Today, our digital media environments are shifting from a new biological paradigm that can be characterized by "personalization", "interaction", and "kinesis." According to this paradigm shift, the change of media skin is needed, which plays an important role on our urban environments. Thus, this research aims to propose a new media skin that supports user participation based on a new digital media paradigm. For this study, we begin by extracting the essential factors from the characteristics with personalization, interaction, and kinesis through exploring the theories related to the new digital media paradigm. Based on the extracted factors, we investigated the limitation of emerging media skins and proposed a new media skin in order to overcome it. The module-based media skin proposed in this study enables users to quickly and easily design and arrange their own form that they want and display diverse contents through intelligent interaction between modules. This research contributes to providing the framework for guiding designers when they design their media skins.

Currently information related service such as internet banking, chatting, social network services are quite well smeared into our daily life. Moreover, a rapid growth of service using smart devices brought an importance of security in internet services and a research activation of digital forensic in a crime investigation. This paper presented a previous digital forensic research trend and based on this, suggested a technology-strategy integrated digital forensic process platform, taking a mid-long term government leading ICT R&D strategy and ICT paradigm shift into account.

The study looks for keys to provide development direction of digital textbooks based on educational meaning and roles for increasing satisfaction of teacher and student uses in educational activities. In the paradigm shift toward learner-centered pedagogy, digital textbooks have been actively discussed in exploiting the pedagogical ideas, such as multimedia learning, self-regulated learning, deeper learning, and collaborative learning, offered by the technology. In the study, we discuss the concept and historical background of digital textbooks based on the changes of pedagogical paradigm, and then we discuss fundamental functionality, effectiveness, physical and psychological impact, and cognitive aspects to empower the use of digital textbooks in public education system.

디지털 영상제작 환경의 변화가 제일 먼저 뿌리를 내린 곳은 바로 1인 제작방식(One Man Producing System)을 취하고 있는 VJ(Video Journalist) 분야다. 6mm 소형 디지털 카메라와 디지털 편집기술의 등장 이후 VJ를 중심으로 급속도로 확산되고 있는 1인 제작시스템은 영상물 제작의 새로운 패러다임을 형성하고 있으며, 특히 VJ시스템의 고효율성은 기존의 방송영상물 시장에 기여할 수 있는 높은 잠재력과 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 그러나 현재 VJ시스템은 단지 값싼 영상제작 시스템정도로 왜곡되어 관습화 되어가고 있는 실정이다. 이런 맥락에서 본 논문은 VJ시스템의 특성을 중심으로 그 경쟁력 강화를 위한 지향점을 논한다.

디지털 기술의 발전은 커뮤니케이션과 그래픽 산업의 지속적인 변화를 요구하고 있다. 물론 이에 대응하려는 인쇄인의 노력도 전 세계적으로 끊임없이 이어지고 있다. 약간의 온도차는 있지만, 변화하는 패러다임 변화에 부응하려는 미국의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 우리의 대응방안을 가늠해 본다.

인터넷의 활용과 컴퓨터 기술환경의 새로운 패러다임 변화는 디지털도서관의 등장을 가져오게 하였으며, 동시에 이미 온라인 서비스를 실시해오던 여러 분야의 정보센터들로 하여금 어떠한 유형의 데이터도 저장, 관리, 제공하며 정보라는 상품을 생산해 내는 정보시장(Information Marketplace)의 역할 자로서 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 1980년대부터 진행되어온 도서관 서지자료의 Database화 작업과 병행하여 도서관 이용자에게 보다 광범위하고 효용성 있는 정보를 제공하기 위한 디지털도서관의 이론적 배경에 대하여 기술하고, 디지털도서관의 주요 소장정보인 원문이미지정보의 처리기술에 대한 이론을 정리하며, 현재국내에서 추진중인 원문이미지정보시스템의 분석을 통하여 향후 디지털도서관 구축시 비교분석 모델을 제시해보고자 한다.
