This paper proposes the design of protocol management system for aggregationg messages based on certification between vehicles which not only prevents the messages between vehicles from being forged and altered by Sybil attack by authenticating the them, and but also provides the efficient communication by aggregating the redundant vehicle messages which frequently happens when communicating. For this, the proposed system proposes the SKLC(Session Key Local Certificate) design which is a local certificate based on a session key, and the MAP(Message Aggregation Protocol) design which aggregates the redundant vehicle messages. Therefore, when the proposed system checks the certificate of vehicle, it provides the reliable information securely by verifying the integrity of vehicle with a hash function operation, and improves communication efficiency by reducing the processing time.

각종 현장 및 시설물에는 모터를 이용하여 작업하는 전기실 또는 기계실 등이 많이 있다. 이러한 경우, 모터를 제어하는 배전반의 일종인 모터제어센터(MCC)와 중앙통제실에는 데스크 판넬(desk panel)이 설치되며, 현장마다에는 각각의 로컬 판넬(local panel)이 설치되어 있다. 현재 이러한 구성요소들은 많은 유선으로 연결되어 있으며, 각각의 유니트(unit) 마다 나오는 접점신호의 온(on)/오프(off) 신호가 중앙통제실의 데스크 판넬에 전달되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 LAN 환경에서 모터의 감시 및 제어를 위한 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 즉, 현장에서 근무자의 직접적인 모터의 동작 상태 확인 및 작동을 위한 불편함을 해소하기 위하여, 무선 LAN 환경을 통하여 모터제어센터의 감시 제어를 위한 시스템의 구현이다. 이를 위하여, 모터제어센터와 모터 감시 시스템(컴퓨터) 간의 데이터 전송을 위해서 무선 LAN의 블루투스 통신모듈을 이용한 RF 송 수신기 및 관리자를 위한 감시(모니터링) 프로그램을 구현하였다.

유비쿼터스 시대의 도래에 따른 서비스의 고급화는 다양한 형태의 사용자 단말기의 개발을 유도 하였으며, 이러한 사용자 단말기의 변화는 다양한 형태의 인간친화형 사용자 인터페이스의 개발로 이어지게 되었다. 이러한 다양한 형태의 인간친화형 사용자 인터페이스 중, 인간의 뇌를 활용한 사용자 인터페이스, 즉 BCI에 관한 연구가 산발적으로 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 현재 진행되어지고 있는 다양한 형태의 BCI관련 연구들은, 연구 초기 수준을 극복하지 못하는 실정이며, 이러한 연구 개발의 지체 이유로는 DB구축부터 시작한 체계적인 연구가 이루어지고 있지 않는 점을 들 수 있다. 또한, 뇌파 신호의 수집 시 효율적인 피험자 지침 관련 연구가 없는 실정이며 기 구현되어진 대부분의 시스템이 로컬시스템 형태로 구성되어져 DB 구축 시 한정적인 피험자 수, 대용량의 뇌파 DB수집 시 한계, 뇌파 DB의 신뢰성이 저하되는 문제점을 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 VoiceXML을 활용한 온라인 기반의 DB구축 시스템 구현을 제안 하며 신뢰성 및 객관성을 확보 하고자 한다.

기근의 산업현장에서는 장리관리 자가 장비의 모니터링과 제어를 위하여 항상 대기하고 있어야 하므로, 인력 낭비와 시간 손실이 많으므로 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 유무선 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 실시간 장비관리시스템을 개발한다. 이 시스템에서는 장비에 이상 발생시 고장을 자동으로 감지하여 장비관리자의 휴대폰으로 통보하고, 관리자가 유무선 인터넷을 통하여 고장 장비에 대한 응급조치를 한다. 이를 위하여 세부적으로 로컬 장비 제어시스템, 장비관리시스템, 모바일 시스템, 웹 시스템을 각각 개발한다.

본 논문은 리눅스 환경에서 IEEE1394의 동시 전송 프로토콜을 이용하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 시스템의 구현에 대해 기술한다. 구현된 시스템은 DV 데이터의 스트리밍과 재생, 저장은 물론 로컬 재생과 장치 제어 기능을 갖는 사용자 프로그램과 dv1394 디바이스 드라이버로 구성된다. 스트리밍을 위한 메모리할당, 버퍼관리, 전송 데이터 형식 선언, IEEE1394 헤더 및 CIP 처리기능을 가진 dv1394 드라이버를 사용하여 드라이버와 OHCI1394 카드 사이의 스트리밍에 대한 투명성을 제공함으로써 기존의 스트리밍 시스템이 가졌던 응용 프로그램 개발의 복잡성을 줄였다. 이 시스템은 실시간 원격 모니터링이나 화상 회의 시스템, 그리고 비선형 비디오 편집 시스템에 응용될 수 있다.

네트워크의 급격한 발전에 따라 컴퓨터의 보안 문제가 계속 대두되고 있다. 이러한 보안관리 시스템으로 이동 에이전트를 이용한 침입탐지 시스템이 계속 연구되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 침입탐지시스템을 고찰하고 작은 에이전트의 그룹으로 구성된 자율성을 가진 이동 에이전트를 기반으로 한 모듈 접근방식의 시스템을 위한 모델링을 제공한다. 제안된 모델은 침입 정보를 동적으로 수집하고 탐지 에이전트를 학습시키고 탐지한다. 이동 에이전트는 통신 비용절감, 로컬자원 사용의 한계에서의 독립, 관리의 편의성 제공. 비동기 연산 등 다양한 이점을 가지고, 분산 연산을 위만 유동성 있는 구조를 제공한다.

Recently, the government was introduced as currency for earning of raw materials purchasing system for electronic Government management of foreign trade in 2011, and revised regulations for electronic proof of purchase. In addition, the currency for earning of raw materials, such as procurement system in 2012, followed by electronic proof of purchase local letter of credit. The government electronic trading will be promoting local trading of electronic procedures. This study will be a preceding research on the goods control system for acquiring foreign currency and the obligation of using digitalized approval of purchase due to the revision of foreign trade law. Also, it will conduct theoretical and legal research regarding the obligation of digital establishment of the local L/C which is a result of amendments to the rules of operation for the Bank of Korea's trade finance. Further, it will analyze the legal and operational problems and its response plans for the establishment of the local trade integrated management system which promotes the digitalization of the local trade process.

Since 2006, an Intelligent Excavation Robot which automatically performs the earth-work without operator has been developed in Korea. The technologies for automatically recognizing the terrain of work environment and detecting the objects such as obstacles or dump trucks are essential for its work quality and safety. In several countries, terrestrial 3D laser scanner and stereo vision camera have been used to model the local area around workspace of the automated construction equipment. However, these attempts have some problems that require high cost to make the sensor system or long processing time to eliminate the noise from 3D model outcome. The objectives of this study are to analyze the advantages of the existing 3D modeling sensors and to examine the applicability for practical use by using Analytic Hierarchical Process(AHP). In this study, 3D modeling quality and accuracy of modeling sensors were tested at the real earth-work environment.

For cope with the participating government promoted local decentralization of the present time, local governments are coming to aim at the realization of local governance. Local governance refers to a way of solving public problems of urban area through partnership which is a collaboration and participation based on 'relationship' among diverse interested parties such as executive authority of policy, private sectors. First of all, it is most important task to make transparency and responsibility of all people and networks by themselves through sharing information. With like this kind of a background, local assembly is an momentos body of local governance because it is a decision making organization at the same time as a representative organization of local residents, and it has a relationship of 'check and balance' with chiefs of local governments as an organization monitoring and supervising the administration of an executive authority. Not the less, information about local assembly does not open to the public or exist. Even some informations open to the public, they are not enough to be settled distrust and low-valuation by civil society. Now Local assembly is face to a point that improve over all of record management. This study is based like this critical mind, then, it examines throughly local assembly's realities by suggestion with reforming plan of record management. Record can embody true values when record management practices indefatigably through prudential system from production until preservation. Accordingly, this study suggests management of transaction unit without the omission of record. Also this study is satisfy the condition of Korean record management system with proposals of record management policy and establishment of record center. At the conclusion of study, it puts effects into shape that local assembly secure transparency and responsibility and organize local governance by record management.

Desktop virtualization technology running on the local computing system in the process of resource depletion or degradation, such as upgrading the system to solve problems and manage critical information and systems must be protected. In addition, a virtualized environment by constructing a convenient stand-virtualized infrastructure and user space, and security from external attack or internal flaw or a problem, even if the service fails to respond quickly and should help to recover. In this paper, a comprehensive virtualization technology based on the client's desktop virtualization technology elements needed to find a local computing environment more comfortable and stable in the proposed new virtualization technologies.
