The purpose of this study verified the relationship between parents' perception of program value, service quality, and service satisfaction who participate in special sports activities. For this a survey was conducted with parents participating in the program at welfare facilities and private institutions in the metropolitan area. The survey was directly visited by the researcher, and 236 copies of data were collected and used for analysis. For the collected data, the causal relationship was verified through descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed a significant influence in tangibility, reliability, empathy, and guarantee in the relationship between program value perception and service quality. Second, in the relationship between program value perception and service satisfaction, significant influence was shown on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction, it showed a significant influence on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to provide more effective and realistic basic data to the secondary physical education field by promoting a realistic understanding of the 2022 revised physical education curriculum and providing information on professional development and sustainable policy decisions. The research method was largely an analysis through literature review and qualitative research methods, and data was collected using in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, first, major changes in the content system were confirmed in the 2022 revised physical education curriculum. Second, it was possible to confirm understanding, changes, and improvements regarding the revised curriculum through the perceptions of field physical education teachers. In conclusion, in order for the 2022 revised physical education curriculum to be applied stably, it is believed that it must be accompanied by a systematic approach to teacher education, support for restructuring the curriculum, and improvement in the adaptability of field teachers to the curriculum.

According to growing the leisure boat market, safety-related and weather information have been required by different users with different electronic devices. NAVTEX messages transmitting worldwide from local stations are a kind of useful service, even for non mandatory carriage requirement vessel, such as small or fishing vessels. However, it is not easy for all users to recognize intuitively. This paper is to implement the NAVTEX message on tablet PC, indicating warning positions of message on Android-based google map.

최근 평균수명이 증가와 더불어 삶의 질이 중요시하고 건강한 삶을 누리고자하는 인류의 염원은 보건의료라는 보편적 가치에 동반 상승할 수 있는 산업과의 결합이 의료관광이라는 새로운 관광시장을 형성하였다. 의료관광은 시장규모가 1억 달러 이상에 이를 것으로 예상되는 고부가가치 산업이다. 또한 외국인을 상대 의료관광은 체류기간이 길고 지출비용도 일반 관광객의 3배 이상으로 지역경제 활성화에 큰 공헌을 하는 대표적인 신 성장 동력산업으로 보고 있다. 더불어 의료관광 추세가 의료서비스를 받으면서 휴양 레저 문화활동을 함께 즐기는 방향으로 발전될 것으로 예측하고 최근 단순 치료 목적이 아닌 방향으로 선회하고 있다. 그러나 국가 정책적 산업으로서 육성에 박차를 가하고는 있으나 의료 기반시설이 열악하고 관련 규정 및 제도적 미비점이 지금의 의료관광 산업에 발맞추지 못하는 실정이다. 이는 주변 경쟁국에 비해 인식부족과 세계시장에 대한 마케팅 활동 부족 및 의료관광 상품의 다양성 부족 등과 함께 의료관광이 활성화하기 위하여 여러 가지 제약이 되는 정책적 문제점들이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 우리나라의 의료관광에 대한 정책적 과제를 살펴보고 이를 개선하기 위한 제도적 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The number of cyclists is on the steady growing for leisure, sports and transportation with the increasing interest in health and environment. However, the number of cycling accidents is also increasing steadily due to the lack of safety awareness and regulations. Focusing on these issues, we propose and develop the smart LED cycling helmet in order to reduce a risk of cycling accident. To provide the motion information of the bicycle for others, we attach the LEDs on the helmet and control the LED lights using Arduino. The motion information is displayed on the LED helmet by using sensors of the smartphone. Communication between Arduino and the smartphone is performed through Bluetooth.

The research developed twin keel yacht for everyone which is able to stand erectly on mud flat without list and intended to commercialize the development product for popularization of west coast's marine leisure industry. Yacht's linear was utilized by "Blue Water21" has superior performance among the existing sailing yachts and twin keel model has been tested by calculation of mono keel's extent and its center of gravity. The result was that only 4 % of difference have been identified between mono keel and twin keel's hydrodynamic resistance which was smaller difference than predicted.

A compass device which indicates the right direction using the recorded voice was developed to assist the people who are blind when they are walking and moving to somewhere. The developed voice compass consists of a sensing module which recognizes the terrestrial magnetism with magnetic sensor, voice recorder IC, speaker and microprocessor which controlled all the components. It has 32 directions resolution and can continuously indicates the progressing direction with established time interval for the user convenience. It can help walking of the blind people and designed to be used in various sports and leisure. The performance of the developed device was verified by experiment with person who are blind.

In order for life-sports to develop sports policies need to be addressed in the conceptual categories of sports welfare policies. Beyond the concept of sports welfare, it must be recognized as an important part of general welfare to further increase the effectiveness of sports welfare policies. And for sports welfare policies to be effectively delivered to the target people, it need to be incorporated into a national-level policy system such as a general welfare system. In this study sports welfare governance and Exclusive Organization Policy Model was proposed as one of the ways in which sports welfare policies were incorporated into a national delivery system.

With the current surge in leisure sports activities involving firearms and the costly shooting practices in the military, there's a growing interest in using virtual reality as a cost-effective alternative. This study proposes a system that addresses the drawbacks of existing shooting practice setups, such as dim spaces and high installation costs, by making it feasible on large display screens. The system integrates IR receivers and guns for practice, ensuring usability and efficiency through an application. Additionally, an accuracy adjustment feature enhances precise coordination recognition. As a result, this cyber light gun system offers an affordable solution for outdoor training.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meanings that pre-service secondary physical education teachers attach to learning-centered teaching through metaphor analysis and to examine their perceptions of the application of learning-centered teaching in physical education. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to express the perception of learning-centered teaching in metaphors. The data analysis was processed through the process of coding, metaphor classification, determining the unit of analysis, and categorisation of the sample according to the metaphor analysis method. As a result, four major categories of educational needs, educational goals and contents, teaching and learning methods and evaluation, teacher education and roles, and eight content types were derived: lessons for self-actualisation, lessons for preparing for future society, lessons that foster creativity, open and diverse lessons, lessons that stimulate curiosity and interest, lessons that are suitable for individual development and characteristics, lessons that are burdensome to implement, and lessons that require teacher creativity and originality. The results of this study provide implications for the necessity and direction of learning-centered class.
