Although there are many processes in which factors interact with each other during enterprise resource planning(ERP) implementation, factors affecting ERP implementation have been investigated in an isolated way. In order to bridge the gap, this study attempts to provide a research model to explain how these factors affect ERP implementation success from a holistic perspective. In particular, this research focuses on how bundling and leveraging processes affect ERP implementation success using resource based theory, a strategy formulation framework, and a dynamic resource management model of value creation. The model amalgamates organizational resources and capabilities via the bundling and leveraging processes to identify the effect on ERP implementation success. This paper validates the proposed model by presenting Australian aviation industry case study. Case findings will be in help to reveal the effect of resource bundling in establishing capabilities and effect of capabilities leveraging in deriving the ERP implementation success.

Then, it investigated the investment preference through the previous studies to analyze the influence factor of investment satisfaction and demonstrated the effects through the PLS (Partial Least Squares) regression. In addition, it separated the target type to institutional investors and retail investors and carried out the survey for comparing the investment preference of investor type. The result of analysis found out that institutional investors emphasis on investment preference such as the Inflation hedge, Early payback, Financial stability, Leverage risk and etc. Then, general investors emphasis on investment preference such as the Rental income, Facilities and Equipment, Business area and population, Ease of use, Leverage risk, Early payback and etc. In addition, common investment preferences are the Leverage risk, Early payback and Facility accessibility.

Carbon tips were grown on Si cantilevers by applying an electron beam to them directly with Scanning Electron Microscope. A carbon tip was fabricated by aligning the electron beam directly down the vertical axis of Si cantilever and then irradiating a single spot on the cantilever for a proper time in the dominant atmosphere of residual gases generated by the oil of the diffusion pump. A number of control parameters for SEM, including exposure time, acceleration voltage, emission current, and beam probe current, were allowed to make various aspect ratio feature. The growth of carbon tips was not affected by the surface morphology of substrates. We could acquired the tip whose effective length is 0.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$, bottom diameter is 90 nm and cone half angle $3.5^{\circ}$ The growth technique of the high aspect ratio carbon tips on the tip-free cantilevers is available to reduce the complexities of fabricating sub-micron scale tips on the PZT thin film actuator integrated AFM cantilevers.

Objective: The aim of this study was to conduct three-dimensional finite element analysis of individual tooth displacement and stress distribution when a posterior retraction force of 200 g was applied at different positions of the retraction hook on the transpalatal arch (TPA) of a molar, and over different lengths of the lever arm on the maxillary anterior teeth in lingual orthodontics. Methods: A three-dimensional finite element model, including the entire upper dentition, periodontal ligaments, and alveolar bones, was constructed on the basis of a sample (Nissan Dental Product, Kyoto, Japan) survey of Asian adults. Individual movement of the incisal edge and root apex was estimated along the x-, y-, and z-coordinates to analyze tooth displacement and von Mises stress distribution. Results: When the length of the lever arm was 15 mm and 20 mm, the incisal edge and root apex of the anterior teeth was displaced lingually, with a maximum lingual displacement at the lever arm length of 20 mm. When the posterior retraction hook was on the root apex, the molars showed distal displacement. When the length of the lever arm was 20 mm, anterior extrusion was reduced and the crown of the canine displaced toward the buccal side, in which case, the retraction hook was on the edge, rather than at the center, of the TPA. Conclusions: The results of the analysis showed that when 6 anterior teeth were retracted posteriorly, lateral displacement of the canine and lingual displacement of the incisal edge and root apex of the anterior teeth occur without the extrusion of the anterior segment when the length of the lever arm is longer, and the posterior retraction hook is in the midpalatal area.

The studies of franchise companies are underway with the development of the franchise industry. Franchisor performance, franchisee performance, and relationship characteristics on performance, financial performance, non-financial performance, including research on the topic or purpose of the franchise performance and related discussions from a variety of perspectives have been proposed. Presented so comprehensive a discussion regarding the existing performance of the franchise and qualitative aspects such as satisfaction, long-term orientation to emphasize the limits. Therefore, this study was conducted by the franchise company's performance than the need to be clearly presented. Propose a quantifiable and quantified to reflect the characteristics of the franchise quantitative performance indicators. Franchise contract management systematically analyze the status of the enterprise contract management(ECM) and proposed contract management, leverage as an indicator for a more quantitative analysis. Contract management leverage is the franchise as an indicator of the merchant and the growth of the contract showing any significant changes in the coming changes in the Franchisee's sales growth target analysis results, notable implications could be found. This study are new methodology for the practical dimensions of performance of franchise companies.

홍대앞의 지상4층, 지하3층의 전시판매시설, 도심지의 부족한 녹지공간을 해소하고자 300평의 대지에 공원을 조성하고 건물은 필로티를 두어 통행과 이동이 용이하도록 하였다. 전체건물은 트러스아치로 이루어진 주 구조체에서 기둥을 내려 각층 슬래브를 받치는 매단구조이며 2개의 도로가 교차되는 지점으로 다수의통행인에 대응하도록 전시실을 케이블로 지지된 캔틸레버로 내밀어 공간을 만들었다.
