A Research of Convergence Art Education Program for Creativity Manifestation Utilizing Waste (폐품을 활용한 창의성 발현 융복합 미술교육 프로그램 연구 - 미술활동에서의 창의성 발현을 중심으로)

  • Creation by human starts from ascribed situation. That means creating new relationships among seemingly unrelated things. The art production process requires creativity which materializes the inspiration emerging as an image. The production of sculpture utilizing waste is creative in regard of its advantage of being easy to recognize since it de-categorizes ascribed things and needs an overall view of considering decomposed sculpture elements syntagmatically according to the new image. Students have different point of view and develop creativity and originality in their curiosity of seeking something new, observing things of their vision, the standard of using material and in the process of selecting the materials, etc. This research suggests an extensive creativity education of producing sculpture, which implies the environmental consciousness and life respect, by means of change their recognition about seemingly meaningless waste.

A case report of a surgical guide fabricated via intraoral scanning-based implant planning and wax-based rapid prototyping (구강스캐너를 이용한 임플란트 수술 계획 및 왁스 기반 쾌속조형법으로 제작한 수술용 가이드 증례)

  • With the recent progress of digital technology, the computer guided surgery utilizing a guide template in the placement of implant has been actively performed, and the method employing the intraoral scanner at the implant prosthesis introduced. Fabrication method of the guide template can be largely classified into design-related rapid prototyping (RP) system and vector milling system, and each of the method has its own weakness in the clinical application despite of excellent accuracy. Thus, in this case study, a working model was fabricated by the wax RP technology using images acquired by CBCT and an intraoral scanner, and the metal bushing was picked up with orthodontic resin cast upon the wax model. Using this method, a surgical guide template was fabricated and used in surgery. From this, we could obtain a satisfactory outcome clinically in the implant placement and the fabrication of the final prostheses and thus report this case herein.

  • Today's Digital Environment made Typography to enter into a new phase. The Type which is a principal component of Typography is no exception to this aspect. However since the existing two-dimensional space has figurative potential, Visual Communication designers are still striving to explore both X axis and Y axis. In this context, Z axis which signifies 'Depth' is often recognized as an unfamiliar mathematical concept unrelated to Design Sensibility. If Z axis is used, the figurative aspect can be acquired, which was hard to be realized in the flat space, because the additional space of depth allows the expansion of omni-directional expression of target. Most notable is the fact that Z axis provided by Digital Environment has actually long existed and is inseparable from Type. This study, therefore, focuses on the three-dimensional expression of Type in the Visual Communication Design area by taking into account the above characteristics.

  • In the 12th century to the 13th century, was the heyday of celadon, Koryo celadon after experienced celadon firing technology of imitation to the peak period of the development of Chinese celadon, especially on decoration technology pioneered the self unique style, the way of engraving, $xi{\grave{a}}ngqi{\grave{a}}n$. During this period, the southern Song dynasty celadon in China also innovated in the mature celadon firing technology and became more distinctive. The decorative style also promoted the aesthetic interest of the Song dynasty. Celadon decoration is not only a decorative art of ceramic art, but also a representation of national cultural phenomenon with the traditional culture in the development of contemporary art, play a more important role and value.

  • In various cultures and civilizations, artists are trying new ideas of reinterpreting the beauty of classic and redefining it in the ways of modern times rather than creating something new. In other words, modern cultural trend is creating a new culture by combining sensibilities of classic amid the flood of information with modern senses of artists. This study tries to combine various cultures an designs in accordance with this cultural change. Based on the features of expressing emotions of individuals and the world of impossible experiences from the short story 'When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom' of Lee Hyoseok, an incomplete area of consciousness which is at the border line of the polarized world divided by existence and absence is the area which creates a new culture by arousing readers' imagination as a potential world of thought. In addition, based on language from the short story, a researcher tries to utilize symbolic and imaginal beauties inside of that language as a material of design, and formative analysis them with the composition of proper words for visualization.

  • As an important branch of decoration of blue and white painting, folk blue and white painting not only has a very long history, but also has a very distinctive folklore and artistry. During the Ming and qing dynasties is an important period, in the development of the folk blue and white painting, the folk craftsmen through long-term study and practice, constantly familiar with drawing technique to master the method, combining folk life form, and folk painting decorative expression aesthetic demand, thus make the painting MinSuXing and artistic expression continuously into the blue and white porcelain painting in the process of development, become an important and indispensable component of ceramic decoration.

  • 본 논문은 7kW급의 DCM PFC 회로를 제안한다. DCM 제어방식은 제어기의 복잡성이 단순하여 디지털 제어기 적용이 용이하며 인덕터 사이즈가 다른 방식에 비해 작게 설계됨으로 전력밀도를 높일 수 있지만 입력전압이 높아짐에 따라 역률은 상대적으로 낮아지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 7kW급 DCM 방식의 Boost PFC 컨버터를 구현하고 전류조형기법을 적용하여 넓은 입력 전압 범위에도 역률이 0.99이상이 되는 것을 실험을 통해 확인한다.

The Proportion of Game Character and Game Image (게임캐릭터의 등신비율과 게임이미지)

  • Since the advent of digital games with hardware development a key component of the game characters are changed to retard the rate at which types of users based on their favorite theory of human proportion. Many popular to gamers in the game according to the change in the retard rate in a unique image of the character. Studies on the head and body proportion are thought that up to now been insufficient. The purpose of this study is to examine a fundamental human proportion that has importance as a molding factor in the game character development, it investigated the characteristics of the game character, and classifying the retard rate of the game character, through the research method of analyzing the results, into the retard rate look for and investigate studying the effect on future game images. Five types of game characters that make up the analysis were analyzed with a unique image, and the more specialized users prefer retard rate, the figurative exaggeration to retard rate than the actual main body. Utilizing a bit exaggerated the difficulties of the character looks relatively small proportion character in the graphic wallpaper increased visibility. The proportion of a game character through the study is considered as a very important factor as the game image in the game development.

Surveyed restoration and RPD framework design utilizing electronic surveying (전자 서베잉을 이용한 서베이드 금관과 국소의치 프레임워크 디자인)

  • There are still many limitations on fabricating dentures using digital method while computerized production of fixed prostheses utilizing intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM technology has propagated rapidly. Recently the digital solution of fabricating removable partial denture by applying haptic input device, electronic surveying, and rapid prototyping was introduced. In this case presentation, five patients were treated with surveyed crown and removable partial dentures by this digital solution. Fit of dentures was excellent except for one case which showed morphological difference between the actual teeth and that of master cast by the erroneous impression process. There also was not any problem of stability and retention after adaptation in the clinical setting.

Digital Face Design with Reference to Contemporary Fashion (현대패션의 관점에서 본 디지털 페이스디자인)

  • This study based on the digital innovation of the fashion industry has researched digital-based face design that already has many users all over the world through social media and has influenced the fashion industry. The purpose of this study is to present the future vision of the direction of the fashion industry by classifying representative cases of augmented reality-based digital face design and deriving the oriented value that penetrates them. It was needed to analyzing 3D designer's works that provide digital filter-based face design to the public through Instagram and Facebook. As a result of observing the oriented value of digital face design from the point of view of modern fashion through case exploration, three trends were drawn: experimental formativeness orientation, playful experience orientation, and future technology orientation. This study limited the scope to digital-based face design, but the conclusions presented through these are applicable to all areas of fashion. Therefore, it is supposed to expect to study new phenomena related to fashion design and fashion communication based on digital augmented reality beyond the scope of face design in the future.
