dependent on the historical data of new building construction, but it also has a poor linkage with risk-based estimation approach. As such, there is a high risk of falling short of initial budget. To overcome this, a risk-based estimation approach is necessary by providing a probabilistic estimation in consideration of the potential risk factors in conducting the remodeling projects. In addition, the decision-making process should be linked with the risk-based estimation results in stead of intuitive and/or experience-based estimation. This study provides a probabilistic estimation process for residential remodeling projects by developing a detailed methodology in which a step-by-step approach can be achieved. The new proposed estimation approach can help in decision-making for remodeling projects in terms of whether to proceed or not, by effectively reflecting the potential risk factors in the early stage of the project. In addition, the study can enhance the reliability of the estimation results by developing a sustainable estimation process model where a risk-based evaluation can be accomplished by setting up the cost-risk relationship database structure.

Study on natural hedge strategy in Korean life insurance industry (우리나라 생명보험산업의 자연헤지에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this paper is to evaluate whether longevity risk is properly managed in Korean life insurance industry by measuring longevity risk in the viewpoint of natural hedge. According to analysis, the sum of the reserve of annuity and that of whole life insurance appears to decrease in the case both reserve of annuity and whole life insurance are shocked by same degree and also the mortality rate of the aged policyholders is improved faster than that of the less aged policyholders. Although the sum of the reserves increases only when the mortality improvement of annuity policyholders is higher than that of whole life insurance policyholders by two times, more than 60% of reserve increase of annuity is found to be offset by natural hedge. Thus, it is judged that the longevity risk of Korea life insurance industry is properly managed by natural hedge.

  • 해양생태계로 유입되는 화학물질의 총합적인 평가 및 관리를 위해서는 동 화합물의 해양환경중의 거동 및 운영, 생태계에의 영향, 관리방안에 따른 화학물질의 변화 예측 및 리스크 평가 등을 행할 필요가 있으며, 이를 위하여는 화학물질에 대한 생태계 모델이 유용한 수단이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 여러 화학물질에 적용할 수 있으며, 지역특성, 존재 데이터 상황, 대상 수산물의 특성을 고려하여 여러 상태함수 및 프로세스의 추가와 삭제가 가능한 3차원 생태계 모델(EMT-3D)을 사용하여 해양환경중의 PFCs 관련물질을 대상으로 그 적용성을 검토하였으며, 민감도 분석 및 시나리오 분석을 행하여 영향인자를 판별하고 대안에 따른 영향을 평가하였다.

  • Process mining in big data environment utilize a number of data were generated from the business process. It generates lots of knowledge and insights regarding implementation and improvement of the process through the event log of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In recent years, various research activities engaged with the audit work of company organizations are trying actively by using the maximum strength of the mining process. However, domestic studies on applicable sales auditing system for the process mining are insufficient under big data environment. Therefore, we propose process-mining methods that can be optimally applied to online and traditional auditing system. In advance, we propose continuous monitoring information system that can early detect and prevent the risk under the big data environment by monitoring risk factors in the organizations of enterprise. The scope of the research of this paper is to design a pre-verification system for risk factor via practical examples in sales auditing. Furthermore, realizations of preventive audit, continuous monitoring for high risk, reduction of fraud, and timely action for violation of rules are enhanced by proposed sales auditing system. According to the simulation results, avoidance of financial risks, reduction of audit period, and improvement of audit quality are represented.

  • 원자력발전소의 방화지역에서 화재가 발생할 경우 케이블의 화재리스크는 온도, 열속, 화염 등 열적 특성에 의해 평가된다. 원전의 안전정지 기능에 사용되는 각종 케이블은 설계관리 및 성능분석을 위해 화재실증실험으로 열적 특성을 실측하여야 하지만 다양한 화재시나리오에 대한 실험 조건 확보와 실험 비용 등 제약이 따른다. 이에 따라 화재모델 FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator)의 최신버전에 포함된 THIEF (Thermally-Induced Electrical Failure) 모델을 이용하여 국내 원전의 안전정지 케이블에 대한 화재모델링 분석을 수행하였다. 이 연구에서는 케이블이 설치된 형태에 따라 일정 열속에 대한 자켓 온도와 경계조건에 대한 온도분포를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 THIEF 모델은 원전 방화지역의 화재에서 안전정지 케이블의 내부온도를 예측할 수 있는 화재모델로 사용가능한 것으로 확인되었다.

A study on economic valuation of coping with water supply shortage (물부족 대응에 대한 경제적 가치 산정 연구)

  • 전 세계적으로 기후변화의 영향이 심화되면서, 예상치 못한 가뭄 지속에 따른 물부족 문제 역시 심각해지고 있으며, 국제사회 및 국내외 기업들은 기후변화 심화에 따른 물 리스크를 관리하기 위한 Water Positive 시스템의 도입, ESG 경영, 환경공시 강화 등을 추진하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 최근 광주·전라남도 지역에서 가뭄이 발생하여, 기업과 지역주민들이 물절약 캠페인을 벌이고, 공장 정비 일정을 변경하는 등의 대응을 하고 있으며, 중앙 정부 및 지방 정부 역시 물 부족대응을 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 기후변화로 인해 심화되는 가뭄대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 최근 지속되는 가뭄으로 물부족이 심각한 광주 및 전라남도 지역 주민을 대상으로 물부족 문제 대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 산정해보았다. 다양한 시나리오 하에서 분석이 가능하도록 단위 가치를 추정할 수 있는 선택실험법을 적용하였으며, 광주 및 전라남도 지역의 소득이 있는 1,000가구를 대상으로 지역별·연령별 표본설계를 하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 추정된 경제적 가치는 다양한 물부족 대응 프로젝트, 정책 등의 평가시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
