Digital literacy is vital knowledge and ability of an individual in the information society. As the level of digital literacy increases, the interest in privacy protection increases. This change may hinder the use of digital technologies and services. This research examines (1) the mediating effect of online social participation and information veracity on smart device literacy and privacy concerns, and (2) the moderating effect of privacy literacy. Using Korean media panel survey data reported in 2020 and in 2021, this study analyzes the responses of 7,737 people who use smart devices and participate in online activities. SPSS and PROCESS Macro are used to test the research model and hypotheses. In the analysis of 2020 and 2021 survey, this research shows that smart device literacy has major effects on privacy concerns; confirms that the mediating effect of online social participation; moderated meditating effect of privacy literacy. Although information veracity is not significant in 2020, mediating and moderated mediating effects are found in 2021.

After the Corona 19 pandemic in the first half of 2020, the business environment has been changed in a very different way. The convergence in digital device would be the keyword of the future business. Due to the Corona 19 incident, the ability to utilize digital media devices has emerged as an important topic as people are focusing on online. The Corona incident has reminded us of how important digitalization is at all points of contact. This study analyzed the effects of digital media device and communication utilization capabilities on entrepreneurial intention by reflecting the mediating effect of risk-taking and proactiveness. For this study, a survey of 250 ordinary people was conducted and finally 212 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical techniques were analyzed using Amos23. The analysis of the collected data showed that digital media device utilization and communication utilization did not directly affect entrepreneurship intentions, but it was confirmed that entrepreneurship risk-taking would have an intention to start a business. Through this, it was suggested that the development of start-up programs based on entrepreneurship and digital media utilization capabilities should be strengthened in a smart society centered on information and communication to expand job creation for the digital generation.

The dissemination of smart appliances, along with the development of the latest information and communication technology has an effect on society. Their application can be seen in the smart learning environment, by use of digital textbooks with smart devices in the classroom. Hence in this study, the 4L-ACC activity using digital textbooks was applied in the third grade social studies class to improve critical thinking and problem solving skills of elementary school students. This study compared and analyzed the impact in critical thinking and problem-solving skills using digital textbooks versus standard social studies classes. As a result, in social studies classes that used the 4L-ACC activity compared to common social studies classes, elementary student's problem understanding, critical thinking, problem resolution, reflective thinking, and all lower areas of critical thinking and problem-solving were improved. In conclusion, using digital textbooks enhance student's ability to think critically and problem solve. This should provide learners a more comprehensive learning experience and therefore be integrated into more education environment.

정보기술 발전에 따라 정보 활용 및 처리 역량이 상승하면서 교육 환경의 지능화, 네트워크화로 기술간, 서비스 간 융 복합을 통한 다양한 학습 내용 및 방법이 출현하였으며, 최근 e-러닝 산업에서 스마트기기 보급 확산과 상황 적응적이고 자기 주도적 학습에 대한 소비자의 니즈가 증가하면서 새로운 형태의 교육시스템인 스마트러닝이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 교육 패러다임의 변화에 따라 기존의 교육 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용하기 위해서는 콘텐츠 및 솔루션 구조의 개선이 요구되며, 또한 서비스 제공의 측면에서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠 연동과 교육 서비스 융합을 위한 표준 플랫폼 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 JVM 환경의 PC 인터페이스를 통해 ePub 표준의 교육용 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작기능과 기존 서책형 파일 포맷의 자료 정보를 응용하기 위한 정보변환 모듈, 스마트 기기용 ePub 전자책 뷰어를 포함하는 통합 솔루션 소프트웨어인 ePub Solution을 설계하였다.

Social Skills are one of the most important competency for student who live in the future Society. The purpose of this study is to propose a Forum Theatre Instruction utilizing smart devices as an alternative teaching and learning methods for enhancing the social skills of students, and to examine the effect of this instruction on the improvement of it. In order to achieve the purpose, the class was designed based on the 'Procedural Instructional Model for FTI using Digital Media', and the effectiveness of it was verified using 'SSIS'. FTI can be composed of six classes, and results of paired t-test showed that it was effective in enhancing students' social skills. Reflecting the interview results of the participant, the further requirements for improvement and efficient use of FTI were suggested.
