정보통신기술(ICT)은 우리 일상생활에 너무나 깊숙이 스며들어 이제 정보통신기술 없이는 행정서비스, 경제활동, 사회참여, 문화활동 등을 향유하는데 많은 제약이 따르는 시대로 접어들었다. 정보통신기술에 접근하고 이용할 수 있는 사람과 그렇지 못한 사람들의 정보격차 (Digital Divide)가 경제격차와 사회문화적 격차를 유발하여 사회 불평등을 심화시키고 궁극적으로 사회통합을 저해할 가능성이 크다. 정보통신 접근성(ICT Accessibility)은 신체적, 인지적 제약으로 정보통신기기나 서비스에 접근하는데 어려움이 있는 장애인이나 고령자가 일반인과 차별 없이 정보통신의 유용성을 향유할 수 있도록 정보통신기기나 서비스에 대한 접근을 보장해 주는 것을 의미한다. 우리나라는 미국이나 유럽 등 선진국들에 비해 정보통신 접근성을 위한 법 제도적인 출발이 늦었지만, 최근 수년간 관련 법률의 제정, 정보통신 접근성 보장을 위한 지침 및 표준의 제정 등 다각적인 노력을 경주하여 빠른 속도로 선진국 수준을 향해 나아가고 있다. 지금까지 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0', '금융자동화기기 접근성 지침' 등 12개에 이르는 표준을 제정한 바 있으며, 정보통신 보조기기의 개발 보급, 관련 전문인력 양성 및 교육 홍보 등을 통해 정보통신 접근성 수준 향상을 위한 노력을 지속해 왔다. 앞으로도 모바일 시대, 디지털 융합의 스마트 시대에 대응하여 다양한 정보통신기기 및 서비스에 대한 접근성 표준 제정, 관련 기술의 연구 등을 지속적으로 추진하여 모든 사람이 정보화의 혜택을 누리는 디지털 통합 (Digital Inclusion) 시대를 열어나가야 할 것이다.

In this study, the current status of digital humanities(DH) research support guide service, which is increasing recently in research-oriented academic libraries in the United States, was analyzed by comparing the contents provided by each institution's Website. Based on the ranking of research-focused academic libraries with the largest volume of books in North America as of 2018-19 in Association of Research Libraries(ARL) statistics, the service contents of 30 institutions providing DH research support guide service were analyzed. The criteria for analysis are 8 components of services presented in previous studies: (1) tools and technology, (2) funding, (3) community, (4) pedagogy, (5) projects, (6) resources, (7) publications and consultations, and (8) workshops and training. As a result of the analysis, it was found that most of the institutions operating the DH research support guide service provided 'DH resources', and more than half of the institutions were providing 'DH tools and technology' and 'DH community' information. In addition, most institutions are operating the DH research support guide service in cooperation with the library itself, on-campus research institutes and centers, or other departments for DH publication and project consultation, so they focused on research support information services through consulting. In the future, discussions on the DH research support guide service operation plan of domestic academic libraries and the competency of service personnel should be continued.

The purpose of this paper is to study building and maintaining consumer trust in mobile contents for tourism and travel in perspective of public sector. Mobile contents services are increasing rapidly. Tourism contents in mobile services are non profit business model in an early and immature stage toward the ubiquitous era. Non-profit organization plays a role as service provider through Internet and wireless telecommunication in an information-intensive and network-oriented environment. This article is proposed nonprofit organizations as tourism contents service provider to identify a conceptual framework that can build continuous trusted mobile contents under ubiquitous environment according to developing and maintaining stage. The results based on the focus group interview methodology highlights a conceptual foundation for service providers in nonprofit domain.

Business stakeholders have shown huge interests on the way how to increase business value by integrating real world businesses with a rising metaverse concept. To understanding the utility of metaverse regarding digital transformation, this study conducted a qualitative study based on a metaverse framework from 2006 Metaverse Roadmap and reference theories on business models. Specifically, a multiple comparative case approach was adopted to investigate three metaverse application cases from 2000 to 2020. From findings, it was revealed that different metaverse features were tried to leverage traditional simulation games, social communities, and virtual communication activities to build business models. Secondly, the use of metaverse features were likely to be helpful in getting competitive advantages. However, we are also aware that stakeholder credibility should be carefully managed to sustain businesses.

The dissemination of smartphones is being spread and supplementary services using smartphones are increasing and various as the Mobile network and device are developing rapidly, so smartphones that enables to provide a wide range of services is expected to receive the most attention. It makes users listen to music anytime, anywhere in real-time, use useful applications, and access to Internet to search for information. The service environment is changing on PC into Mobile due to the change of the circumstance mentioned above. these services are done by using just location information rather than other context, and users have to search services and use them. It is essential to have Context-aware technology for personalization recommendation services and the appropriate representation and definition of Context information for context-aware. Ontology is possible to represent knowledge freely and knowledge can be extended by inferring. In addition, design of the ontology model is needed according to the purposes of utilization. This paper used context-aware technologies to implement a user personalization recommendation service. It also defined the context through OWL modeling for user personalization recommendation service and used inference rules and inference engine for context reasoning.

Books in libraries can be highly refined information. Google invests digitization of books in libraries. But the digitization of books that has a variety of interests, coupled with several problems, including class action, in addition the many critical discussions are underway. Korea pushed the national digitization projects, what are libraries' digitizing their collection of many books. Of course, in publishing and digitization of the target is limited to books published ahead of Google. However, the Library Act was amended for the reposition of online materials, but only in the ways that Google's case is different. Library Act permits collection of online resources through the library to allow, the legislation can be considered as leading act. However, online data is publicly not available through the Internet, so this service hae limited means and range unlike Google. This paper, the digitization of books in the library due to copyright, examines the legal issues looking for the desirable solution. Physical library's main role had been kept the book, but we use the book in terms of policies needed to consider. To overcome these limitations of Copyright Act, this paper researches the relation of Google Book Search in our Copyright Act, and considers introduction as the fair use doctrine and the digital repository system.

Nowadays, as going to information society based knowledge, the informations are acquired, processed, serviced based digital environment. In surveying field, the trend have been changed from the analog foundation to the digital foundation. Also, aerial photogrammetry is being changed from analog aerial photogrammetry to digital aerial photogrammetry. In this paper, the analysis of accuracy is performed for the comparison of traditional aerial photogrammetry with digital aerial photogrammetry usign UltracamX in AT and Block Adjustment. As the results, Bundle adjustment in digital aerial photogrammetry with GPS/INS have more advantages than traditional independent adjustment in analog aerial photogrammetry. Digital aerial photogrammetry contributes the higher accuracy in AT and block adjustment more than analog aerial photogrammetry.

This study investigates to investigate the factors that influence user resistance of mobile payment services. We suggested individual and technical characteristics of mobile payment services as factors influencing perceived risk and user resistance. In addition, we suggested negative security recognition as moderating variable. To test the proposed hypotheses, we collected 349 survey responses from the users of mobile payment services and conducted structural equation modeling with SmartPLS2.0. The results show that, first, negative social influence, risk aversion and distrust in existing services had an effect on the perceived risk. Second, the pace of change and vulnerability had an effect on the perceived risk. Third, perceived risk affected the user resistance while negative security recognition is related to the relationship between perceived risk and user resistance.

This study aims to establish effects of service quality of the indoor golf practice facility on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and intention to repurchase. Consumers using indoor golf practice facility were selected as the target population of this study, and 238 individuals were extracted by convenience sampling and administered a survey. The results are as follows. First, facility, process, instructor positively influence customer satisfaction. Second, facility, instructor positively influence customer loyalty. Third, facility, process, instructor positively influence intention to repurchase. Fourth, customer satisfaction positively influence intention to repurchase. Fifth, customer loyalty positively influence intention to repurchase. Sixth, customer satisfaction mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase. Finally, customer loyalty partly mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase.

The purpose of this study is to research digital twin policies for the use of administrative services. The study was conducted through a mobile survey of 1,000 participants, and the results are as follows. First, in order to utilize digital twin technology, it is necessary to first identify appropriate services that can be applied from the perspective of Gyeonggi Province. Efforts to identify digital twin services that are suitable for Gyeonggi Province's field work should be prioritized, and this should lead to increased efficiency in the work. Second, Gyeonggi Province's digital twin administrative services should prevent duplication with central government projects and establish a model that can be connected and utilized. It should be driven around current issues in Gyeonggi Province and the demands of citizens for administrative services. Third, to develop Gyeonggi Province's digital twin administrative services, a standard model development plan through participation in pilot projects should be considered. Gyeonggi Province should lead the project as the main agency and promote it through a collaborative project agreement. It is suggested that a support system for the overall project be established through the Gyeonggi Province Digital Twin Advisory Committee. Fourth, relevant regulations and systems for the construction, operation, and management of dedicated departments and administrative services should be established. To achieve the realization of digital twins in Gyeonggi Province, a dedicated organization that can perform various roles in project promotion and operation, as well as legal and institutional improvements, is necessary. To designate a dedicated organization, it is necessary to consider expanding and reorganizing existing departments and evaluating the operation of newly established departments. The limitation of this study is that it only surveyed participants from Gyeonggi Province, and it is recommended that future research be conducted nationwide. The expected effect of this study is that it can serve as a foundational resource for applying digital twin services to public work.
