When Binomial data are obtained, logit and logit mixed models are commonly used for small area estimation. Those models are known to have good statistical properties through the use of unit level information; however, data should be obtained as area level in order to use area level information such as spatial correlation or auto-correlation. In this research, we suggested a new small area estimator obtained through the combination of unit level information with area level information.

This study aims to investigate the effects of regular participation in physical activity on personal happiness by analyzing the "2014 National Leisure Sports Participation Survey". By using cross-tabulation and the binary logit model, it is found that there is a positive correlation between those two variables. The effect of positive affect on happiness index was found to be influenced by age, education level, occupation, income, marital status, appear. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the presence of sports facilities and the participation of regular physical activity using crosstab analysis and the analysis of physical activity showed positive relationship between two variables. Hence, it is expected that providing more opportunities to participate in sports programs can lead the public to more regular participation in physical activity.

본 연구는 우리나라 도시가계의 부채보유여부 및 부채부담의 관련요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 국민은행이 실시한 1990년도 가계금융이용실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 부채보유여부의 관련요인분석을 위하여 로짓분석을 사용하였으며, 월평균가계소득에 대한 월평균부채상환액의 비율로 측정된 부채부담에 대한 관련요인의 분석을 위하여는 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 도시가계의 부채보유비율은 38.2%였고, 부채를 보유할 확률은 가계속득, 금융자산, 주택소유여부, 가구주 연령과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. (2) 부채보유가구의 평균부채부담율은 33.99%였고, 부채부담은 가계소득, 금융자산, 부채원 수, 가구주 직업 및 거주지역과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to verify hypotheses about the efficacy and success factors of the IT Mentor project(in which 524 students participated) which is one of the most best practices in Korea. The empirical results found that all the aspects of students, industrial experts, professors, support programs and other infrastructure have certain influences on the industry-academia cooperation. In addition, logit regression model was employed to investigate the efficacy factors of industry and university's satisfaction to IT mentor system. It showed that industry's satisfaction depends on students' participation in company's projects and students' improvements of major competence.

This study aimed to examine the influence of physical environment, microclimate, and comfort on sustaining outdoor activities. This study has identified the main factors that influence sustaining outdoor activities as physical environment, comfort in the physical environment, microclimate and microclimate comfort. For analysis, the study conducted the investigation on pedestrian walkability during spring, summer and winter of the year 2017. The microclimate levels were also recorded at the same time. The method of logit regression analysis was used to analyze these outcomes. The result showed that the comfort and safety of the physical environment as well as the ideal climatic conditions, in terms of temperature, wind level, and solar insolation, were related to sustaining outdoor activities. Also, walking and shopping in the physical and climatic environment were the factors that were found to be more influenced than the act of remaining in a place and forming conversations.

This paper aims at, firstly, analyzing the preference of rental apartment owned by real estate companies, and the characteristics of housing location factors which Korean university students prefer, secondly, examining the effect of location factors to housing preferences. Especially, comparative analysis between this study and US students' precedent case study are used, in order to derive the implications about the housing policy. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, according to the questionnaire survey results, a great part of Korea and US university students prefer rental apartments owned by real estate companies as next housing after graduation. And a meaningful part of them prefer rental apartments owned by real estate companies as permanent housings. Secondly, according to factor analysis, five new factors such as (1) housing condition, (2) facilities and management, (3) neighborhood, (4) reputation and policy, (5) accessibility are extracted. Finally, according to logistic regression analysis, "facilities and management" and "reputation and policy" factors influence the preference of rental apartment. Therefore, provisions of "facilities and management" and "reputation and policy" factor are important to activate rental apartments owned by real estate companies for young generation.

The dissertation presents the portfolio construction method using the score sheet so that general investors can utilize it easily. This study draws the significant variables to contribute the enterprise value and suggests the combined models by applying the single methodology, which private investors can easily utilize. The results of the research can be classified into 2 areas. Firstly, the significantly affecting variables were selected for analyzing the enterprise value. The variables and the method for the enterprise value analysis were studied from the existing researches to choose the optimal variables. The variables were identified by using AHP method and the structure equation method from the investigation of the previous researches. And the critical variables were added extracted from the common denominator of variables which the 3 grue investors used for their investment. The final variables identified are dividend yield, PER, PBR, PCR, EV/EBITDA, ROE, net income, sales growth rate, net current asset, debt ratio, current ratio, rate of operating profits, ratio of operating profit to net sales, ratio of net income to net sales, net profit to total assets, EPS growth rate, inventory turnover ratio, and receivables turnover. Second, the new methodologies for forecasting enterprise value modifying the existing methods were developed. The result of the Logistic regression analysis for forecasting showed that the equation could not be suitable as the accuracy with 91.98%.

금융시장 환경이 점차 변화하고 있다. 흔히 지점이라 불리는 오프라인 환경에서 애플리케이션을 이용하거나 웹페이지를 이용하는 온라인 비대면 환경으로 이동함에 따라 기존의 정형 정보를 중심으로 한 소비자 행동 예측 방법보다 더 나은 방법을 모색하기 이르렀다. 이에 따라 주관적 비정형 정보의 중요하게 된 것이다. 본 연구는 비대면 대출시장에서 주관적 비정형 정보의 하나인 SNS 프로필 사진과 대출상환에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. SNS 프로필 사진은 자신의 감정이나 상태를 표현하는 도구로 떠오르고 있으며, 이러한 차입자의 SNS 프로필사진을 분석함으로써 정보비대칭의 최소화로, 대출심사를 위한 신용평가에 유의적 요소들을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대출자들이 차입자에 대한 평가의 중요 고려 요소들을 규명하고 탐색하는데 초점을 맞춰 SNS 대안 신용평가만을 심사기준으로 이용한 대출인 텐스페이스의 AI LOAN 대출자중에서 2020년 2월부터 2020년 2월까지 대출자료를 확보할 예정이다. 이러한 자료 중에서 2020년 12월 30일을 기준으로 상환기일이 도래한 대출상환 자료 중 SNS사진을 순서형 로짓회귀모형을 이용해 분석하고자 한다.

The major aim of this research is to examine the effect of computer and internet literacy and cellular phone possession on depression and suicidal ideation among elderly. This study used data of 2011 national survey results on the elderly life conditions. To determine the effectiveness of computer and internet literacy and cellular phone possession, a total of 6,774 respondents over 60 years of age was selected. The SPSS package was used to analyze the data. Multiple linear regression and logit analysis was run to verify influence of information conditions(computer and internet literacy and cellular phone possession) on depression and suicidal ideation. The results are as follows. First, the elder who is male, younger, has higher education and economic level and lives with spouce is in good information conditions. On the contrary to this, the elder who is female, older, low level of education and economic, single and lives with grandchildren is in information minority group. They have high level of depression and rate of suicidal ideation. Second, computer and internet literacy and cellular phone possession associate with level of depression significantly. Third, computer and internet literacy do not associate with suicidal ideation significantly. The results of this study provide significant source to plan informatization policy and welfare services for socially isolated older people.

Innovation of genomics technology has recently been extended to Direct To Consumer Genetic Test (DTC-GT) which consumers purchase without requesting the service on medical institutes. In 2016, Korea has introduced the DTC-GT but the market size is small comparing to global market. This study analyzes consumers' purchase intentions and purposes and their influential factors based on 2018 consumer survey. According to the results of binominal and multinominal logistic regression, knowledge after purchase, attitude on medical care benefit, health status are statistically significant on purchase intentions. Purchase purposes are different on age group and related on medical care rather than health care. These results imply that DTC-GT is needed to improve consumer satisfaction, re-purchase and effective care service. This paper is expected to contribute on strategic directions for the new DTC-GT product development.
