Most banks in Myanmar have begun to provide their services via mobile phones. However, few studies investigated the factors that may help to set mobile services from a customer perspective. So, this study aims to propose and test a conceptual research model to predict the user's intention to use and actual use level of mobile banking service by combining UTAUT and DeLone-Mclean IS model. Data were collected from 206 citizens who had experienced mobile banking in various regions of Myanmar. The study found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality and service quality influence the user 's intention to adopt mobile banking services which directly affects the user's actual use of them. However, social influence, facilitating condition and system quality don't influence the user's intention. The study results contribute to meeting customer's needs and reducing customer risk in Myanmar's mobile banking industry, suggesting to seamlessly provide the necessary resources like technology improvements, organizational infrastructure and service centers. Another future study are required to include service's security and trust factors so that the service providers could gain their customers' reliability and trust.

With an increase in urban crimes in various forms, this study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of the service design that presented a new model resolving crime risks through differentiated thinking paradigm and problem approaches. The empirical case addressed in this study is 'the project to create resident-driven safe community in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Deagu though service design'. This project is evaluated as having prepared a prevention-oriented local safety system through a preemptive and resident-centered process. The project was promoted as a 'natural monitoring capacity building program' for residents to prevent local crimes, a 'social role expansion program' for local safety, and 'crime prevention environment design', which provides comprehensive solutions for residents' safety. Here, designers act as exerts in designing a task-based platform that can be driven by residents rather than a visual environment improver, and reorganizing the local ecosystem by expanding the opportunities for residents to interact. This case identifies the role of service design as binding the solidarity of local residents beyond the improvement of the crime environment and giving them the potential capacity to maintain a safe living space in relation to a safety issues of community.

This study examined what leads to smartphone addiction by looking into personal, environmental, and smartphone characteristics, to identify their influences on the degree of addiction and changes in daily life. Therefore, surveys were conducted on college undergraduates, who get easily addicted to smartphones The study hypotheses were evaluated through a structural equation model on a total of 370 collected survey questionnaires Findings revealed: first, with reference to personal characteristics, the more competent and highly related one is, the more negatively influenced one is in getting addicted to smartphones. Second, as for environmental characteristics, the bigger the social impact is, the more positively influenced one is on smartphone addiction. Third, among the characteristics of a smartphone, the ubiquity showed a positive influence on smartphone addiction. Lastly, the degree to which one is addicted to a smartphone has(either positive or negative) on the changes in one's daily life. These results are not intended to blindly inhibit smartphone use by highlighting the negative aspects of smartphones, but are expected to serve as basic data to develop a preventative and remedial program based on the degree of smartphone addiction.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how multi-cultural acceptability affects the perception of necessity of unification through structural equation model. The multi-cultural acceptability, familiarity with North Korean defectors, and awareness of unification were selected as the latent variables and the full / partial mediator models were built for structural equations. The observed variables for each latent variable were data that were collected through the National Survey on the Integration of North and South Korea conducted by the Korea Institute for National Unification in 2015. As a result, the acceptance of multiculturalism had a significant effect on the intimacy of the defectors, which had a positive effect on the recognition of the need for unification. The intimacy of the defectors was more influential as a parameter for full mediation than for partial mediation. Although the consciousness of unification gets weakened by postwar generations, that the phenomenon that changes into a multicultural society plays a part in recognizing the necessity of unification. In addition, the increase of North Korean defectors may ultimately become a factor in recognizing the need for unification. This study demonstrated that increasing the acceptance of multiculturalism can increase the need for unification, which means that more research fields can be derived.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of welfare services experience by the low-income seniors on the satisfaction of life focusing on mediating effects of family conflicts and depression. For this, was used 11th date (2016) of Korean Welfare Panel. And the SPSS WIN 19.0 program was used to verify the characteristics and correlation of variables related to life satisfaction and hierarchical regression analysis. The subjects were 675 seniors aged 65 and over that had experience of using welfare service. The results are as follows. First, the seniors' welfare service usage experience had a positive effect on their satisfaction of life. Second, the seniors' use of welfare services affects the satisfaction of life that had partially mediating effect on family conflicts. Third, the seniors' experience of using welfare services affects the satisfaction of life that had partially mediating effect on depression. As a result, seniors' welfare service was practically improved in quality. The necessity of social welfare policy and development of various programs that can improve the satisfaction of life by alleviating family conflict and depression was suggested.

The purpose of this study aims to examine consumer perception and current status of water park. The Naver and Daum were used for data collection channels and the keyword 'water park' was used for data retrieval. The data analysis period was limited to the study period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 for a total of two years. First, as a result of the frequency analysis, hidden cameras, Lotte water park, arrests, suspects, gimhae were in top 5 in 2015, Lotte water park, swimming, summer, opening, admission ticket were in top 5 in 2016. Second, as a result of the connection degree central analysis, hidden camera, arrest, suspect, female, shower room were in top 5 in 2015, swimming, Lotte water park, summer and One Mount, admission ticket were in top 5 in 2016. Third, as a result of the N-GRAM network graph, the water park/hidden camera, the hidden camera/hidden camera, the suspect/arrest, the Gimhae/Lotte water park, water park/suspect were in top 5 in 2015, and One Mount/water park, Gimhae/Lotte water park, water park/admission ticket, water park/water park, water park/opening were in top 5 in 2016. Fourth, as a result of the CONCOR analysis, three groups in 2015 and two groups in 2016 were formed.

This study was conducted to examine the differences of anger expression style and cognitive characteristics among adolescents depending on the level of game addiction and game engagement. 420 high school boys were administered the Game Addiction/Engagement Scale, Behavioral Anger Response Questionnaire to measure anger expression style, and Irrational Belief Scale to measure cognitive characteristics. The results of correlation analyses showed that addiction had positive correlations with all the irrational belief factors and behavior anger factors except for assertion and avoidance. Engagement was positively correlated with all the variables except for direct anger-out, avoidance, and self-downing. Participants were divided into three groups depending on the level of addiction and engagement. Addiction high risk-low engagement group showed the lowest scores on support-seeking and the highest scores on diffusion and self-downing. Addiction high risk-high engagement group showed the highest scores on direct anger-out. Based on these findings, it was suggested that counselling strategies for adolescents at high risk of game addiction need to be varied depending on the level of game engagement.

The purpose of the study was to explore modern people's emotion regarding sex commercialization related to the abolition of grid girl. To collect data, based on 'reply journalism', this study collected 15 blogs, 10 online cafe contents, 1 youtube video clip, and 364 replies associated with the three online contents. To analyze the data, interpretive text analysis was utilized and the following results were obtained. As results, the analysis on the replies shows that the most strong emotion of the modern people regarding the abolition of grid girl is anti-feminism that includes hatred toward feminists and even females, criticism on feminism, and notion of 'women's enemy is women themselves'. In addition, sympathy toward racing models who lost their jobs, requirement of same abolition to the people with similar occupations, spatial separation between men and women, and consent on the abolition of racing models were found. Unlike the feminists' emotion regarding sex commercialization and racing models, modern people's emotion was different from them. Rather, ordinary people have doubted and even criticized on the rationales of feminism. Unlike feminists' notion about sex commercialization of racing models, these results imply that social image of racing models has changed and wish their position is respected as an ordinary occupation, without issues of sex commercialization.

In a modern society where various kinds of cultures coexist, kidult culture seeking something pleasant and interesting in the adult culture has made an appearance affected by pop art. The goal of this study is to help the kidult culture carrying on the feature of pop art to promise a bright future in the consumer market and to help kidult marketing through the expansion of globalization of kidult culture goods. The first study method was to refer to the theoretical research material like theses or academic journals to analyze the feature of pop art and cultural phenomenon. The second one was to analyze media reports, TV programs, movies, and ads currently in issue about kidult cultures in news, media data, and internet materials to feel the kidult cultural phenomenon at the moment. The result of this study shows that, especially, popularity, vividness, and sense of humor and wit among the features of pop art have a great influence on the kidult culture. As a result, Firstly, We can expect a vitalization in the consumer market through qualitative and quantitative improvement of kidult consumer culture. Secondly, We should make an effort to expand kidult consumer culture by developing various kinds of culture goods for each age groups. Thirdly, Domestic companies should open up an adult consumer market with self-developed character products. Fourthly, We should make an aggressive marketing strategy for kidult culture goods in the world market in the flow of Hallyu.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of pain, sleep, and depression on quality of life in elderly patients with chronic pain. The subjects of this study were 170 elderly aged over 65 years. Data collected from July 1 to September 30 in 2016 at local community center were analysed by multiple regression. As a result, the pain, sleep, depression and quality of life of elderly significant difference by general characteristics and pain-related characteristics. In addition, In this study, the positive correlation between sleep (.471, p<.001) and quality of life, and negative correlation between quality of life and each of pain (-.332, p<0.001) and depression (-.720, p<0.001) were presented. The factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly with chronic pain were subjective health status (${\beta}=.236$, p=.001), depression diagnosis (${\beta}=.123$, p=.048), and depression (${\beta}=-.526$, p<.001), and depression related factors were most influential factor. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life of elderly people with chronic pain, nursing and management programs should be prepared to reduce depression and pain.
