To realize the healthy life of human, mental, physical, and environmental factors must be managed continuously and stably. In order to manage human health, the 21st century healthcare field is essential ongoing interactions and convergence with ICT technologies. Such demands have created a convergence of technologies (fusion technology) in combination with the heterogeneous technologies. And, with the convergence of medical technology and ICT technologies, the development of personalized therapy environments is created. Advances in ICT-converged healthcare services are progressing due to the development of diverse wearable devices. Such ICT fusion system is exponentially increasing the complexity of the ICT convergence healthcare system and is resulting in various technical, institutional, environmental, and cultural issues. This study explores the status of developments in ICT healthcare technologies from the past to date, identifies major technology and policy issues to address these challenges. Finally it will recommend healthcare policies and a future road-map.

디지털 전환(Ditigal Transformation)이 가속화되고 있는 가운데 소프트웨어는 변화를 이끄는 주요한 기반 기술로 자리매김했다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 정부도 미래 국가경쟁력 확보를 위한 국가 디지털 정책 로드맵을 발표하며 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 성공적이고 지속 가능한 디지털 전환을 위해 정부와 민간이 함께 힘을 모으고 걸림돌이 될 수 있는 규제와 같은 요인에 대해서도 해결책을 찾아야 한다. 많은 규제 중에서 해결이 필요한 부분 중 하나는 국내 공공부문 소프트웨어 시장에 적용 중인 대기업 참여제한 제도가 있다. 제도가 시행된 이후부터 다양한 의견이 엇갈리고 특히 기업규모에 따른 이해당사자 간 사회적 갈등이 해결되지 않는 모습이다. 그동안 제도의 실효성과 영향도를 확인하고자 하는 여러 시도가 있었지만 보다 종합적인 관점에서 조망 가능한 검토는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 검토를 제공하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 대기업 참여제한 제도와 관련된 연구에서 추구해야 할 방향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제도의 입법이 시작된 2012년 이후부터 현재까지의 관련 문헌을 검토한 결과, 제도의 취지에 부합하는 중소기업 시장 참여 및 외형 성장 증가의 측면에서 긍정적인 부분이 확인된 반면 수익성 및 품질 저하, 시장구조 왜곡으로 인한 산업 전체 경쟁력 저하, 제도의 법리적 문제점 등 부정적인 부분이 다수 확인되었다. 종합적으로는 부정적인 영향 또는 제도에 대한 지적이 더욱 많은 것으로 나타났고 제도의 유지, 철폐 등의 향후 제도의 운영 방향에 대해서도 전반적인 연구에서 유지 보다는 철폐 또는 전면 개선 등의 의견이 다수를 이루었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 건전한 산업 생태계 조성을 통한 소프트웨어 경쟁력 강화를 위한 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

UI가 디지털 상품성에 중요한 요인으로 인식되면서 사용성 향상을 위한 기업들의 노력이 커지고 있다. 특히 사용자들의 충성도를 고취시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 일관성 있는 UI개발은 중요한 전략이다. 일관성 있는 UI 개발을 위해 기업은 UI 가이드라인을 개발하여 운영한다. UI 가이드라인은 단순히 좋은 UI 설계만의 문제가 아니며 기업의 사업 전략을 반영해야 하고 기술적인 로드맵을 예상하여야 하며 독자들의 명확하게 이해할 수 있어야 하며 끝으로 배포 이후의 원할한 운영의 문제까지 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 SK Telecom의 SK Telecom Standard User Interface Requirements 개발 사례를 통해 UI가이드라인 개발 시 고려하여야 하는 사항들에 대한 어떤 해결책을 내놓았는지에 대해서 알아본다.

최근 사회 전반적으로 급격히 진행되고 있는 디지털 컨버전스 트렌드의 한 모습으로 등장한 RFID/USN의 급속한 이용과 향후 발전, 진화되는 동향을 분석 전망한다. 이 추세를 분석함에 있어 필수적으로 요구되는 RFID/USN의 개념, 서비스 특징 및 국내외산업동향 분석 전망 및 발전을 위한 전략적 시사점을 도출한다. RFID/USN 산업의 발전 전략에 접근함에 있어 일차적으로는 RFID/USN의 개념과 구조 및 산업적 특성 그리고 응용분야에 대한 고찰을 통해 USN 구축의 중요성 및 의의를 살펴본다. 또한 국내외 기술 개발, 정책 동향 및 관련 기업의 동향과 향후 전망, 국내외 시장 추세를 파악하여 현 시점에서의 실효성 있는 RFID/USN 산업의 발전 가능성을 전망한다. 나아가RFID/USN 산업의 육성을 위한 발전 로드맵을 제시하고, 현재 구축되어 있는 정보통신네트워크 인프라를 최대한 활용하고 연관 산업의 파급 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는RFID/USN 산업 발전을 위한 추진 방향을 모색한다.

2000 년대 들어 방송통신융합의 흐름에 따라 등장한 IT 기반의 Non Linear 제작공정은 2005 년까지 IMX-50, DV25/50 포맷 등 50Mbps 급 이하의 동영상 Data 를 중심으로 영상 콘텐츠 제작을 위해 부분적인 프로그램 장르에 국한하여 구축, 운용되어 왔다. 최근 초고속 네트워크를 통해 대용량의 고해상도 영상데이터를 안정적으로 수용 처리하는, 상대적으로 저렴하면서 효과적인 기능을 보유한 컴퓨터 기술 기반 단위 Application 들이 등장함에 따라 고해상도 프로그램 제작을 지향하는 Contents 생산기지들을 중심으로 IT 기반 제작공정으로의 전환과 차세대 제작시스템으로 HD 급 NPS 구축 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 IT 기반의 방송 시스템 구축의 단초로서 최초로 HD 급 대용량 구축모델의 프로토 타입을 설계하고 발전 로드맵을 분석, 최적화를 위한 방안을 제시한다.

Business stakeholders have shown huge interests on the way how to increase business value by integrating real world businesses with a rising metaverse concept. To understanding the utility of metaverse regarding digital transformation, this study conducted a qualitative study based on a metaverse framework from 2006 Metaverse Roadmap and reference theories on business models. Specifically, a multiple comparative case approach was adopted to investigate three metaverse application cases from 2000 to 2020. From findings, it was revealed that different metaverse features were tried to leverage traditional simulation games, social communities, and virtual communication activities to build business models. Secondly, the use of metaverse features were likely to be helpful in getting competitive advantages. However, we are also aware that stakeholder credibility should be carefully managed to sustain businesses.

The number of new students at many domestic universities is declining. In particular, private universities, which are highly dependent on tuition, are experiencing a crisis of existence. Amid the declining school-age population, universities are striving to fill new students by improving the quality of education and increasing the student employment rate. Recently, there is an increasing number of cases of using the accumulated big data of universities to prepare measures to fill new students. A representative example of this is the analysis of factors that affect student employment. Existing employment-influencing factor analysis studies have applied quantitative models such as regression analysis to university big data. However, since the factors affecting employment differ by major, it is necessary to reflect this. In this paper, the factors affecting employment by major are analyzed using the data of University C and the decision tree model. In addition, based on the analysis results, a roadmap for student employment by major is recommended. As a result of the experiment, four decision tree models were constructed for each major, and factors affecting employment by major and roadmap were derived.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors that directly affect the employment of college graduates. To this end, employment data of graduates of private four-year university in Daegu metropolitan area and Gyeongsangbuk-do province were collected from 2019 to 2021, filtered data using a RapidMiner, and analyzed by applying a decision tree model. As a result of the study, long-term internship for more than 12 weeks, TOEIC score of 787.5 or higher was advantageous for employment, and if there was no TOEIC score, the graduation average score was 3.67 or higher, so the possibility of employment was high. Even if the TOEIC score was low, it was advantageous for employment if participating in the contest and continuous professor counseling, and even if the average graduation score was low, the possibility of employment was high if actively participating in the comparison program. This study can present a job education guide based on actual data to university management and use it to establish policies to support employment of college students.

The Purpose of this Study is to explore the new direction for Metaverse marketing and I analyze case of Metaverse marketing focusing on jewelry brand and changes of IT technology for Metaverse Roadmap 2.0. Based on the analyzed marketing strategy, jewelry brands compare and study Metaverse marketing cases to draw implications. As a result of the study, successful Metaverse marketing provides a personalized experience in the virtual space and is accompanied by analysis of the customer journey, and this can be confirmed in the case of global brand. As a future research direction, Through in-depth research on marketing ROI(Return On Investment), I contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of jewelry brand.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the roles and functions of NGO 's International Solidarity in the establishment of' DMZ World Peace Park ', the mechanism of operation, and the policy formation of NGO' s international solidarity. The establishment of the DMZ World Peace Park is a matter that can be achieved as a result of dialogue efforts between the two parties based on the agreement between the DPRK and the ROK government, but should take a more relaxed approach to the process issues in order to achieve such results And should be done in a long-term, step-by-step plan. In the process of realizing this, South Korea's own efforts alone are difficult, and it is necessary to seek various channels of dialogue with the international community so that North Korea can have dialogue negotiations. This will be the role of NGO, It should be noted. As a result, in order to establish 'DMZ World Peace Park', it is necessary to establish concrete road map of DMZ World Peace Park. In the first stage, it is necessary to organize and operate 'DMZ World Peace Park Promotion Committee' under the directorship of the President or Prime Minister, It is necessary to select candidates, to appeal to North Korea and to support the international community, and to participate voluntarily by the private sector. Phase 2 requires final settlement. Phase 3 will require a step-by-step road map, such as rapid construction of the Peace Park, expansion of peaceful use of the DMZ, and expansion of ecology, history and cultural tourism in the DMZ border area.
