이탈리아에서 처음 시작된 루미나리에는 조명이 어두움을 밝히는 원시적인 기능에서 유희적 기능을 제공하는 축제의 의미로서의 변화를 나타내는 대표적인 예 중의 하나이다. 오늘날 루미나리에는 이탈리아뿐만 아니라 미국, 스페인, 독일, 일본, 한국 등 전 세계에 걸쳐 개최되고 있으며, 이에 본 논문에서는 루미나리에를 대표하는 이탈리아와 일본, 한국의 3개 나라를 중심으로 2003년 루미나리아를 각각 비교 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라에서의 루미나리에의 정착과 발전방향에 대하여 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 2003년 처음으로 개최된 우리나라의 부천 루미나리에는 지방자치단체를 중심으로 문화적 도시이미지구현을 위하여 계획되었으며, 오래된 전통을 바탕으로 계획된 이탈리아의 루미나리에나, 시민들을 중심으로 행사금액을 모금하고 민간 주도로 행사가 진행되는 일본의 루미나리에와 더불어 우리나라를 대표하는 조명축제로서의 그 첫걸음을 내딛었다. 아직 우리나라는 초보적인 단계에 있어 행사 홍보의 미흡 및 입장료의 유료화 등의 많은 문제점을 가지고 있으나 앞으로 이탈리아나 일본의 루미나리에 사례를 바탕으로 문제점을 해결해 나감으로써 더 낳은 조명축제로서 발전해 나갈 것으로 판단된다.

Today's research has been focused on changing the light source from filament to LED for luminarie illumination to overcome the shortcoming of a filament. The purpose of this research is to make an appropriate high power LED package structure for luminarie. We simulated radiation patterns of the various structures by the ray tracing simulator (Light Tools), and also analyzed the radiation patterns using an LED test system (OL770). As we increased an inner reflector angle, the radiation pattern split into two peaks and the angle between two peaks became larger. In addition, when we increased an outer reflector angle, the angle between side peaks gradually decreased, while it increased again when the angle reach $50^{\circ}$. These results could be understood from the ray tracing of the light reflected from two reflectors. We made the high power LED package for luminarie on the condition of the optimized structure which was made by ray tracing simulation results, and we measured the radiation patterns by using an LED test system, and these results were well matched to the simulation results.

This study was conducted to test effect of fungicides on the spore germination and mycelial growth of BotaniGard$^{(R)}$(Beauveria bassiana GHA). Eight fungicides, which are using for plant disease control in cucumber cultivation, with different concentration were mixed with conidia of GHA isolate for 0.5, 2, and 4 hours. The fungicides trifluminazol, fenarimol, ethaboxam, copper hydroxide and tetraconazol did significantly not inhibit on spore germination and mycelial growth. The trifluminazol, propineb and tetraconazol on high concentrations inhibited the mycelial growth of GHA. However, mixing time of fungicide with conidia of GHA did not affect in spore germination and mycelial growth. These results suggest that fungicide effect needed be checked before mycopesticide is applied in the field.
