Analysis of Digital Vision Measurement Resolution by Influence Parameters (디지털 영상 계측 기술의 영향인자에 따른 정밀도 분석)

  • This study has reviewed the applicability of displacement measurement by using a digital vision technique based on typical photogrammetric methods. In this study, a series of experimental measurements have been performed in order to improve the accuracy of digital vision measurement by establishing criteria of factors of various vision measurements. It is found that the digital vision measurement tends to show higher accuracy as the image size(resolution) and the focal length become larger and the distance to an object becomes closer. It is also observed that measurement error decreases with processing as many images as possible in various angles. Applicability on high-resolution displacement measurement is proved by applying the digital vision measurement developed in this study to a large scale loading test of concrete lining.

Visitors Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of Local Historical Culture Festival (지역역사문화축제 방문객 만족도와 행동의도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that the festival image has on the festival satisfaction of visitors, and the effect of festival satisfaction has on the degree of visitors' behavior. In order to accomplish this research purpose, this study collected data of 233 visitors. Regression analysis was conducted in order to achieve the causal relationship between each variables. The result of data analysis revealed that the factors of festival image suitability, convenience, and entertainment had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. And, satisfaction was verified to have a positive effect on behavioral intention. Therefore, these results implied that this study will contribute to the revitalization of festivals by both discovering images based on unique historical characteristics and presenting them as utilization plans. Especially, it is necessary to find unique contents with history, representative programs by age, and stories related to historical figures. Further validation studies are necessary to ascertain this fact utilizing the image value factors that have negative influences.

Comparative research on urban image assets of Iksan by analysing bigdata (빅데이터 분석을 통한 익산의 도시 이미지 자산 비교 연구)

  • Iksan is one of medium city in Jellabukdo, South Korea. It has a favorable natural environment for the specialization potential of natural industries and development projects. In addition, it has various historical and cultural resources including Mireuksajji, and KTX Honam line which has been opened for a representative feature as transport city. However, it faces week connection with neighboring cities and large scale of development in neighboring areas, especially in Jeonju and Gunsan. In this paper, we try to classify the urban image assets of Iksan as 'Iksan Station' and 'ktx' on keywords and analyze the possibility of being a center of transportation and logistics through big data analysis extracted from SNS and website. In comparison with Gwangju Songjeong, KTX Honam line station, which has been developed with similar regional characteristics, it is aimed to establish the basis of improvement and establishment of urban image of Iksan city in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze color image scale when viewing the public objects installed in Kongju National University and the installation environment, and preferred colors and color image scale in the color planning. The research was conducted with the analysis of the sculpture installed in the school and the questionnaire for the students. As a result of the study, suggestions were made for points to be considered for user's perception of environmental sculptures in the school and when constructing the sculpture. This study approaches the color of the public environment sculpture installed in the school academically, and proposes factors to be considered in the color planning stage in the future. Therefore, it is expected that this study will provide appropriate guidelines for the installation and planning of the sculpture in the school.

  • Digital signage is constantly being researched as new digital video platform to replace existing signage market. Traditionally, It conveys various information combining still images with text. Nowadays, it is rapidly exchanging to multi digital platform by high specificaton system, improvement of internet speed and advancement of video and audio compression technology with HTML5 technology. Not only a single wide-screen display but also the combination and adjustment of screens with setop box, OLED, media facades, and lase beam projectors are transformed into various forms to enable creative and diverse attempts for graphic designers. This study focuses on the application of motion graphics in rapidly evolving future platform - digital signage, and looking forward to help digital video content creator, researchers, and motion graphic designers.

Design and Implementation of Analysis Techniques for Fragmented Pages in the Flash Memory Image of Smartphones (스마트폰 플래시 메모리 이미지 내의 단편화된 페이지 분석 기법 및 구현)

  • A cell phone is very close to the user and therefore should be considered in digital forensic investigation. Recently, the proportion of smartphone owners is increasing dramatically. Unlike the feature phone, users can utilize various mobile application in smartphone because it has high-performance operating system (e.g., Android, iOS). As acquisition and analysis of user data in smartphone are more important in digital forensic purposes, smartphone forensics has been studied actively. There are two way to do smartphone forensics. The first way is to extract user's data using the backup and debugging function of smartphones. The second way is to get root permission, and acquire the image of flash memory. And then, it is possible to reconstruct the filesystem, such as YAFFS, EXT, RFS, HFS+ and analyze it. However, this methods are not suitable to recovery and analyze deleted data from smartphones. This paper introduces analysis techniques for fragmented flash memory pages in smartphones. Especially, this paper demonstrates analysis techniques on the image that reconstruction of filesystem is impossible because the spare area of flash memory pages does not exist and the pages in unallocated area of filesystem.

  • 급속히 발전한 정보기술로 인해 정보들을 쉽게 생산 및 배포할 수 있게 되었으며 다양한 정보들이 범람하게 되었다. 이러한 정보의 범람으로 대량의 정보들 중에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 쉽고 정확하게 보여주기 위한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 패턴분석 방법으로 다차원 입력 데이터을 군집화하여 2차원 형태의 결과값을 도출하는 무감독학습방법인 SOM(Self-Organizion Maps)을 이용하여 입력된 디지털 이미지 결과의 객관적이고 타당한 평가를 위한 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

A study on the attitude of make-up according to Women's body image & self-image (여성의 신체이미지와 자아이미지에 따른 화장태도 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to demonstrate the make-up culture of women by disclosing attitudes of make-up as to whether there will be differences or not according to personal weight interests & self-image. The study was performed with 218 consecutive women between the ages of 30 and 50 over 2 months from April 10th, 2012 till May 30th, 2012. The results were as follows. First, regarding make-up attitudes according to concerns of weight interests and self-image, there is no difference of make-up attitude by sophisticated image and pure image in case of weight concern. But there is a significant difference of make-up attitudes by concerns of weight interests in activities image. Second, highly populated group of sophisticated image, pure image, and active image has more activities of make-up attitudes. The higher concerns of appearance and the higher self-image, there was more positive attitude of make-up. Third, highly populated group of pure image and active image has more positive attitude of make-up in case of higher physical attractiveness.

ShadeScan system의 반복 재현성에 관한 연구

  • 최근 심미적인 보철 치료에 대한 사람들의 관심이 높아짐에 따라 자연치와 더욱 조화롭게 보철 치료를 하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 이는 구조적인 심미성과 함께 자연스러운 색조 재현을 통하여 이루어지는데, 자연치의 색조는 매우 다양하고 부위별로 달라질 수 있기 때문에 단순히 shade guide상의 비교만으로는 정확한 색조를 얻기가 어렵다. 이러한 색조 선택의 부정확성 때문에 객관적으로 색조를 분석하는 많은 기계적 장치들이 고안되었고, 최근에 ShadeScan system(CYNOVAD, Canada), Vita Easyshade system(Vident, Canada) 등 디지털로 색조를 평가하는 시스템이 각광을 받고 있다. ShadeScan system은 한 번의 클릭으로 치아 이미지를 채득할 수 있고, 바로 컴퓨터를 통해서 이를 분석하여 원하는 shade map, translucency map 등을 얻을 수 있다. 또한 세 방향에서 조사되는 빛은 자체 calibration을 거쳤기 때문에 주변 광원이나 환경의 영향 없이 객관적으로 치아의 이미지를 채득할 수 있다고 한다. 사실 그 동안 이미지 채득이 객관적이라고 주장하는 많은 system이 있었지만 임상의들은 그 신뢰성에대해 의구심을 보였던 것이 사실이다. 이에 본고에서는 ShadeScan system이 반복 촬영 시 같은 색조재현을 할 수 있는지 실험하여 그 객관성에 대해 살펴보았다.

Assessment of the Breast-Firmming Effects of a Cosmetic Preparation with Moir$\acute{e}$ Tophography in Combination with 2D and 3D Digital Image Analyses (2D 및 3D 디지털 이미지 분석과 함께 Moir$\acute{e}$ Tophography 분석을 이용한 화장품의 가슴 탄력개선 효과 평가)

  • Cosmetic products which might augment the breast have attracted an attention and objective methods for the evaluation of such products are in high demand. This study was conducted to establish a method for assessing the breast-firmming effects of cosmetics. This study included a total of 30 healthy Korean females aged 20-50 years. A cosmetic product was applied by massaging it onto the breast twice a day for 8 weeks. Measurement of breast girth with a tape ruler, 2D and 3D digital image analyses, and Moir$\acute{e}$ topographic analysis were performed before and following the treatment. The application of a cosmetic onto the breast significantly increased breast girth at 2, 4 and 8 weeks without a significant change in underbreast girth, implicating the breast might be augmented. The 2D image analysis indicated that the arc length of the breast which represents the surface distance from the nipple to the periphery of the under-breast was significantly increased at 2, 4 and 8 weeks. The height of the breast which represents the perpendicular distance from the nipple to the periphery of the under-breast was also increased significantly at 4 and 8 weeks. The 3D image analysis of body surface also demonstrated a significant increase of breast volume at 2, 4 and 8 weeks. Moir$\acute{e}$ topographic analysis indicated that breast sagging was significantly reduced at 2, 4 and 8 weeks. The results of this study suggest that Moir$\acute{e}$ topography in combination with 2D and 3D digital image analyses may be useful for evaluating the breast-augmenting effects of cosmetics.
