빅 데이터기반 마이닝 마인즈 헬스케어 프레임워크

  • 최근 의학 기술이 눈부시게 발전함에 따라 사람들은 수명이 연장되고 삶의 질 향상에 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 더욱이 혁신적인 디지털 기술 발전과 함께 다양한 웨어러블 기기와 수많은 헬스케어 어플리케이션이 출시되고 있으며, 이들은 어떻게 하면 개인의 성향이나 체질에 잘 맞는 맞춤형 (개인화) 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것인가에 관심을 두고 진화하고 있다. 따라서 IoT 환경의 일상생활에서 입력되는 센서 데이터의 수집, 처리, 가공 기술, 일상 행위 및 라이프 스타일 인지, 지식 획득 및 관리 기술, 개인화 추천서비스 제공, 프라이버시 및 보안을 통합적으로 지원할 수 있는 프레임워크 개발에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 저자가 개발중인 개인 맞춤 건강 및 웰니스 서비스를 제공하는 마이닝 마인즈 프레임워크를 소개한다. 마이닝 마인즈는 현존하는 최신 기술의 집약체로 개인화, 큐레이션, 빅 데이터 처리, 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 활용, 다양한 센서 정보의 수집과 분석, 진화형 지식의 생성과 관리, UI/UX를 통한 습관화 유도 등 다양한 요소를 포함한다. 그리고 건강 및 웰니스 프레임워크 요구사항 분석을 통해 마이닝 마인즈가 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있으며, 개발된 프로토타입을 통해 개인화 서비스의 발전 가능성을 입증하고 향후 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다.

A Study on the Scholarly Information and Data Requirements of Researchers for Data-Driven Research and Development (데이터 기반 R&D 지원을 위한 연구자의 학술정보 및 데이터 요구 분석 연구)

  • In this study, as a preliminary research to effectively support data-driven R&D of researchers, we analyzed the academic information and data requirements for researchers to discover new types of academic information and datasets, and to propose directions for academic information services. To achieve the research objectives, we conducted an exploratory case study involving five researchers and administered an online survey among ScienceON users to glean insights into data-driven R&D behaviors and information/data requirements. As a result, researchers relatively referred to academic papers, datasets and software information from academic papers or conference materials. Moreover, the methods and pathways for acquiring data, as well as the types of data, varied across different subject areas. Researchers often faced challenges in data-driven R&D due to difficulties in locating and accessing necessary datasets or software such as learning models. Therefore it has been analyzed that for future support of data-driven R&D, there is a need to systematically construct datasets by subject. Additionally, it is considered necessary to extract and summarize dataset and related software information in conjunction with academic papers.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the nature of curation commerce in the environment of e-commerce in recent years rapidly changing and looking for ways to take advantage of it. Like the recent trend curation and subscription commerce has been in the limelight in a new way of e-commerce. However, not having appropriately adapted to the market, it has gone out of business or been changing the properties. In analyzing the specific characteristics of the migration queue commerce, it evaluated whether those characteristics do change through the mediating effect of the impact of satisfaction on purchase. This study was carried out using a structured questionnaire, by collecting the material for the 305 general public in the country and it was analyzed using stepwise regression method. After validating the hypothesis, 5 characteristics of curation commerce turned out to have a significant positive effect (+) on purchase and satisfaction of consumers using curation commerce to have a positive effect (+) on purchase. After organizing these findings and discussing the theoretical and practical implications, the direction for future research was proposed.

  • Seongbuk Village Archive is a village archive built by Seongbuk-gu Office and Seongbuk Cultural Center to contain the uniqueness and specificity of the region. It is a community archive that preserves the records of the community and a digital archive that builds a database through the digitalization of source data. The management system and home page were established through annual and step-by-step promotion through public-private governance. Seongbuk Village Archive's system is designed to facilitate data accumulation and connection between individual records based on the advanced village record standard classification system. Based on this, Seongbuk Cultural Center tried to produce convergence cultural content by linking records online and off-line. In addition, the composition of items displayed on the website has been diversified to not only preserve records but also produce and utilize content. It is a structure created after contemplating how to show the creation and existence of Seongbuk's historical and cultural resources to users in context. In addition, a richer archive platform was built through various curations and activities of the resident record group.

A study on Digital Agriculture Data Curation Service Plan for Digital Agriculture

  • In this paper, we propose a service method that can provide insight into multi-source agricultural data, way to cluster environmental factor which supports data analysis according to time flow, and curate crop environmental factors. The proposed curation service consists of four steps: collection, preprocessing, storage, and analysis. First, in the collection step, the service system collects and organizes multi-source agricultural data by using an OpenAPI-based web crawler. Second, in the preprocessing step, the system performs data smoothing to reduce the data measurement errors. Here, we adopt the smoothing method for each type of facility in consideration of the error rate according to facility characteristics such as greenhouses and open fields. Third, in the storage step, an agricultural data integration schema and Hadoop HDFS-based storage structure are proposed for large-scale agricultural data. Finally, in the analysis step, the service system performs DTW-based time series classification in consideration of the characteristics of agricultural digital data. Through the DTW-based classification, the accuracy of prediction results is improved by reflecting the characteristics of time series data without any loss. As a future work, we plan to implement the proposed service method and apply it to the smart farm greenhouse for testing and verification.

  • In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the importance of curation services that analyze user information requests to provide tailored information within extensive information resources. This study aims to identify user information needs by analyzing search term logs from the Presidential Archives Portal to enhance the utilization value of presidential records, which possess high historical significance. In addition, by evaluating the portal's search performance, this study seeks to determine whether the Presidential Archives Portal is providing archival information services that meet users' information needs and to suggest areas for improvement through digital record curation services. To achieve these objectives, topic analysis and word network analysis were conducted based on search term logs spanning the past eight years. The search quality of the Presidential Archives Portal was evaluated from an accuracy perspective, focusing on areas with high user demand, and recommendations were drawn based on the results of the analysis. As a preliminary study for digital record curation of presidential records, this study is significant because it identifies specific user information needs and quantifies the search quality of archival portal sites to improve user satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to design and apply YouTube ecosystem using digital curation to improve the interaction of untact class. The untact digital instructional model for building the YouTube ecosystem is composed of four modules: domain, tutor, student, and interface, and the role of each module is described. As an application example, the team project "Development and Operation of Instructional Assistant YouTube" is performed in the Introduction to Media Software class. The learning experience is described in terms of professor, peer tutors, and learners, and learning outcomes are presented through surveys.

  • This study is to seek to find the importance of next digital marketing factors by using AHP method and analyze comparison between an advertising expert and a non-advertising expert. In results, the relative importance ranking is as follows; combination (0.26), transformation (0.259), optimization (0.243), and technology (0.238). The relative importance ranking of sub-factors is as follows: artificial intelligence and maching learning (0.086), big data (0.085), and contents curation (0.060). While the relative importance of combination and optimization for an advertising expert is higher than for non-advertising expert, the relative importance of transformation and technology for non-advertising is higher than for an advertising expert. This study provides managerial implication to build digital strategy based on these result.

  • Recently, the cases of archiving for digital contents are being increased throughout the world. Owing to the characteristics of digital contents including the issues on volatile property and authenticity, preservation weakness, and aging in the reproductive tool, it requires special management for long-term preservation. A successful digital archiving seems to be possible in the stage-oriented practice through the cooperation of interested organizations based on the systematically established and stipulated policy. This is the basic study that was designed for the establishment of the policy on digital contents archiving in KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), which is a representative organization for the distribution of science and technology information. By investigating and analyzing the cases of overseas policies on digital contents archiving, it intended to understand the framework of digital archiving policy while suggesting measures on the macroscopic items that were included in the archiving policies through the interview conducted to expert groups.

  • 본 논문은 전기 자극 장치에 관한 것으로서, 운동상황에 맞게 인공지능 기능이 음악을 선별해 주고 음악의 BPM(beats per minute)에 맞게 전기 자극 장치에서의 PWM(pulse width modulation)신호가 동기화 되어 재활 기능과 더불어 헬스 케어와 관련된 추가적인 기능 및 효과를 제공할 수 있는 개선된 전기 자극 장치에 관한 것이다. 언제 어디서나 간편하게 셀프 운동케어와 할 수 있도록 AR기술을 이용한 카메라가 있는 디지털 디바이스를 활용하며, 해당 신체의 운동부위를 지정하게 되면 이에 맞는 운동방법을 AI기술을 이용하여 적용할 수 있다. 수행자가 잘못 운동을 하는 것을 올바르게 개선시키기 위하여 실시간 AI 음성기능과 텍스트 코칭을 통해서 올바르게 운동할 수 있게 제안하며, 이에 대한 과정과 결과를 시각적으로 보여주면, 결과에 대해서는 리포팅을 하여 사용자가 올바르게 운동을 하고 효과적으로 운동을 했는지에 대해서 정량적인 수치의 운동횟수와 운동량에 대해서 표현해준다.
