The aim of the study is to examine the applicability of FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM to conceptualize information resources for localities. It attemps to establish the conceptual structure and the relationship of them and seeks ways to apply the model. For this purpose, almost 30 articles specially in localities research were analysed and categories of information resources for localities were identified. After examining conceptual model in cultural information management sectors (library, museum, archive), 6 case of conceptualization were attempted based on FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM. In conclusion, it presented that FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM could be applied to various type of information resources for localities and that it could be possible to represent information resources based on particular space(place, local) through the conceptualization.

Differential privacy, which used to collect and analysis data and preserve data privacy, has been applied widely in data privacy preserving data application. Local differential privacy algorithm which is the local model of differential privacy is used to user who add noise to his data himself with randomized response by self and release his own data. So, user can be preserved his data privacy and data analyst can make a statistical useful data by collected many data. Local differential privacy method has been used by global companies which are Google, Apple and Microsoft to collect and analyze data from users. In this paper, we compare and analyze the local differential privacy methods which used in practically. And then, we study applicability that applying the local differential privacy method in survey or opinion poll scenario in practically.

This paper surveyed records and archives which the railroad stations in Busan possesses and illustrated the status of them. Also we examined whether records and archives of railroad stations contain the memories of localities or not. We visited 17 railroad stations in Busan and we found that 1) the archives in railroad station are fugitive archives 2) the records or archives are classified into five categories, 'station's history', 'report on station-adjacent area', 'report of drive and transport', 'photos', and 'other materials' 3) the volume of such archives in 17 stations are different because of disposal or missing 4) Each archives in same category have same form. Especially the descriptions and images in 'station's history', 'report on station-adjacent area' represent much to memories of locality, but we also must examine the public records, private records related railroad station in Busan for documenting localities. To bridge the gap we suggest to collect oral records by relevant persons.

The discourses of creative city have been developed as a development and rehabilitation policy or plan in the contexts of globalization or deindustrialization society mainly progressed by Western capitalist nations, and there are a variety of effects due to the implementation of creative city in different national and local conditions. Many nations or cities have adapted and practiced the idea of creative city as a policy of development or rehabilitation without its critical examination. The purpose of this study is to make a conceptual framework of newly interpreting creative city, particularly focused on creative industry and class. The framework of creative city as a becoming locality consists of culture and art, creative actor and place continuously interacting, and it will take an active role to solve a variety of problems in the cities or regions due to globalization or deindustrialization. Creative city as a becoming locality should be developed in a close relation with the real situations in the future.

This study is an empirical research aimed at examining the impact of practical, field-oriented local entrepreneurship education for college students and prospective entrepreneurs in the Busan area on their entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit. The study is conducted to enhance the activation of youth entrepreneurship education in the Busan area and to tailor entrepreneurship competency development for prospective local young entrepreneurs. In this study, the factors of entrepreneurial motivation were divided into economic motivation and self-realization motivation, while entrepreneurial competencies were categorized into practical competencies for local entrepreneurship, local brand development competencies, and financial analysis competencies. To conduct the empirical analysis, a survey was administered to 139 participants who took part in entrepreneurship education from March to October 2023. The research findings indicate that local entrepreneurship education significantly influences participants' entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, it was observed that entrepreneurial spirit also has a significant impact on entrepreneurial motivation and competencies. These results suggest the practical importance of tailoring entrepreneurship education to the specific characteristics of local prospective entrepreneurs.

본 논문에서는 자동차가 빈번하게 접근하는 주차장, 주유소, 공공장소 등 특정 로컬 핫스폿 서비스 지점에서의 UPnP 기반 텔레매틱스 서비스 발견 방식을 제안한다. 자동차 내부에 장착된 텔레매틱스 단말기와 로컬 핫스폿 서비스 지점의 게이트웨이를 무선로 연결하고, 서비스 발견 미들웨어인 UPnP를 적용하여 로컬 핫스폿 서비스 지점의 서비스를 발견하고 이용하는 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 UPnP가 포팅된 PDA 단말기와 블루투스 무선연결 상에서 주차장 관리 서비스에 적용하고 테스트한다.

The purpose of this paper is empirically to identify the factors influencing local food purchase intention. And this study compares to the difference between local food consumer and hypermarket consumer's attitudes toward local food, food lifestyle, and subjective norm. Data were collected from 319 local food consumer and 179 hypermarket consumer to measure the following; attitude toward local food; subjective norm; perceived behavioral control; food lifestyles; demographic information. Results showed that local food consumers are significant differences on attitudes towards health, environment, and local economy. Results also found that subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are significant differences between local food consumer and hypermarket consumers. It means that consumers who express a strong intention to purchase local food seems to link to the food lifestyles. The study suggests that producers and retailers need to develp campaigns explaining how consuming local food supports local businesses and farmers, which will reinforce personal values associated with local consumption.

사용자는 비밀번호를 외워야하는 불편함을 줄이고 로그인 과정을 편리하게 이용하기 위해 패스워드 매니저를 사용한다. 패스워드 매니저는 크게 브라우저 기반의 패스워드 매니저와 웹 기반의 패스워드 매니저로 나눌 수 있다. 브라우저 기반의 패스워드 매니저의 경우 로컬에 사용자의 계정 정보와 암호화 키를 저장하기 때문에, 비밀번호 복구 프로그램을 사용하거나 간단한 코드를 이용하여 사용자의 계정 정보를 평문 형태로 추출할 수 있다. 로컬에 저장하는 브라우저 기반의 패스워드 매니저와 달리 웹 기반 패스워드 매니저는 웹을 기반으로 실행된다. 웹 기반 패스워드 매니저는 암호화 키를 웹 서버에 저장하기 때문에, 로컬 기반의 패스워드 매니저에 비해 키 노출 우려가 적다. 하지만 웹 기반이기 때문에 공격자가 웹 취약점을 이용하면 사용자의 정보가 누출될 위험성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 편의성을 개선하고자 사용되는 패스워드 매니저를 브라우저에서 사용되는 브라우저 기반 패스워드 매니저와 웹에서 사용되는 웹 기반 패스워드 매니저로 분류하고 각 패스워드 매니저가 사용자의 계정 정보를 저장 및 관리하는 방법을 분석하고, 해당 패스워드 매니저들에서 발생 가능한 취약점에 대해 조사하였다.

VNC(Virtual Network Computing)는 원격 제어 소프트웨어의 하나로서 다른 지역에 위치한 컴퓨터의 자원을 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. VNC는 원격 시스템과 로컬 시스템과의 자료 교환을 위하여 원격시스템과 로컬 시스템간의 클립보드 내용을 공유하는 기능을 제공하고 있으나, 현재까지 개발된 VNC 소프트웨어들은 단지 문자 데이터를 공유하는 방법만을 제공하고 있고, 이미지와 같은 멀티미디어 데이터를 공유하는 방법을 제공하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 클립보드에 저장된 이미지 데이터를 공유할 수 있도록 RFB 프로토콜을 확장하였다. 그리고 확장된 프로토콜을 지원하기 위하여 오픈소스 VNC 소프트웨어인 Ultra VNC 서버와 플랫폼 독립적인 클라이언트인 JavaViewer를 확장하였다. 사용자는 확장된 VNC를 통하여 원격 시스템과 로컬 시스템간의 클립보드 이미지 공유를 원활하게 수행할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 센서 네트웍과 컴퓨터 비전 시스템을 이용한 모바일 센서 네트워크(Mobile Sensor Network) 의 응용에 관한 실험을 수행하였다. 주된 내용으로는 모바일 센서를 탑재한 차량을 이용한 로컬라이제이션(Localization) 과 팀원 인식(Team Identification) 등에 관련된 방법을 포함한다. 본 시스템은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기획을 하였으며 자체 설계한 하드웨어와 내장형 소프트웨어를 탑재하여 주어진 기능을 수행하도록 하도록 하는 한편, 모바일 센서의 역할을 할 수 있도록 다양한 센서를 장착할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 전자나침반을 이용한 방위각 측정능력, 초음파 센서를 이용한 근거리 장애물 회피 능력, 적외선 발광 다이오드(IR-LED)와 적외선 필터를 씌운 카메라를 이용한 동료의 위치 파악 능력등을 통하여 로컬라이제이션에 도움이 되도록 한다. 통신을 위하여 IEEE 802.11g 프로토콜에 기반을 둔 통신 능력을 가지며 차량간의 통신도 같은 프로토콜을 통하여 이루어지게 된다.
