Color harmony will look good formative elements of the basic lines, shapes and colors. In this paper, we present the implementation of Johannes Itten's color balance. Yellow, red, blue, on the basis of the first color mixing between the index and second color is placed. 12 color balance made by placing a third color between the first color and second color. we recognize this 12 color balance. Edge is detected using the Canny edge operator and labeling and clustering was expressed through the colors.

In this paper, system divide into the edge extraction, labeling, clustering, and South Korea's traditional color combination and identifying to identify Korea's traditional colors. Edge is extracted using Canny operator. And given the label, and clustering to ensure the quality of the cluster. Finally, we identify color harmony by organizing and comparing primary color with secondary color configuration table Korea traditional color.

The color harmony in video was no way to know for giving pleasure. By identifying these color harmony, it gives order, clarity, similarity, contrast, etc. Therefore, to identify the color balance is very important. Color Harmony identify the color is whether the harmony by color harmony theory of Munsell, Ostwald, Firren, Moon & Spenser, Itten, Chevreul, and Judd etc. One of these methods, we identify color harmonies of 2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors, 5 colors and 6 colors using Itten's color balance. Identification is using by Canny edge extraction, labeling and clustering, and color extraction and harmony etc. By identifying this color harmonies, we have laid the foundation of emotional database construction and emotional recognition.

In this paper, we propose a text extraction method by pattern analysis on contour for effective text detection in image. Text extraction algorithms using edge based methods show good performance in images with simple backgrounds, The images of complex background has a poor performance shortcomings. The proposed method simplifies the color of the image by using K-means clustering in the preprocessing process to detect the character region in the image. Enhance the boundaries of the object through the High pass filter to improve the inaccuracy of the boundary of the object in the color simplification process. Then, by using the difference between the expansion and erosion of the morphology technique, the edges of the object is detected, and the character candidate region is discriminated by analyzing the pattern of the contour portion of the acquired region to remove the unnecessary region (picture, background). As a final result, we have shown that the characters included in the candidate character region are extracted by removing unnecessary regions.
