As the cyber threats of nuclear power plants become more necessary to systematically prepare against the cyber attack, the international community and the domestic government are urged to apply proper security controls for Critical Digital Assets (CDA) through cyber security regulatory guidelines. In this study, we suggests the application of security controls to develop the regulatory requirements of the graded approach through the analysis of domestic and foreign cyber security regulation guidelines and best practices for digital assets directly related to nuclear accidents. In order to apply the regulatory requirements based on the consequence(impact of infringement) of the regulated facility, which is a basic consideration of the graded approach, we will classify two methods and describe details of each method. By reanalyzing existing security controls, it is introduced that the method of demanding digital assets directly related to accident to enhance security controls required for existing CDA or develop additional security controls and requiring minimum security controls for CDA that are not directly related to accident.

ISO/TC307 기술위원회는 분산원장 기초적인 기술표준에서 응용, 디지털자산 및 디지털 화폐와 같은 응용/서비스 표준개발로 중심이 이동한 듯한 분위기이다. 영국이 TC68과의 협동으로 디지털 화폐 개발에 열정을 보이고 있다. 금융대국영국이 블록체인 기반 디지털 금융 산업에서 선두 지위를 확보하고자 노력하고 있다는 것을 피부로 느낄 수 있는 회의였다고 판단이 된다. 한편 미국은 NFT를 이용한 물리 자산의 디지털 표현 표준을 담당하는 WG8을 신설 한 것은 선진국가들이 블록체인을 이용하여 산업의 실질 표준개발을 지향하고 있다고 판단한다. 이에 한국에서도 블록체인감사지침, 분산원장을 위한 27002 등을 제안하여 표준개발 중이다.

2020년 7월 정부는 포스트 코로나 시대를 선언하며, 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 발표하였다. 한국판 뉴딜은 디지털인프라 구축, 비대면 산업육성, SOC 디지털화를 기본방향으로 내세웠으며 빅데이터, 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT) 등 4차산업 핵심기술의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 최근 인천공항은 한국판 뉴딜 정부정책에 부응하기 위해 인천공항 K-뉴딜 프로젝트를 추진 중이며, 세부 전략과제로 자산관리의 디지털전환을 위한 IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템을 구축 중이다. IoT기반 스마트자산관리시스템은 인천공항에 위치한 실내외 이동형 자산에 대해 끊김없는 위치정보를 제공하는 시스템으로 기존 시스템(RFID) 대비 약 4억 원의 인적, 물적 자원을 절감하는 효과를 나타낼 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템의 핵심기술인 실내외 연속측위 스마트 트래커와 네트워크의 구성, 저전력 위치정보 제공방법을 제시한다.

Recently, cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Bitcoin, which are called digital assets, Cryptocurrency has completely different characteristics from real assets and must be handled carefully and safely. But The disadvantage of digital assets is that anyone who knows the private key of the wallet can easily steal the digital assets. If the seed card is lost, stolen, or exposed when used, you can use the wallet by recovering the private key using the seed card acquired by someone else. In this paper We aim to safely protect encrypted assets by using QR codes when providing mnemonic words needed to create seed cards.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare the existing digital media asset management systems and develop a prospective implementation model. As a result of conducting this research, it is recommended that the prospective system consists of an archiving server, a processing server, and an interface system. This result suggests important starting point to develop a resonable and reliable implementation model for digital media asset management system.

The purposes of the study is to examine the relationship between developmental assets, stress and risk behaviors of university students. The subject of the study is 1023 university students. Questionnaire organized by scales of developmental assets, stress and risk behaviors was used. The major findings were as follows; First, internal assets made direct effects on stress and risk behaviors. External assets made direct effects on stress. Second, mediating effects of stress were statistically significant in relations between developmental assets and risk behaviors. External assets were complete mediating effects by making effects indirectly on risk behaviors through the stress. Internal assets showed partial mediating effects.

As IT is also recognized as assets, IT assets management system is trying to introduce for the management and operation in domestic enterprises and public institutions. The general assets management system was introduced in domestic companies, but because it managed mainly the only simple information about the assets, there were a lot of operational difficulties of the assets. In order to operate effectively the IT assets used in special business such as bank, prosecutors, railway, etc the classification system of IT assets based on the EA was needed first of all. Accordingly, in this paper, we classified IT assets systematically according to the EA meta model Application Guide V1.4 in consideration of the characteristics about the IT asset business for A public institution, and performed to improve the operating costs and efficiency by implementing a web-based IT assets management system for this public institution.

최근, 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경 속에서 업무 효율성 극대화가 비즈니스를 수행하는데 필요로 한다고 인식하고, 이를 위한 해결책이 조직원간 정보공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식경영 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영 시스템의 근간이 되는 디지털 문서들은 복사 및 전달이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어 질 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라, 기업은 업무 효율성을 높이면서 동시에 기밀정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 정보보안 정책을 세우고 있는 실정이다. 대부분 기업들의 초창기 정보화 과정에서는 네트웍 보안에 치중하여 대다수의 기업 내부 정보 유출 사레가 내부자의 소행이라는 것이 밝혀지면서 업무의 효율성이라는 측면과 기업 내부 정보 보안을 위한 보안 기술을 채택하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 누출차단과 식별을 위한 다큐먼트 보안을 디자인함으로써, 디지털 정보보안 체계 확립과 더불어, 디지털 정보자산을 안정적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 발생할 수 도 있는 디지털 정보자산의 불법유출을 사전에 차단함으로써 기업/기관의 노하우 및 정보자산을 안정적인 보호로 피해를 방지할 수 있게 되었다.

The objective of this study focuses on the relationship between increasing of leverage and income, asset purchase. For empirical test, regression analysis was conducted using panel data of the household financial welfare survey. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, increasing of leverage is determined by the asset purchase. Deleveraging can be realized by reducing the size of the assets. Second, increase of leverage has positively affected on the increase of asset. Also, the increase of income has significantly positive influence on the increase of assets. These results provide practical guidance as research in increasing of leverage and increase of asset and the limitations of the research and future study are discussed as well.

The E-government Act is in the complete revision process to promote the digital information preservation of the administrative information systems although the preservation of digital information in public sectors is now being regulated by the Public Records Act. In this challenging situation reconstruction of the public records policies has become a task that can no longer be delayed. The current public records policies are insufficient to manage various forms of digital information. The purpose of this study is to suggest the directions of the public records policies in digital transformation era. To this end, it analyze the recent changes in public records policies in the U.K. and Australia as leading models. The analysis derives four trends such as; i) extending management policies from declared records to all information, ii) adopting digital continuity policy, iii) managing information as records asset, and iv) establishment of information governance systems at national level.
