디지털 의류는 디지털 기술이 의류에 자연스럽게 융합되면서 옷을 입은 사람뿐만 아니라 외부의 디지털 기기와도 자유로운 소통이 가능한 의류이다. 1990년 후반부터 유럽과 미국에서는 섬유기술에 IT 기술을 융합하는 연구가 계속되고 있으며, 직물부품 및 직물회로를 구현하여 의류에 적용한 바 있다. 초기 디지털 의류는 군복과 같은 특수용도로 개발되었으나 요즘에는 MP3 플레이어 내장 의류, 색깔이 변하는 의류, 헬스케어 의류 등 일상생활용도의 의류가 개발되는 추세이다. 디지털 의류는 신소재 산업, 센서 산업 등 기술 집약 산업의 활성화는 물론, 기존 전통 산업에 IT 기술을 접목함으로써 섬유, 패션, 의류산업의 확장과 활성화에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로 우리나라가 디지털 의류 시장을 선도하기 위해서는 섬유 IT 및 의류 IT융합 핵심기술의 확보가 시급하다. 본 고에서는 섬유 IT 융합분야의 이해를 높이고자 디지털 의류 기술 개발의 동향을 살펴보고 향후 기술발전 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

콘텐츠 산업은 디지털 기술의 발달로 콘텐츠 속성이 아날로그에서 디지털 융복화로 변화되고 있으며, IPTV, DMB, WiBro, 3DTV 등과 같은 뉴미디어를 통해 융복합 서비스로 제공되고 있다. 또한 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 영역은 과거 엔터테인먼트 위주에서 미래에는 제조, 서비스를 포함한 산업 전영역에 체화 및 융합되어 산업의 경계를 초월할 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 콘텐츠 산업에 있어서의 융합 현상은 산업간 경계약화, 기술의 발달 및 고객수요의 다양화 등에 의해 빠르게 확산중에 있으며, 특히 문화기술(CT)의 진보가 근본적으로 콘텐츠 산업에서의 융합을 가속화시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 콘텐츠 산업에서의 융합 유형을 4가지(강화, 확장, 결합, 창조)로 구분하여 주요 사례들을 살펴보고, 미래 콘텐츠 산업의 트렌드를 전망해 봄으로써 융합형 콘텐츠 산업의 육성 및 발전을 위한 정책을 수립하고 시행하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

한미 PTA 타결로 미디어 자본의 시장 침투와 전면적인 콘텐츠 경쟁 상황에서 국내방송과 통신융합이 미치는 영향과, 이러한 변화에 따른 지상파 방송의 디지털전환이 방송콘텐츠 산업의 향후 방향을 짚어보았다. 나아가 지역방송의 지상파 디지털 콘텐츠 활성화를 위한 프로그램 경쟁력 제고 방안, 지역방송의 역할로써 지역사회의 정치, 경제, 문화의 계승발전과 지역민의 통합과 화합을 위한 소통의 장의 수행, 그리고 새롭게 발족하는 방송통신위원회와 지역방송발전위원회에 정책적 대안을 제안하였다.

IT has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. It is the convergence of IT advancement and other areas of technology development, and it promotes and creates new industries. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to study IT integration strategy and technology development trends and to evaluate the level of IT integration capabilities in Korea based on experts survey results. In the conclusion, we suggest some Strategic Recommendations for developing and leading the new IT Convergence industries.

As the paradigm shifts from treatment and provider-centered healthcare to prevention and consumer-centered healthcare, the integration of ICT convergence technology is calling for an era of digital healthcare industry revival in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is possible to provide individual customized medical services utilizing various medical data, and it is possible to provide various medical services that transcend time and space through integration with other industries. Such digital healthcare includes health, nutrition, exercise, and patient care, while the digital healthcare industry includes healthcare and IT related to medical devices, medical information systems, and healthcare platforms that can provide personal health and medical information. Due to the social demands of the aging and the increase of chronic diseases, digital healthcare is considered as an important policy in the fourth industrial revolution in Korea. In order for the digital healthcare industry to contribute to the prolongation of human life and the improvement of quality of life, it is urgent to develop related infrastructures, legal institutions, and prepare policies. In addition, it is important to activate convergent education to foster talents who will lead the digital healthcare industry. The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of the digital healthcare industry in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the direction of government R & D policies, and to derive directions and suggestions for future development.

미디어는 콘텐츠를 유통시키는 경로이면서 콘텐츠를 담는 그릇이다. 디지털 경제의 진행에 따라 기존 미디어 산업에 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 방송, 통신, IT의 융합이 일어나고 디지털미디어의 출현으로 콘텐츠 제작에서 유통, 이용에 이르는 전 과정이 디지털화된다. 디지털화의 급진전으로 방송사업자, 통신사업자, IT사업자의 구분이 어려워지고 있다. 디지털 미디어의 확산과 정착에 의한 콘텐츠 시장의 증대는 콘텐츠 수용자의 기호 변화에 좌우된다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 노마드들이 활동하는 인터넷 환경에서 좀 더 진화된 형태의 메타버스 플랫폼 환경에서는 물론 컴퓨터를 활용한 디지털 환경에서 적응하며 블록체인이나 NFT와 같은 가상화폐, 가상자산과 함께 융합 발전하고 있다. MZ세대 중에서 컴퓨터를 활용하는 그래픽 아티스트들의 디지털 아트활동과 좀 더 발전된 형태의 NFT아트로의 융합 발전에 대해 알아보고 디지털 노마드를 넘어 디지털 네이티브로 진화한 이러한 디지털 창작활동을 하는 아트직군의 크리에이터들이 향후 어떻게 발전하게 될지 후속 연구 방향성을 제시한다.
