The problem of the objective adequacy on land estimation has been seriously discussed with the Issue of paradigm conversion on land policy as the economy situation has been worse enough to be confused due to the sale price which could not be predicted in Korea. Especially as the data of the government land value is not recognized as the official one, the separate alternation has been adopted to calculate the value of land compensation or development allotment. Rather it has raised a question in argument that the system of the declared value does not accomplish its basic function properly on the contrary of the original purpose to unify the computation of the government land value. To reconsider the adequacy of government land value, the most crucial factor is to select the items of land estimation reasonably. In addition, it is urgently required to develop the system of digital contents to provide the data of land evaluation which most of people could trust, who are facing of the flood of information through internet.

대중을 대상으로 한 과학정보의 연계체계를 구축하면서 과학분야별, 기관단체별 보유 과학대중화 자료(문헌, 영상, 음성자료)를 조사 및 목록화하고 한국과학문화재단 보유 자료를 포함한 각 기관-단체 발간 문헌자료를 디지털화 시키면서, 기존의 TEXT 위주의 DB에서 사용자가 보다 쉽고 친숙하게 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 DB를 멀티미디어화하여 구축 하므로써 기존의 TEXT 위주의RDB를 택하지 않고, ORDB를 지원하는DBMS중 개발과 운영 및 타DB와 호환이 용이한 DBMS를 도입함으로써 과학분야별로 일반인이 이해하기 쉬운 형태의 자료(텍스트 및 디지털 영상, 음성, 애니메이션, 가상실험등)를 활용한 분야 소개 정보를 구축했다.

최근 국악계가 지향하는 국악의 발전 방향은 국악의 대중화 및 현대화에 초점이 맞춰져있다. 이에 국악인들은 창작 국악, 크로스 오버 국악 등의 새로운 국악을 연주하는 공연을 진행해오고 있으나 타 분야의 기술 융합을 통한 국악 관련 콘텐츠 개발의 측면에서 제작된 디지털 콘텐츠들은 두각을 드러내지 못했다. 다수의 선행연구에서는 국악 소재 디지털 콘텐츠에 관한 학술적 연구가 미미하다고 언급하며 이에 대한 연구의 필요성을 강조했다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 국악 소재 디지털 콘텐츠의 특징에 관한 사례연구를 진행했다. 사례조사 범위는 국내 스마트폰 보급이 본격화 된 2009년부터 2022년까지로 설정하여 해당 자료를 수집했다. 본 연구의 분석기준은 사례를 크게 콘텐츠의 기능적 측면과 내용적 측면으로 나누어 국악과의 연계성을 분석하는 데에 집중했다. 연구 결과 팬데믹으로 인한 언택트 형태의 온라인 국악 교육 콘텐츠가 주를 이루었고, 정보 콘텐츠와 교육 콘텐츠의 사례가 모두 이에 해당했다. 공연 콘텐츠는 LED 기술을 사용한 의상을 입은 퍼포먼스형 공연의 형태와 3D 미디어 아트가 주가 되는 음악회의 형태가 있고, 오락 콘텐츠는 리듬 게임과 스토리텔링형 게임으로 나눌 수 있었다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 언급한 국악 콘텐츠 연구의 한계점을 해소하고자 수집한 자료를 본 연구의 분석 기준에 적용하여 특징을 도출하는 데에 그치지 않고 더 나아가 향후 국악 소재 디지털 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 할 방향을 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 지닌다. 또한 사례의 연도별 추이를 파악하였으므로 국악을 소재로 한 콘텐츠 제작 사례에 관한 연구를 진행하는 향후 연구자들에게 기초자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

전자도서관은 기존의 자료 및 새로운 디지털 자료들을 웹을 통해 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 하지만 웹을 통해 디지털 자료에 대한 서비스를 제공하고자 할 때 기존의 오프라인 도서관 서비스와는 달리, 많은 제약조건과 사용자의 접근 제어 방법을 도입하지 않아 대부분의 디지털 자료들에 대한 서비스가 매우 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이것은 기존의 오프라인 도서관에서 사용하는 인증인가 방식을 전자도서관에 그대로 사용하고 있기 때문에 발생하는 문제이다. 이에 본 논문은 전자도서관에서 웹을 통해 디지털 자료를 서비스 할 때, 인증서를 통한 강화된 인증인가가 필요한 이유를 설명하고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 기존에 제안된 인중서 기반 인증 인가 모델을 살펴본다. 그리고 기존 모델의 문제점들을 보완한 인증서 기반의 인증인가 구조를 제시하고 향후 전자도서관 인증인가 모델 개발에 필요한 과제들을 제시한다.

The core competence of the library originates from the huge analog collections and the high-quality digital contents. And when the interaction between two entities strengthens, it will be able to secure the identity as the time capsule and the gateway of knowledge information. Based on these prerequisites, this research analyzed the spectra of digital collection development and presented the various strategies about license of the electronic journals, internet collection development, institutional repository. When the library does not concentrate in digital collection development, the position as information common will be under losing.

The digital forensics are new kinds of security that investigate and verificate fact relation about activities based on digital data. In this paper, we implemented digital forensic tool that can be used in collecting, analyzing, and reporting evidences. This tool support intuitional GUI that everybody can analyze easily. And a simple operation can collect and analyze active data. Also, we can decrease much time and endeavor by using this forensic tool that support reliable data.

최근 Web 2.0의 연장선 상에서 Library 2.0에 대한 논의가 급증하고 있다. 이와 같이 새로운 기술이 등장할 때마다 디지털도서관의 발전에 대해서는 새로운 전망이 등장하게 된다. 이 글에서는 디지털도서관의 발전을 특정 기술 위주의 시각이 아닌 구성 자원 위주의 시각 혹은 이용자 중심의 시각에서 바라보려고 시도하였다. 디지털화 대상의 변천을 기준으로 하였을 때, 현재 디지털도서관은 2차 자료나 1차 자료와 같은 정보자원의 디지털화 단계를 거쳐서 인적자원 간의 커뮤니케이션이 디지털화하는 단계로 접어든 것으로 보인다. 향후의 디지털도서관 개발에는 커뮤니케이션의 디지털화와 함께 이용자의 참여를 적극적으로 유도할 필요가 있을 것이다.

With the deepening integration of technology and cultural industries, China's digital cultural industry has begun to rise. The digital culture industry has met new demands for cultural consumption and brought new experiences to consumers in the digital economy era. This paper uses the public data of 36 Chinese A-share listed companies in digital culture from 2018 to 2019 to construct a technical innovation efficiency evaluation index system for listed companies in China's digital cultural industry. Through the use of data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, the technical innovation efficiency of 36 listed companies in China's digital cultural industry was evaluated. The research results show that: (1) China's 36 listed companies have low technological innovation efficiency; (2) the allocation of R&D resources of listed companies is unreasonable; (3) there is a large difference in technological innovation efficiency among listed companies. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of technology innovation of listed companies in China's digital culture industry by investing more R&D funds, distributing R&D resources, establishing effective dynamic incentive mechanism, promoting government-industrial-academic research.

국내에서는 수량산출정보의 전자적인 교환, 납품 등의 활용을 위한 자료구조 및 파일포맷 등을 규격화 하여 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준을 개발하였다. 국외에서는 IFC 국제표준을 통해 BIM 발주시 데이터 납품 포맷으로 IFC를 활용하고 있으며 건축분야를 중심으로 공사비 정보의 표준 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 Type 및 Element와 IFC 국제표준의 공사비 정보 Entity를 비교분석하여 국내 토목분야 실정에 부합하는 공사비 분야 정보모델 표준개발의 기반자료로 활용하고자 한다.
